00:04newest A-lister to team up with Quibi. Dern will star and and executive produce the series

00:09Just One Drink, which is in development at the Shortform streaming platform.

00:12Nick Hornby, who wrote High Fidelity and About a Boy, is penning the script.

00:16Just One Drink will be a series of one-act vignettes between a bartender, Dern, and the

00:21customers she serves, all of whom are in various states of emotional despair.

00:24Dern, of course, can currently be seen in Marriage Story on Netflix.

00:30Part of what we're gonna do together is tell your story.

00:32In addition to winning a SAG Award for her role, she's also won a Golden Globe and is nominated for an Oscar.

00:38But that's not all, Dern can also currently be seen in another film stirring up buzz this awards season, Little Women.

00:47It's also worth noting, Dern won an Emmy in 2017 for HBO's Big Little Lies, and her other recent credits

00:57As for Quibi, the mobile-centric platform from Jeffrey Katzenberg is set to launch April 6th
