00:07their employees, they just need to be nice to them. But I learned it's more important for
00:13business owners and leaders, not just to be nice, but to help them win, create an environment or
00:20provide tools that maximizes the probability of their success, maximizes the scope of their
00:25achievement. And I think that's what I feel and what I see and what I hear people talking about is
00:31creating an environment in a world where people achieve and succeed and are happy because of it
00:39as opposed to, oh, my manager's nice to me.
