00:00When I first got into the artist society, I had just lost my mother. I was 13. I had my personal
00:12mentor, Amanda. She's amazing. She's like a mother, but like a sister at the same time.
00:19She's very open. I could go to her about anything. So many black women sacrificed
00:25their life for me to be the best person that I am today. I went from not knowing
00:30what I wanted to do to knowing what I want to do. I would take what I've learned
00:35from the artist society and use it by showing younger girls, the next
00:41generation, you can do this no matter how old you are or what color you are, you
00:46can do what I'm doing. It's possible for anyone.
