00:08the Rams are good enough to beat Philly.

00:15I think there'd be a segment of Eagle fans that would ask for Sirianna to be fired.

00:29So it's not about there's a guy we can go get that's available today

00:37But I think Nick Sirianni turned so many people off with the frat boy douchiness

00:43like he did after beating Buffalo.

00:45Like, I know a lot of Eagle fans.

00:47I'm sitting next to one right now and married into the Eagles family.

00:50And every Eagle fan I know, while happy they beat Buffalo and went,

00:55whew, that was a close one, are not happy with Nick Sirianni and Kevin Petullo and that

01:02offense.

01:03Is that fair?

01:04That's 100% fair.

01:05And they shouldn't be.

01:06The fans should not be.

01:10And we're celebrating like you just dropped a 40-burger.

01:23And I think that's kind of locked in for the moment.

01:31I guess if San Francisco loses to Seattle, they drop the 12-5.

01:34I think there is still a scenario.

01:37But the 49ers are also not an easy opponent for week one, first week of the playoffs for

01:41the Eagles.

01:41And the way Brock Purdy's playing right now.

01:43It'd be the same thing.

01:44Brock Purdy's got 10 touchdowns in the last two weeks.

01:46Yeah, it'd be the same scenario.

01:47And Robert Sahl, I know their defense struggled against the Bears.

01:50Yeah.

01:50But that defense is badass.

01:52It has been throughout the year.

01:53In any event.

01:54Do you see a lane?

01:59Do you see a road, a highway, a byway, where the Eagles,

02:04lose to the Rams, and Nick Sirianni gets fired?

02:11Because I know what answer would be more interesting.

02:14But if I'm trying to tell the truth, which is the rule on this show.

02:21You can replace an offensive coordinator.

02:23They have replaced a poor offensive coordinator before, and then got to the Super Bowl and won

02:29And there's a lot of injuries that are not being talked about on the offensive side of

02:34Well, namely your center.

02:38Really, right tackle's been out.

02:40And Lane Johnson makes a tremendous difference.

02:42He has his entire career with wins and losses.

02:45But also Dickerson, who last season was the best guard in football.

02:50Which is why they don't run the ball very well.

02:53Both of those guys both being hurt.

02:56And this is a smart organization where they say, we'll upgrade coordinator.

03:02A new offensive coordinator.

03:03And you can find that next line.

03:05So you think far more likely that we replace the offensive coordinator, try to improve the

03:10offensive line, and Nick Sturiani's earned the right...

03:12And by the way, as much as I don't care for his personality, there's no argument to be

03:17made that he doesn't deserve to come back.

03:20Even if they lose in the first round.

03:21But I know how Philly is.

03:23I live there and work there.

03:24Philly Eagle fans are going to demand he get fired.

03:27Well, there's one other thing in which he could get fired, though, where it could happen.

03:31Doug Peterson is no longer the coach in Jacksonville.

03:34Cohen took over.

03:34He did a great job.

03:36One of the reasons was when they told him to change his staff, and the same thing happened

03:39in Philly, he said, no, I'm riding with my guys.

03:42Okay.

03:42But Tullo and Sirianni are very close in real life.

03:47There is a scenario where Howie says, we're changing the OC.

03:50And he says no.

03:51Nick says no.

03:52And then at that point, he may be fired.

03:55So, look, take one for the team.

03:57Very few guys have done that.

03:58I can sit out a year.

03:59I can get another job.

04:33The Giants need a head coach.

04:35And as I've told you for months, it was never going to be Marcus Freeman.

04:38He gets a redone deal at Notre Dame.

04:40He's not coming to coach the New York Giants.

04:43I'm not sure why anybody thought he was going to leave Notre Dame.

04:46That was never on the table.

04:48That being said, if the Eagles fired Nick Sirianni, and you're a diehard Giants fan,

04:55would you hire him?
