00:00Let's keep it moving.
00:00How about Thursday night?
00:01A massive game, Joe.
00:03In the NFC, the resurgent Dallas Cowboys looking to put away the Philadelphia Eagles,
00:08the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Detroit Lions in under three weeks' time.
00:12They could do it here.
00:13Jared Goff's going to try to stand in their way.
00:15But look at this.
00:16That opening line, Joe, five and a half since sixes, depending where you're shopping at.
00:20Now we're down to threes across the board and a total of 54 and a half.
00:23Questions on will Amon Ross St. Brown play in this game?
00:26But bigger questions.
00:27Should we be fearing Dallas with an Eagles collapse?
00:30Could they win this game and say, whoa, forget playoffs.
00:33We're coming for the division.
00:34What's that spread line here, Joe, for this week's game?
00:37Donnie, what a difference a month makes, huh?
00:40I mean, are you kidding me?
00:41We all a month ago would have looked at the look ahead line here and thought,
00:45this game is going to be a touchdown, at least.
00:48In Detroit, maybe even higher here.
00:51The fact that it even opened up a look ahead at five and a half is crazy to me.
00:56But now, Donnie, we're seeing nothing but cowboy money, threes, three and a halves,
01:02the total getting up a little bit higher.
01:05I mean, my goodness.
01:06All of a sudden, we've got ourselves a battle on our hand.
01:10And the Cowboys, who have won three in a row, and they've beaten the Eagles and Chiefs in that span,
01:16now we'll have an opportunity to take down the Lions.
01:19Listen, minus three to minus three and a half, not out of the realm of possibility.
01:26I think this is where it's going to land, Donnie.
01:28The question is, do you like, do you want the hook with Dallas, or do you want the three with Detroit?
01:34But I don't think they're going to make it easy for you in the market right up until kickoff.
01:37NFL News and Notes right here on the Early Line on a Tuesday morning edition right here on the Sports Grid Network.
01:43You know us.
01:43We set the table.
01:44You've got to know what's going to happen for the rest of your Sports Grid Day.
01:46But more importantly, what's going to happen into the future and also when players are changing teams here.
01:51The rats are running off the ship, Joe Ranieri.
01:54What are you talking about?
01:55It's the Minnesota Vikings right now.
01:56Have you seen J.J. McCarthy?
01:58Have you seen Mixter Max Brosmer play quarterback?
02:01Wide receivers are going to management right now saying, just let me out of this equation.
02:06I want to play football elsewhere.
02:08That's what happened to Adam Thielen.
02:09He went to management and said, hey, man, it's just not working out here.
02:11Whether it's me, you, or the quarterback stink, I don't think I have a future here.
02:15And this is a guy that was just returning back as the conquering hero and traded for draft picks.
02:20Like, you're not using me?
02:21I can't catch a ball from these guys.
02:23Just let me go.
02:24And the Minnesota Vikings go, sure.
02:26Go ahead, Adam.
02:26You're out of here.
02:28Can you blame him, Donnie?
02:30I mean, you know, he's got limited snaps in his career left.
02:33He knows it, right?
02:35So why not try and help a team that can actually, you know, contend and has a quarterback that can actually throw the ball?
02:44And, yeah, kudos to Thielen for recognizing it.
02:48But he just basically, you know, solidified what we've all been thinking here, Donnie,
02:53after they made this move here to start Prosper last week, that Minnesota is not in it to win games here, Donnie.
03:00They are basically in it to run out the rest of the season and move on from there.
03:04Let me tell you something.
03:06If anybody out there watched, and a lot of people probably did or saw highlights,
03:10Seattle was so convinced Minnesota couldn't even get a first down,
03:13they just basically took a knee for three quarters and still extended their lead because of how bad Minnesota is with their quarterback play.
03:21This is a team with a solid offensive line, a good ground game, the best wide receiver in football,
03:26and good complementary features, and they can't move the football because their quarterback play is horrendous here.
03:32So Adam Thielen is out.
