00:00So what we've seen from 2023 to 2025 is that Vismin businesses are actually growing stronger
00:09because the average orders per sellers rose actually by 51%.
00:14And the total Vismin sales grew by 24%.
00:20And of course, specifically for our Visaya sellers, Visaya's MSMEs,
00:24so we've seen as shopping orders reported an increase of 35% increase.
00:31So just imagine, you know, these numbers tell the story that Vismin MSMEs are actually experiencing exponential growth.
00:40So coming from these beautiful numbers, so we wanted to deep dive and understand, you know, how have they grown?
00:48How can they, we've seen that the growth talaga ang business is that?
00:52And then we looked at, we looked at now the reach.
00:58And this is probably my most favorite insight because now we've seen that geography is becoming less of a barrier
01:09in this region.
01:11So our top Vismin sellers actually reached buyers in 81 of 82 provinces in the Philippines.
01:18So imagine that's 99% of provinces reached.
01:22So it's, it's, it's a good number for us, um, at shopping, because it makes us realize why continuous investments
01:31in infrastructures are very important.
01:34Also with, um, support with logistics.
01:36And like, a clear example would be, para ang small seller dito sa Cebu, tayang magtaabot ng products in a
01:46small town in Pangasinan.
01:47So this is what this number tells us.
01:50And then, we've also seen, we've also seen the number of, um, shipments, you know.
01:58And we've seen that more than one in three of these many shipments actually are delivered through Seoul.
02:05So, so yeah, this tells the story na yung small seller here in Visayas or in Mindanao are actually playing
02:12in the national game.
02:16And so, we now looked at also, so what enabled this group?
02:20So we know, we understand that, okay, our MSNB sellers are growing, you know, and they are reaching, you know,
02:25almost all of the provinces in the Philippines.
02:28How?
02:29You know, what enabled them?
02:30And then when we looked at the numbers, there are actually two things, you know, that happened.
02:35Number one is digital adoption of our tools, of the shopper tools.
02:40And the next is using seller enablement services.
02:45So, what we've seen is that Shopee Video, the use of Shopee Video, the sales grew by 209%.
02:52And this is just for one year, you know, just 2020, 40, 20, 25.
02:57And we've seen also that video sellers in Visayas increased by 17 times throughout the course of the 2023 to
03:052025.
03:06So, more so, affiliate connections increased by 29 times.
03:11So, it means more and more sellers are now actually engaging with creators, you know, for their products to have
03:17more visibility, have more exposure, so they can attract new markets.
03:22And then in terms of seller enablement, so we've also seen Chat AI Assistant, which is our virtual customer service
03:31port, so it grew by 75%.
03:34So, meaning, even if kundiari natutunog sa seller palang mag-respond ng Chat AI Assistant natin, you know, to the
03:43buyers.
03:43Because we all are buyers here, and we know that our demands or our expectations from our sellers are evolving.
03:53And then, one note is also on Fulfilled by Shopping.
03:56Fulfilled by Shopee is actually our support for sellers, wherein we take care of the end-to-end fulfillment, meaning
04:04shipment, packing, even returns, so Shopee handles that when you use FPS. And we've seen the growth increase by 14
04:14times.
