00:44first up we're in hot springs arkansas where local pd are in pursuit of a suspect wanted
01:04for violating a protection order and who according to the protected person may have a bomb in his car
01:11earlier hot springs pd received a call from the protected person and corporal tyler ward made
01:19contact he sent me something new i haven't opened it yet because you guys were coming okay let's see
01:26okay so he's at oak lawn the suspect 32 year old jeffrey latroy love the protected person's ex-boyfriend
01:34and father of her young son appears to have sent her a snap from a nearby casino and that's not all
01:41before i left oklahoma he had a homemade bomb in his possession
01:47corporal ward got a description of the suspect's car and called it in 158 to 131 and 187 he got a run by
01:55oak lawn and look for a gold buick passenger car missing a grill with an oklahoma plate don't make
02:01contact just look in the parking lot and see if there's one there i bet while the corporal took
02:07the protected person and her son to a shelter for safety officers alex tovar and west smith along with
02:15smith's canine partner spike arrived at the casino where they spotted the suspect's vehicle in the
02:21parking lot the officers waited and when love returned to his car and pulled out of the lot
02:27they followed him now the suspect crosses the street and turns into a fast food restaurant parking
02:35lot the officers arrived just as he exits his vehicle get out of your body at the same time a
02:47restaurant employee delivering food to a customer's car quickly realizes what she's walked into
02:53and backs away from the scene meanwhile backup arrives including corporal ward who tries to talk

03:05to me okay i want you to step out of the vehicle with your arms in the air
03:13you're under arrest for violation of a protection order you're going to jail
03:18i'm going to tell you if you'll step out i've got a canine here
03:21the suspect puts his car in gear and after driving over a small concrete barrier and damaging his tires
03:36seems to have gotten stuck
03:47but he somehow manages to back the car up and drive off
03:53sending the officers scrambling back to their cruisers

03:58the suspect has gotten a head start on the officers
04:09but soon they get help from some bystanders 158 uh we got people waving us down at boardwalk he's
04:15parked his car and fled where's the last place you saw him 31 coming from park between the buildings
04:23okay witness witnesses point officers to this alley between two buildings corporal ward officer smith
04:30and canine spike begin searching on foot while other officers form a perimeter
04:41officers spread out and expand the search area but the trail seems to have gone cold
04:47oh there's no pavement path over there until i just seen that tree move

05:14with nowhere to run the suspect finally emerges from the brush

05:41and then begin carefully searching his car mindful that a homemade bomb could be inside what we got
05:52officers find methamphetamine in the car as well as multiple bags of marijuana that the suspect
05:58dropped while fleeing but as they continue their search and open the trunk

06:15it looks like it's made out of fireworks yeah as they make contact with the fire department and federal
06:30atf agents officers quickly move to protect the public by blocking off traffic to the area

06:41as for love he's placed in the back of a cruiser where he begins to act out

07:08atf agents arrived x-rayed the device in the trunk and confirmed that it was in fact a homemade
07:24explosive an agent immediately took the device to a local landfill where it was disassembled love was
07:30taken into federal custody and charged with possession of a destructive device he pled guilty and was
07:37sentenced to seven years and three months in federal custody in arkansas love was hit with several
07:43additional charges including violation of a domestic order of protection possession of a controlled
07:49substance and fleeing from a vehicle or conveyance with substantial danger of death he pled guilty to
07:55those three charges and was sentenced to 21 years in prison that sentence was suspended until he's completed his federal term
08:04next we're in hamilton county ohio where deputies are involved in a high-speed multi-state pursuit
08:12of an ex-con wanted for probation violation the suspect 41 year old dustin cole who'd previously
08:20been convicted in indiana of aiding a criminal with a deadly weapon was also wanted in ohio for violating
08:27his probation in a drug possession case now as cole enters ohio hamilton county deputies join the pursuit
08:39while officers further up the road prepared to deploy stop sticks in an effort to slow him down

08:53please it's got black nissan centra it's going to be in your number two lane from the right hand
09:00shoulder passing the one over nine right now all right we have two full sets of sticks
09:05this side of 7th street as the suspect approaches
09:18good stick good stick the stick deployment is a success
09:25but one of them gets stuck to the car ripping the handle out of the deputy's hand
09:30the highway has been blocked off to protect the public deputies proceed cautiously as the sticks
09:44could detach at any time and possibly hit their tires in the process crossing the bridge right now but
09:52after the fugitive crosses over a bridge into kentucky the sticks finally do fall off and the
09:58officers are able to avoid hitting them it's not long before the suspect's front left tire
10:08is completely destroyed and his car slows down significantly
10:19i don't think he's gonna make it up this hill i think we're done here we can't go any faster
10:23but he's done with the suspect's car inching along deputies exit their vehicles and move in
10:37the deputies removed two passengers and the driver from the car
10:58the driver is detained while officers check in with the passengers
11:14attorney we're all good they're all in custody
11:16after the driver and passengers are treated the deputy who smashed the car window receives aid for his
11:32his bloody hand

