00:05I mean, I'm counting, too.

00:06That's a big deal.

00:07It's a cookbook, and it's my cookbook.

00:11I'm not caffeinated enough not to get emotional about it, but it is really exciting.

00:15I put a lot of time and work into it.

00:17It was five months of recipe testing while we were in Kansas City, and I'm just incredibly

00:21proud.

00:22And it's just so many people who are behind it, and my lovely co-author Mindy Fox and publisher

00:26Rux Martin, and it's just like to see everybody sort of like get the attention and the love

00:30that they deserve from it is I'm just, I'm frickin' immensely grateful.

00:34You deserve it.

00:35You've been getting a lot of love just these past two weeks.

00:37Who is a fan of the show that has surprised you?

00:40Okay, I just got chills thinking about it because as I was leaving the night before the Emmys

00:45party last night, Mrs. Viola Davis came up at the end of the night, and we gushed over

00:53her favorite heroes and got to share stories, and you know when you meet an icon, and it's

00:59sort of like you look up to them, and you hope that they're like that in real person,

01:04and she was actually better.

01:06So she exceeded my expectations, but it's just like that all the time.

01:10It's like you have people who come up, and it's sort of like I freak out because I'm

01:13like I don't know what to say.

01:14Just behave like a normal human being and try to have complete sentences.

01:17But lucky for us, we're on an incredibly powerful show where they basically get to gush, so it

01:22kind of like takes the stress off of me.

01:24But I love that it's a show that brings people joy, and I think that that's incredibly important,

01:29and I'm so immensely grateful for it, and I hope that I get to continue to do it for

01:32a very long time.

01:33It makes sense to have you do a cooking show at some point.
