00:53Okay. So, talas, bakit kayo nakaisip nag-organize ng ganitong franchise seminar dito sa Ma'am Buraw?

01:03At bukas ay sa San Jose.

01:05Sa lahat po ng mga narito ngayon, nakita natin ang halaga ng franchising.

01:10Isa ito sa mga limang pillars ni Secretary Cristina Roque na dapat tutugunan ng DTI.

01:15Kasama dito ang franchising, kasama dito ang AI at digitalization.

01:21Ganun din ang tungkol sa diversification ng industries, mentoring at saka ng financing.

01:25So, we focus here today for the franchising.

01:28At takita natin ang maraming negosyante dito na sa Mambura, sa Oksandal, Mindoro, na gustong mag-venture.

01:34May puhunan.

01:34Kaya lang, alba, asan ba nila dadalhin?

01:37So, ito yung nakita natin na safe ng investment kasi may blueprint na tayo sa franchise.

01:42Alam na natin ang operations and innocent outs nito and do's and don'ts.

01:46Kaya malaking tulong kung mag-engage nila sa franchising.

01:48About PD Noel, ano ba ang importance kanyang sa franchising sa'yo?

01:52Nakikita mo ngayon sa ating mga negosyante.

01:54Kasi sila halos gusto nila mag-engage sa mga franchising para dahil, anong una, yung technical capacity nila.

02:04Ngayon kung mag-franchise sila, puhunan.

02:06May puhunan pero walang capacity technically.

02:08So, franchising yung pinakamadali.

02:11At saka, ang naisip rin ng mga negosyante na mas magandang mag-engage sa ganito dahil nagbo-boom yung franchising industry.

02:20So, sa tingin mo, nakakatulong talaga ang franchising sa economy ng bawat taon, RD?

02:27Yes, sir. Talagang malaking tulong.

02:28Kasi una, sure yung business, sure yung income, kahit papano, ang risk ay na-identify na ng mga pinapranchise sa lahat.

02:35At the same time, may employment opportunity sa mga constituents natin.

02:38Dito ba sa Mima Ropa, kamusta na? Nagbo-progress ba tayo economically?

02:43Nakita ko ang daan natin na yung gaganda at ang transportation.

02:46Ano ang nakikita niyong forecast ngayon, 2026? Ano ba nakikita natin?

02:51So, yung latest na nakita natin data ng PSA, talagang improving ang Mima Ropa region.

02:55So, yung kanyang economic profile ay maganda for 2024 data.

02:59So, looking forward yung 2025, mas mag-increase ulit ang performance economic data po natin.

03:03So, with the support ng iba't ibang agencies, infrastructures, yung mga utilities,

03:09Pansin natin, internet, ang bilis na rin ngayon.

03:11Ang powers kahit pa pano ay nagiging stable.

03:15At hopefully ay ang mga kinakilampang support mechanisms,

03:18improvement ng port, improvement ng mga iba-iba pang pangailangan,

03:21ay may provided po natin.

03:23But, P.D. Noel, nakita ko maraming mga negosyante dito ngayon

03:25na mayroong, they're interested to expand their business.

03:29Itong mga participants natin, Mamiya.

03:31Ano ang nakikita nila? Bakit sila nauudyok ngayon sa mag-franchise ng negosyo?

03:37Unang-una kasi ngayon, nakikita natin sa mga social media, maraming nagbibigay ng franchise.

03:43Pero marami rin ang nagubudol o nanoloko.

03:46Kaya sabi, naisip namin na gumawa na isang ganitong franchising 101,

03:51na bitbit namin yung mga tunay na may-ari, at syempre yung expert at ikaw yun.

03:56May credibility, kilala.

03:58So, ang DTI naman kasi kapag nag-invite sa mga yan, talagang andun yung confidence na,

04:03tsaka yung trust, na hindi sila malalagay sa alanganin.

04:07Kaya sabi ko, gawin natin ka-con-franchising 101 seminar,

04:11hindi lang yung mag-franchise sila, at kung meron silang mga negosyo,

04:14pwede silang mag-franchise, alam nila yung mga niti-gritty at details.

04:18Kaya sabi namin, mamburo at sanose kasi ito yung mga mabilis ang progreso ng ekonomiya.

04:23Okay. At at the same time, compared sa Zoom at saka face-to-face,

04:29ano ba nakikita mo, RD? Ano ba ang advantage at nakikita mo at nag-face-to-face tayo?

04:34Malaking bagay talaga pa rin yung face-to-face, that's accept that reality.

04:37Iba yung interaction, iba yung makikita yung emotions, diba, nung kaharap natin.

04:42At yung, kasi paminsan, pagka Zoom or anumang virtual,

04:46nahihiyam magtanong eh.

04:47So, hindi yung alam, at plus sa part po din yun,

04:49hindi yung alam kung nungunawaan pa ng mga nakikinig.

04:51Hindi mo mabasa yung emotions nilaan.

04:54Tama po yun.

04:55So, better ng ganitong face-to-face ko kaya.

04:57But again, this is a very aggressive move ng Department of Trade.

05:01Thank you to Secretary Chris at sa ating, you know, yung kayo, yung backbone dito.

05:07Ano ba mga challenges nakikita nyo pa na nakikita nyo na dapat nating ayusin pa

05:13bukod dito sa pag-franchise na PD?

05:16Marami pa rin dapat makonsider, pero kailangan kasi national policy din ang titingnan natin.
