00:00When I was killed along the road, I didn't see exactly what transpired.
00:04I think the police were here and they had things under control.
00:08And it is the police to determine if any law was broken.
00:10They were here present, they saw everything.
00:12So it is for them to really determine any cause of legal action that might be necessary.
00:17Mr. Dennis said the PNM does not intend to take the matter further
00:21as the situation did not become physical.
00:24Therefore, we do intend to file any complaint as far as I'm aware.
00:28Nobody was assaulted or anything like that.
00:30So we will just continue to conduct ourselves with discipline and with order
00:35and with the kind of passion and dignity that the PNM is accustomed to.
00:41Meantime, PNM political leader Penelope Beckles remains confident
00:46the Begonians would do the right thing at the polls.
00:49So I am told that he has fired his combination papers
00:52and we now look forward to victory on the 12th of January
00:56for the People's National Movement.
00:58How do you feel about the PNM's chances in going forward?
01:01They are saying put Tobago first again.
01:03Yes, I mean, yes, but that's our theme.
01:08We are very positive.
01:09We are very energized.
01:12And we are looking forward to victory.
01:16I mean, the political leader, Tobago Ansel Dennis,
01:19he has been a former candidate on the last occasion.
01:22He lost by just a few votes and we are looking for victory
01:24and we have a lot of good candidates.
