01:53Ang purpose ng confirmation of charges ay nilalatag ng prosecution ang mga ebidensya nito to determine whether there are substantial
02:03charges, substantial grounds to go to trial.
02:07Kung pupunta ba tayo sa full-blown trial or itidismiss na ba itong kaso na ito?
02:12May mga opinion na yung mga kapuso natin kanina eh kung ano ba yung tingin nila.
02:17Meron na sa tingin, hindi guilty, may tingin guilty.

05:29We can hear the victims screaming here. Nakita natin ang appeal doon sa mga judges also to look into this
05:38case,
05:38particularly na madaming victims, in fact more than 400 to almost 500 victims ang lumabas para dito sa kasong ito.
05:47And ang mga iba't-ibang boses ng mga victims ay napakita at nasabi ng counsel for them.
05:57And also, makita din natin ang pagdetalye ng mga statements and also the acts that really attack not only on
06:08the victims,
06:09but even on the general concept of how justice is being run during that time.

08:03So, more on political, more on oratorical statements na nag-a-appeal halimbawa sa mga supporters.
08:11Why is that, Dean?
08:13Kasi kung ang mga judges kaya, paano lang titignan yung mga statements na gano'n?
08:17And I think the judges here, we can see that even as to time, even as to guidance doon sa
08:23proceedings,
08:24they are strict, they are formal, and at the same time, walang madaming kwento, walang madaming sinasabi.

10:24Pag hindi na-confirm, so wala ng kaso, no? Si former President Duterte.