03:34We'll see where he lands.
03:35Free agent.
03:36Can go to a team and win and maybe help out another team.
03:38Let's get to this next story here because it's Philadelphia-centric, and I love this stuff.
03:42And sometimes we blow things out of proportion.
03:44And I don't know where anybody grew up, but maybe it's just me living in South Jersey.
03:48Kids do stupid things all the time.
03:50Maybe you didn't like a teacher that lived in town.
03:52Oh, yeah, let's go egg their house or toilet paper their house.
03:54Harmless fun as long as you're not breaking windows and doing a lot of damage.
03:58Now we're seeing the police are involved because dumb young kids filmed egging Kevin Petullo's house
04:05after the horrible season so far for the offensive coordinator.
04:09People are taking this.
04:10Like you see right there, Perfra, the Morristown Police Department.
04:12By the way, Morristown is a very affluent suburb here in South Jersey.
04:16And you saw the house.
04:16It's quite nice.
04:17That guy's making a lot of money.
04:19But understand this, Joe.
04:20Like, what are we getting worked out for?
04:22He got his house egged.
04:23Is that criminal for five to seven years behind bars?
04:26Get over it.
04:27Hey, Petullo, you know you don't get your house egged here?
04:30Call a good game, win football games.
04:31We don't have to worry about it here.
04:32That's all.
04:34You know what I mean?
04:35Did Shane Steichen get his house egged when he was there, Donnie?
04:39No.
04:39No.
04:40Didn't have.
04:40No.
04:41Shocker there.
04:42Kellen Moore.
04:43Neither Kellen Moore.
04:43Nope.
04:44Yeah.
04:44Right.
04:45Couldn't do that either.
04:46No.
04:46Okay.
04:46Yeah.
04:47I'm seeing a pattern here.
04:48Nobody is just randomly egging your house because things are going swimmingly with the
04:54exact same, for the most part, offense that you had that won a Super Bowl.
04:58Something changed.
04:59Oh, that's right.
05:00The O.C.
05:01changed.
05:01So, yeah.
05:03My goodness.
05:04It just doesn't shock me, Donnie.
05:06Philly fans, if nothing else, they are passionate.
05:09When it's going good, they're your best friend, Donnie.
05:11When it's going bad, yeah, they're going to let you know about it.
05:16They are.
05:16By the way, the movie called All the Right Moves in the 1980s with Tom Cruise.
05:20When the coach, they were upset with him, what'd they do?
05:22Went to his house, dumped trash out there, spray painted his house, and put every for sale
05:27marker in that front yard there and told him to get out.
05:30Look, people get angry at coaches all the time.
05:32We're not advocating for any violence, but getting a couple eggs busted off your house
05:36because you're not performing well, not the worst thing in the world.
05:39Let's not make too big of a deal out of this year.
05:41How about this deal?
05:42Great news for Sauce Gardner, or is it?
05:44Like, I don't know how.
05:45This seems like, Joe, we are waiting for an Achilles injury.
05:48How many times do we see, like, hey, I got a calf injury.
05:50I'm going to come back a little bit too soon.
05:51Oh, no.
05:52Turns into Achilles.
05:54Worst case scenario for the Colts, man.
05:56They just made this deal.
05:57Two first-round trap picks here.
05:58Sauce is going to be at lockdown corner.
06:00We're going to win a Super Bowl or at least make a deep playoff run, and everything seems
06:04to be crashing down.
06:05We'll see when Sauce comes back, but I don't like what I see here.
06:08A top cornerback with a calf injury, that's never a good thing, Joe.
06:12No, but, you know, we saw this, you know, hints of this when he was with the Jets.
06:18You know, he had missed some times.
06:20There was concern about a calf injury there, but you weren't sure if it was like, they're
06:25just like, oh, we're so bad right now.
06:27But no, there has been a history of it here, and that's the one coin flip that you had.
06:33Listen, even if they had known about it, I don't know that it was going to stop them
06:36from making the deal.
