00:00One of the biggest things that I'll take back from being a student here at PrEP
00:03is that no one can do it alone. I've constantly been supported by multiple
00:09teachers and principals and I've always had that love that I've always needed to
00:12keep me going. So since I've been at PrEP halfway through my junior year my mom
00:16was diagnosed with breast cancer. There were days where it was just really hard
00:20to get out of bed and come to school because I was seeing my mom suffer. You
00:23taught me how to be strong in the midst of all odds being stacked against you
00:27and I thank you for being the person that you are. My teachers were always
00:31there supporting me. My principal was always pulling me on the side, bringing
00:35me to the convent, letting me know that I wasn't in it alone and that my mother was
00:39going to get through it eventually. Dual enrollment at Xavier. Top 10 graduate.
00:43Well I'm number 8 of 48. I'm proud of who I am. I'm proud of my school because being
00:49at PrEP has definitely made me appreciate myself more for who I am.
