00:00It would appear that maybe a lot of these teams are going to wait until the end of the NFL playoffs because there's going to be a lot of candidates potentially from other teams to be head coaches.
00:08Do you think that could be the case in Cleveland?
00:11I know we're still very early, just a few days into this thing.
00:14What kind of coach do you think the Browns are going to be looking for in the future?
00:18I think they're going to run the gamut because the owner, Jimmy Haslam and Dee Haslam, pretty much said that, hey, they're going to use the next 120 days to get everything solidified with organization.
00:28Andrew Barry came out and made a statement regarding the coaching search, and they weren't definitive on what it would be as far as a particular style or anything of that nature or what type of candidate they were looking for.
00:38The whole thing is that they're looking and that they're going to search and do everything they possibly can to bring someone who fits the culture and can make things go in the right direction for this football team and organization.
00:48So that's pretty general and vague, but at the same time, that's really what you have to be at this stage until you have those interviews.
00:54And ultimately, obviously, when they do get to those interviews, the question that comes from me is, are you going to ask that candidate to take on a Shadour Sanders or Deshaun Watson,
01:04or will they have the liberty to bring in their own guys and their own sense of how they want to do things?
01:09Because one thing Cleveland's known for is being very collaborative in their approach with the front office and the head coach.