06:37It doesn't sound like, you know, they're hoping a couple of weeks, maybe, but it's just
06:43an unfortunate situation that, you know, he has to go to the Colts for all of that draft
06:48capital that make this team better, and not only once he went down, did you notice how
06:54much Nico Collins was involved in that game?
06:56That's going to be a big loss for the Colts here moving forward.
07:00Absolutely, it is.
07:01Locked down corner, two really good cornerbacks.
07:02Now you're down one.
07:03You can pick on the other one.
07:04It happens all the time here.
07:06How about Justin Herbert?
07:06He broke his hand in a football game, came back in, got surgery yesterday, put some screws
07:12in there, coach, and put me back into the game.
07:14And he's day-to-day for Monday's clash against the Philadelphia Eagles.
07:18He's going to play, no doubt in my mind.
07:21Listen, he came back into the game with no pins and no nothing.
07:25He rubbed some dirt on it, put a little tape and a Michael Jackson glove, and he was back
07:29in the game, Donnie.
07:30So I'm not thinking a couple of pins and a little surgery is going to stop from getting
07:35here.
07:36And by the way, at one point in the game, when he came back out from the locker room, he
07:41was standing next to Harbaugh.
07:43Now, the dude is an absolute monster, Donnie.
07:47Like, he is a huge.
07:49And you think, like, wait, Harbaugh played NFL quarterback?
07:53Like, my goodness, is he a big dude.
07:56Oh, my.
07:56Wow.
07:576'6", 6'7".
07:59Woof.
08:00Eagles working on that chop to the arms, y'all.
08:03You know it.
08:03Jalen Phillips coming around that corner, whacking that hand.
08:06Bang.
08:07Right across to knock that football loose.
08:09We'll see if it happens.
08:10How about this?
08:10Andy Reid, we got video here of why they need to win their next five games, not to be the
08:16number one seed, just to get in.
08:17They use some interesting words here.
08:19Let's hear from you.
08:20Going your way that you can win these next five games in a row.
08:23Yeah.
08:23Well, I believe that.
08:24I mean, I believe you come.
08:27If you're coming to me on this, Matt, I'm telling you, we're going to go after you every
08:31game, and, you know, that's how we roll.
08:35We're going to try to tickle your tonsils on every play, every game.
08:40And, but that's the attitude that we're coming in with.
08:45And then you let the chips fall where they may.
08:49But at the same time, you got to make sure you take care of the small things here that
08:53we've got rolling.
08:54We've got to make sure that we get rid of some of these mistakes.
08:57But there's not a game that I go into that I don't think we're going to get after you.
09:03By the way, a quick question on that.
09:05You're tickling the tonsils.
09:07Kind of tough scene right there for Big Red.
09:08They got to win five games.
09:09I always like to see, like, a head coach of an NFL team that probably makes $15 million
09:14north, a billion-dollar organization.
09:16Don't they have a little area in their probably 2,000-square-foot office where they just have
09:20a nice camera and a little microphone that they can talk?
09:23Why is it always like, I'm on an iPad and I can't get anything correct here?
09:26It looks terrible.
09:27Why is that?
09:28How long after that, Donnie, do you think the PR department came in and said, yeah, coach,
09:35tickling the tonsils, probably, let's not do that.
09:38Let's not say that anymore.
09:40Let's not do that anymore.
09:42And, Donnie, listen, like he said, they expect to win the next five games.
09:46Listen, I expect to get the next six Power Bowl numbers.
09:50Doesn't mean it's going to happen, Donnie.
09:52Not going to happen for those Chiefs here.
09:54By the way, Liam Cohen had to address his punter's issue where the punter was saying
09:58he's going to kill people out there.
10:00I like what I hear.
10:01What do you got?
10:02One of the Titans players, I guess, after the game said, Logan Cook threatened to kill him
10:07in one of those altercations there.
10:09And that's kind of blown up a little bit.
10:11I was just wondering, you know, your thought about whether that might have been across the
10:15line or anything, or if that's something, you know, that just happens during games.
