00:06Hi. OeLive is a digital platform that enables companies to engage their employees thanks to gamification.
00:16And how are you really changing the game here and disrupting the industry?
00:21Well, I think our main advantage, competitive advantage, is modularity.
00:28We based the whole structure of our app on modularity.
00:32We developed several gaming features, and we adapt each script of each challenge
00:41so that the experience is fully customized and, for us, really scalable.
00:47I want to know, what are your thoughts on AI in general?
00:53That's been a big theme of this event. A lot of people buzzing about it.
00:56How are you guys embracing that as you think about the future?
01:00Well, I think it's kind of a massive change.
01:06As a CEO, I'm observing it concerning my staff.
01:12A lot of questions are popping up in terms of shaping new ways of working,
01:19new works as well, because, for instance, on our side, we create a lot of contents for our clients.
01:28We are now thinking about using AI, basically, for all the contents we are pushing.
01:34So, yeah, obviously, it's a lot of questions, not all the answers, but, yeah, very passionating subjects.
01:42And who is your target audience? I mean, who are the kinds of people that you need to be reaching?
01:48So, basically, we sell to companies so that they can engage their internal or external publics.
01:55Most of our business today is based on internal communities, so employees of a given company.
02:03For instance, we accompany Sodexo on their Olympics program so that they empower their employees
02:11to take part of the Olympics adventure with Sodexo.
02:15For Lacoste, as well, we organized the 90th birthday this year, globally, 8,000 people all around the world,
02:24a challenge that is fully customized and fully translated into 12 languages.
02:29Wow, 12 languages, wow.
02:31So, when you think about AI, where do you see it integrating into your company within, let's say, five years?
02:39Well, I think for the production of our contents, that's what I'm thinking about straightforward
02:50because, basically, we have a catalog of thematics, so we push contents around CSR topics mostly
02:57so that our companies can really reach their audience thanks to gamification,
03:01sensitize them around those topics,
03:03and we basically use AI to create more and more content, more and more fresh content.
03:10But my concern on my side will be to have a really deep checking of the truthness of the information
03:19we are going to push in our app because it's our responsibility to have visibility on this kind of things.
03:29Absolutely. What are your goals here at VivaTech?
03:33So, we are in the other stage, a future of sports.
03:38Hall 2, yes.
03:39It's a big, exciting new one this year.
03:41Really exciting.
03:43Really nice companies with the big sports events that are coming up in France.
03:47I think it's really interesting to do that.
03:49So, our positioning in this kind of era of huge sports, massive sports events in France
03:58is to feature on this core event so that we can meet some really interesting people, clients.
04:09A lot of our customers are on the stage today, meet new partners, and develop connections.
04:19Wonderful. And how about you personally, on a personal level?
04:22Anything that you're super excited to witness? Robotics?
04:29I didn't have the chance to check out the program, to be honest, because it's the rush since the beginning
04:36of the salon.
04:37I'm telling that for everyone who is seeking to come maybe to VivaTech.
04:42It's amazing this year how people are excited about everything.
04:48So, basically, my personal view about it is just to walk around and to just step back.
04:55And, wow, a new innovation on the left, a new innovation on the right,
04:59and just to enjoy it and to have a nice moment here at VivaTech.