11:57cole was arrested by covington kentucky police then extradited back to indiana where he was charged
12:05with resisting arrest driving while license suspended and reckless driving he has yet to enter a plea and
12:12his case is pending cole was also charged for violating his probation in indiana he admitted to
12:19this violation and that case is also pending for violating his probation in ohio cole pled guilty
12:26and his probation was restored but the term was extended from two to three years
12:35next we're in pleasant prairie wisconsin the local pd are in pursuit of two suspects in an
12:41allegedly stolen vehicle earlier police received a hit from a flock camera that spotted a reportedly
12:48stolen suv soon after sergeant michael algiers and his canine partner chase spotted the vehicle
12:56and attempted to pull it over 60th avenue going southbound from highway 50 southbound
13:05hold on chase now as the driver blows through this red light sergeant algiers coordinates with
13:11other responding officers all right see if you can take 165 to sheridan of course spikes

13:59uh sheridan news boxing in when gainer slows down the driver swerves left and onto the shoulder
14:08gainer then pushes him onto the grass
14:13despite losing the tire the suspect manages to swerve back onto the road and attempts to pass gainer on the
14:20right when the fugitive tries to pass him officer gainer uses the opportunity to execute a pit maneuver
14:35causing the suv to lose control and crash into a tree

14:48at the 125 hundred block officers immediately surround the vehicle and order the fugitives to
14:55surrender get your hands out the window driver exit the vehicle keeping your hands up
15:01hands above your head walk backwards to the sound of my voice keep coming keep coming the driver
15:10cooperates and is taken into custody when the next person comes out have him come out the driver side
15:18if he can but leave that door wide open sergeant algiers requests that the door be left open so
15:24officers can confirm there are no other passengers inside the vehicle

16:06the driver 22 year old aries little was treated at the hospital for minor injuries and taken to jail
16:14he was charged with operating a motor vehicle without owner's consent
16:18party to a crime he pled guilty but the court with
16:21he was charged with fleeing and looting fleeing and looting and recklessly endangering safety
16:22in a plea agreement he pled no contest to fleeing and looting and the other charges were dismissed
16:28he was sentenced to four years in prison with credit for 357 days served to be followed by four
16:34years of extended supervision the passenger 24 year old sabrante moses was charged with operating a motor vehicle
16:42without owner's consent party to a crime he pled guilty but the court withheld sentencing and placed
16:49him on two years probation with credit for 151 days served he was not injured in the chase
16:59next we're in hernando county florida where trooper andrew schmidt is in pursuit of a suspect on a
17:04motorcycle who fled from law enforcement and is now speeding and driving dangerously in the opposite lane
17:11of traffic now the biker begins driving even more erratically blowing through red lights
17:19and speeding through tight spaces but trooper smith is able to keep pace and pulls up next to the
17:26suspect who hangs a u-turn as the fugitive pulls away again smith gets some backup when trooper benjamin

17:39in a desperate effort to wiggle out of their trap the fugitive rams the back of trooper rosell's cruiser
17:57the trooper exits his vehicle and makes a leaping tackle to stop the suspect from fleeing again

19:03the suspect was id'd as 62 year old mark davis
19:07they ain't out running them as rosell drives him to jail davis reflects on the incident
19:14me and you lay we're going on sunday joyride just stop my man just stop i'm not really i'm not a
19:19bad person like that i don't think everyone makes mistakes but i mean it's been a lot easier and
19:24simple if you want to stop i'm just glad that didn't hurt nobody or nothing yes i'm very glad you
19:29didn't hurt yourself too davis was arrested and charged with fleeing eluding a law enforcement
19:35officer driving while license suspended reckless driving and 10 different traffic violations he
19:42accepted a deal from the state and pled no contest to the fleeing and driving while license suspended
19:47charges and the remaining charges were dropped davis was sentenced to 10 years plus 120 days in prison
19:55with credit for 168 days time served he'll have no chance of parole that's it for this episode