10:20I've probably heard that said like, I mean, a hundred times, you know, from players and
10:27games.
10:27So, whatever.
10:31There you go.
10:32Hey, look.
10:33Everybody, apparently, Joe, yells during the game, I'm going to kill you.
10:38No big deal in the NFL.
10:41Listen, and this generation ain't even the generation of trash talking, Donnie.
10:46You know, Dick Butkus, you go back all the way.
10:49Guys that were literally telling you how they were going to rip you from shred to shred.
10:53As we go, do you know what else we need to see, Joe?
10:56Who's going to be the coach of the New York Giants?
10:59And it probably is going to be another Joe named Joe Judge, one of the worst hires I've
11:03ever seen in the National Football League.
11:04But that's far for the course for the Giants.
11:06Because the leaders right now, Joe, Mike McCarthy, Lou Anaramo, and Mike Kafka here.
11:12Giants fans.
11:13Look, I understand.
11:14When I grew up, it was always like even keel.
11:17Like the Giants fans and the Eagles fans would unite in their hatred for the Dallas Cowboys
11:21and the Washington slash commanders, whatever they were called back in the day.
11:25But now I look at the Giants and say, I almost pity the fan base.
11:28What is to look forward to?
11:29Mike McCarthy as the Giants head man?
11:33You can't be serious, can we?
11:35Yeah, it could be worse.
11:36You know, Chip Kelly could be on that list somewhere, too, as well.
11:41But I got it.
11:42You know, we were talking off air, Donnie.
11:44I think Mike Kafka's got an advantage over everybody because it's basically an ongoing
11:50interview right now.
11:53And I love what he has done with this team, even though they haven't won some games here.
11:57But that was never the goal.
11:59He's installing, you know, everyone's accountable here.
12:03He's and listen, the offense has thrived here since he's taken over.
12:08So I don't mind, you know, throwing a couple of bucks on him, too, because I do think he's
12:13got the best opportunity right now.
12:16Like, you should get excited.
12:17We're going to get a new coach.
12:18And so who's our options?
12:19McCarthy, Haefeli, Kubiak, Pierce, Anuramo, Kafka, Minter, and Sarkisian.
12:23Like, man, we probably should have just kept the same guy we had in Brian Dable at this
12:28point, tried to ride this thing out.
12:30Tough scene, Giants.
12:31Enjoy it.
12:32You got two wins.
12:32You've been a lot of fun.
12:34We'll be right back after this week.
12:36It's never too early when you close the book on a Monday night football game and then have
12:40to look at the next week here because it comes up quick on a Thursday and we got a gem of
12:44the game and monster importance in the standings for the NFC.
12:498-15 on Thursday night, live from the Motor City of Detroit, it's the Dallas Cowboys and
12:54it's the Detroit Lions.
12:56Last time we saw these two teams, they both played on Thanksgiving.
12:59One was a victory for the Dallas Cowboys over the Kansas City Chiefs.
13:02The other was a loss from the Detroit Lions against the Green Bay Packers.
13:06Squaring off on Thursday night, the look-ahead line, Joe?
13:09Five and a half.
13:10No longer the case.
13:11It's down to minus three as a favorite for Detroit.
13:14Questions in the air.
13:15Amon Ross St. Brown, is he going to play in this game?
13:17Heck, Detroit even thought they were getting back one of the best centers to ever play the
13:21game in Frank Ragnow.
13:22He comes back and gets a, hey, let's take a look at that hamstring.
13:25Oh no, it's severed.
13:26You're going back to being retired here.
13:28They can't catch a break any which way.
13:30Dallas coming to town hot.
13:32Can they steal this game, Joe?
13:35Well, why not?
13:36I mean, they certainly have the offense to be able to do it.
13:39And, you know, we've talked about it now how many times in a row.
13:43Like, this is not a great offense here like years past for the Detroit Lions.
13:50And this is not a terrible defense with the Dallas Cowboys anymore.
