Raipur, Chhattisgarh: A disturbing incident from Kalibari Ward has gone viral. BLO Vandana Soni was allegedly abused and assaulted by Savita Bhatwal when she visited her home to collect the SIR form. Savita reportedly grabbed her by the neck, hit her, and even threw a slipper at a man who tried to intervene. The BLO says other residents also misbehaved during the visit. The incident occurred on Saturday and the video is now circulating widely.
