00:00So I started OMG because when I was younger I always wanted to be in an
00:06organization for young girls. My mom, you know, she's the founder. So one day she
00:11came and was like, I'm gonna start this new organization called OMG. It's gonna
00:16be outstanding mature girls. We're gonna learn about HIV AIDS, awareness, self
00:20esteem, leadership skills, life skills and value. The most valuable part of the
00:23organization to me is probably the conference in the community service that
00:27we do. So we started off the conference with just 75 girls. Last year we had
00:31800 girls. I want to just be able to touch every young lady possible with great
00:37information for free. Being a young black girl in America today means being a
00:40phenomenal black young woman that God is destined us to be. In 10 years I see
00:45myself well into my career in microbiology and I also see myself being the leader of
00:49OMG and see myself following in my mom's footsteps.
