00:00Sous-titrage MFP.
00:30It's just the noise, the sound, the hours that they're working has been like the biggest
00:37impact and just overall like comfortability in the neighborhood like you driving in starting
00:41to be surrounded by data centers doesn't really make the place feel like a home anymore.
00:45I think now there's questions or concerns of like will this area eventually either be
00:50surrounded by data centers like will we get bought out eventually or like there's some
00:54talks around that as well.
01:00Well, so data centers, one of the largest impacts of them
01:29is the energy use and data centers, especially the ones that are used for AI, use more energy
01:36than most traditional industrial customers.
01:40So for example, if we think about Virginia alone, just the data centers last year used about
01:46as much electricity as all of New York City.
01:49the data centers is a very commonplace out of New York City.
01:55So if you don't have to tell us about only this, maybe
02:00how do we find some evidence for the construction?
02:02So how do we find ourselves in this event?
02:05Well, that's almost all the things that we produce in the end of our city I'll just serve
02:07and we're going to friendly about Kim to have our community.
02:09Just listen for a short.
02:10We encourage you to attend your office in the event here.