13:55So, a little bit of a short week here for these teams.
14:00But, well, not really because they did play last Thursday.
14:02So, it actually works out pretty good for them.
14:05But, you know, if I'm Detroit, is this a must-win game?
14:09If I'm Dallas, I know it's must-win.
14:11I can't.
14:12I don't have a lot of room for error here moving forward.
14:15On the road, you know, it would be nice to see Dallas win a game on the road, Donnie,
14:20with this new defense because we've only had a chance to see them at home.
14:24But the reality is it's in a dome.
14:27It's inside.
14:28It's – this could be either one of the highest-scoring games of the week, Donnie,
14:33or this could turn into be which team makes the most mistakes in a sloppy affair
14:39in which somebody's going to win it on a field goal.
14:41I tend to think points could be coming in this game.
14:45Or, Joe, as you started off the show, how about just a really bad call by a referee
14:48besides a playoff?
14:49Yeah, that's awesome.
14:50Time-time Thursday night football.
14:52You know the drill.
14:53By the way, Joe, you did say this game is in a dome.
14:55So, good atmosphere, clean, nice and warm.
14:58How about the next game we're going to talk about, the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers.
15:01By the time this game ends, Joe, we're expected to be around 10 to 9 degrees in this game.
15:06No precipitation and light winds.
15:08Just freezing cold football between Caleb Williams and Jordan Love.
15:12Two teams vying for supremacy in the NFC North.
15:15The side, minus 6.5 for the Green Bay Packers.
15:18Seems pretty strong.
15:19The total dropping, Joe, the opening number at 46.5.
15:23Now, across the marketplace, I'm seeing 44.5.
15:27A huge game to decide a lot in the NFC and close to a touchdown favorite for those Packers.
15:32So, these two teams are infuriating.
15:37As good as the Bears looked last week on the road against the Eagles, Caleb Williams is a head scratcher for a quarterback.
15:48And as far as Green Bay goes, listen, which one of these offenses shows up?
15:55Which version of the Green Bay Packers offense shows up?
15:59The one that has balance?
16:00The one where Jordan Love is lighting teams up here and connecting all, you know, making completions across the board to seven different receivers?
16:09Or is it the one that they can't, you know, can't get out of their own way?
16:13They have not been great at home this year at Lambeau, Donnie, ironically enough.
16:18But, boy, does this feel like a big number.
16:21But I think it's a big number for a reason.
16:23Because I'm not trusting.
16:24At some point, Caleb Williams is going to have to win you a game.
16:27And I don't think he's going to be able to do it.
16:30By the way, we're going to bring up this next game right here, Joe.
16:33Philadelphia and Los Angeles.
16:34And, again, we have big games.
16:36Isn't it nice to talk about big games in the NFL in the regular season?
16:38It feels like we get, like, one a week if we're lucky.
16:40It feels like we have multiple games this week.
16:42Philadelphia and Los Angeles.
16:44I'm not surprised the Eagles right now are a favorite by three points to two and a half points, depending on where you're shopping at.
16:49Because up in the air, if Trey Lance plays, the Eagles are probably going to win this game just because Trey Lance is playing.
16:54But Herbert plays this game.
16:55Now we got an interesting one.
16:56But look at this total, too, Joe, in the holding pattern.
16:59In Eagles-Chargers game, in a dome, not outside of Philadelphia, where it's 50-degree temperature, or excuse me, 50-degree winds blowing.
17:06And it's like, hey, it's chilly, and maybe there's some precipitation.
17:09Joe, 40 and a half.
17:11We're sitting on a total between the Eagles and the Chargers.
17:14You tell me right now, like, if we're – and, again, market moves, right?
17:17We talk about cows.
17:18You buy in on the circle where the spread goes.
17:20If Herbert is playing in this game, the Eagles and the Chargers probably go closer to a pick-em.
17:25Also, if Herbert is playing in this game, Joe, there's no way it's 40 and a half.
