00:28where an argument over marriage escalated.
00:31In a fit of rage, Sabir allegedly strangled her using her own veil.
00:37Shockingly, the accused himself informed police about the body
00:41and stayed at the spot, pretending ignorance.
00:44His suspicious behavior led to interrogation and confession.
00:49Sabir has been arrested, another person is being questioned,

00:54Zakia's father, Eunice Mulla, told the media
00:57that marriage discussions had taken place through a family friend,
