00:11think about how do we actually achieve inspiration?
00:14How do we get everybody else energized to see what we see?
00:18Because a lot of the time you'll see leaders walking around with that excitement on their
00:21face and everybody's wondering what's going on.
00:24And that's why you basically tell them you have to move from aspiration, that dream that
00:28you have to inspiration, which means I have to actually talk to every individual in my
00:34company.
00:34I have to do this at skin myself by talking to large groups as well as talk to my leaders
00:39so they can take that same message and help cascade it down.