17:30Like, I feel like betting the over right now based on, you know Herbert is playing in this game.
17:36He's playing in this game, I believe.
17:38There's no way he's not playing.
17:40I absolutely see him now.
17:42Whether or not he'll be able to take any snaps under center is a different question because he didn't when he came back into that game last week against the Raiders.
17:52But they are home.
17:54The conditions will be epic.
17:56And the question to me is, again, is this the kind of defense with the Chargers that's going to allow Philadelphia to figure things out offensively?
18:06Donnie, I mean, you're the Eagles guy here.
18:09Does this strike you as a defense that, oh, they can get right here?
18:13They're going to get the running game going.
18:15I don't know.
18:16You know, it feels like the spread is right.
18:19But the question is whether or not the Eagles can figure it out offensively and wouldn't blame anybody for going.
18:26I don't think so.
18:28Yeah.
18:28And also, again, in a dome, like you're going to be able to throw the football around.
18:32But then we saw the Eagles score 21 points on the Cowboys.
18:34You shut it down in the second half or the final three quarters of that game.
18:37There's so many mysteries heading around it where sometimes, Joe, it's just that buy low point.
18:42Not buying the Eagles to win the game, but 40 points.
18:44Like, do we really think the Chargers and the Eagles in a dome are going like 17-10, 17-13?
18:49No way.
18:50Crazy.
18:50One of those teams will be in their 20s at that point here.
18:52Heck, even if Trey Lance plays, they're probably still going to move the football as is because there is a way that you can run on the Philadelphia Eagles.
18:58We'll find that one out as we go.
18:59But also, take a look at the Steelers and the Ravens, Joe.
19:03This is one of those where, like, hey, the Steelers should be so far away from the Ravens that this game shouldn't even matter.
19:08Not the case.
19:09Seems like they both stink right now, but look at this.
19:12The Ravens at home favored by five and a half to six, depending where he's shopping at, and a total of 43 and a half.
19:18I'm telling you right now, when I look at Baltimore, I still have optimism because I think Lamar can get a little bit healthier now, has a little bit extra time off.
19:26There's better players on Baltimore, and every time I watch Pittsburgh play, I go, I don't know how they move the football at all.
19:33Aaron Rodgers is absolutely cooked.
19:35He's got a broken wrist.
19:37The running game is average at best.
19:38There's no deep threat wide receiver.
19:40You cover DK Metcalf, and nobody can beat you here.
19:43I like the Ravens early week.
19:45As bad as the Ravens have been, I like them over the Steelers.
19:48I do not.
19:50Absolutely not.
19:51Because take what you've seen from both of these teams to this point and throw it out the window.
19:58These two teams, forever, Donnie, nine of the last 11 games have been decided by one score or less.
20:07Okay?
20:08The average point scored in these games is barely 40 points here between these two teams.
20:16Nobody, this one series, just throw it all out the window.
20:21Now, this isn't one of the best Ravens teams that we've seen.
20:24I mean, heck, there have been a lot of question marks about the Steelers over the last couple of seasons, certainly offensively, which, hello, is why they signed Aaron Rodgers.
20:33And yet, the Ravens, much better team last year, couldn't pull away from them.
20:38But I don't see, this to me is always going to be a series, low scoring, and it's going to come down to special teams.
20:45Who makes the field goal when it matters the most?
20:47It's a three-point game one way or the other.
20:49No way am I laying more than a field goal with the Ravens.
20:53I don't care that it's home.
20:55This series always tells us the same thing, Donnie.
20:58Fewer points, field goal wins it.
21:01I am disgusted by what's taking place there in the Steel City at this point right now.
21:05The fire Tomlin chants, and leave it up to Mike Tomlin, too.
21:08Fire Tomlin chants, goes on the road, Pittsburgh wins this game, end up winning the division.
21:12Like, I don't get it here.
21:13Pittsburgh saves away for another season.
21:15So ridiculous, these two teams.
21:17This is who they are.
21:19It's crazy.
21:20Just bad, bad football teams.
21:22And yes, it does kick off on Thursday night with that Detroit-Dallas game.
21:26But on Sunday, again, big matchups across the board.
21:28But Joe, maybe none bigger.
21:30Now we're going to preview this.
21:31Tell me how excited you are for Tennessee and Cleveland, Ward versus Sanders, and a total of 33 and a half.
21:41Does it get any better like that in the NFL?
21:43It doesn't get any better.
21:43I thought you were going to ask me about Miami and the Jets, two teams.
21:47That keep winning games for no reason.
21:49But yes, no, I am very much looking forward to the first one that three wins that game.
21:54Right back at it.
21:55Where does the time go?
21:56Two hours up and down.
21:58It's just how we do on the early line.
21:59It's a lot of fun.
22:00It's a lot of information.
22:01It's a lot of talk.
22:01It's a lot of chatter here.
22:03And even with some of the coaches that I do actually like, just not when they beat my favorite teams here.
22:08Ben Johnson, man of the people.
22:10How about this?
22:11My wife was just laughing.
22:13That's about it.
22:13Yeah, I guess my two-year-old was watching the TV screen back at home.
22:16And she's like, no shirt, no shirt.
22:19She just pointed at the screen.
22:20No shirt, no shirt.
22:22And my wife had no idea what was going on.
22:24So that's really about how that went.
22:27You know, I think anytime you get a chance to feed a city, you want to do it.
22:31So man of the people.
22:32There you go, man.
22:34The people.
22:35I think it was what?
22:35Free hot dogs?
22:36If you took a shirt off, took a shirt off there.
22:37Hot dogs for the people in Chicago.
22:39I'll tell you how you win this city of Chicago.
22:41Have a good football team that plays hard each and every week with a legitimate chance to make the playoffs to make a deep run.
22:46Chicago will love you.
22:47Why?
22:48Because they never get that, Joe.
22:50No, they don't.
22:51And kudos, he's really, he's done a great job with that team, with their city.
22:58And he's there certainly, he's certainly endearing them to them.
23:00So again, keep winning football games.
23:04And boy, oh boy, that's another fan base that's long overdue to be excited about something.
23:09That certainly is.
23:10I'll tell you what else to get excited for here.
23:12Now's the time we reach out to the people.
23:14And we want to know what you're thinking, Joe.
23:16Here's our Fade the Public poll for Tuesday.
23:17Come on now.
23:25You just watched a football game last night where you saw Drake May out there on full display.
23:29Another 250-plus yard performance, multiple touchdowns, another victory, and 11 wins on the season.
23:35So that's SportsGrid on X.
23:37If you're not out there following us, what are you doing?
23:39We ask questions every day.
23:41And this one based upon last night.
23:43Who was your favorite NFL MVP this season?
23:46So now you take a look at the four options.
23:48Drake May, Matthew Stafford, Dak Prescott, Jordan Love.
23:51Do you know who the leader in the clubhouse is?
23:52You see it right there.
23:53It's Drake May.
23:55Fresh off a nice performance.
23:56But by the way, the live total, Joe, down a little bit to 52% with Matthew Stafford now at 38% moving up the list.
24:05Drake May right now should be the leader in the clubhouse until Matthew Stafford resurrects himself
24:09and throws five touchdown passes to Puka and Devontae Adams this weekend.
24:13He beat a two-win giant team.
24:18And now all of a sudden he's the great.
24:20Now he's Tom Brady, right?
24:22He's Tom Brady.
24:23Now you stop it, please.
24:24I would even take a flyer and I would vote because I think a win on Thursday night and maybe a running of the table.
24:33And just like that, Dak Prescott, the only reason nobody's paid attention to him is because we all stuck a fork in Dallas early on.
24:41But all of a sudden, Dak Prescott's numbers have been pretty darn impressive.
24:45And he's got all the weapons in order to rise up that board.
24:49So my vote, Dak Prescott.
24:50So my vote, Dak Prescott.
