00:00I think one of the essentials of being able to put up siguro really savory at yung talagang swabbing masarap na putahe is identifying the ingredients.
00:19Yung ginamit natin kanina which is yung dark meat, yung leg quarter, matagal ang cooking time nun.
00:25And then itong breast part is mabilisan lang. Pwede pwede ito. Ito yung mga pang salad.
00:34And when you identify yun nga yung cooking time, yung characteristics ng bawat ingredient, mas mapapalabas mo yung sarap niya talaga.
00:43So we'll be doing mint chicken.
00:45And you know na naalagaan ng maganda ang kanilang manok?
00:50Dahil, ito yun naman yan.
00:55So we'll use that as our fat.
00:59So lagay na natin sa ating pan.
01:01And kagaya na yung sinabi nila sa black chicken, again feathers, meat, at saka yung loob, laman loob niya, itim.
01:17In fact, pati yung kanyang buto.
01:18Actually, may membrane lang sya. Parang may plastic dyan na aakalain nating itim din.
01:26Pero pag kinalgal mo, hindi man sya itim na itim, pero at least it gives you a shade ng dark pa rin.
01:32So since mabilisan lang yung luto na gagawin natin, tatanggalin lang natin yung pinakalitid na yan doon sa kanyang loin.
01:38So we have our chicken ready.
01:44Prepare lang natin yung ating apoy.
01:50Dagdagan lang natin ng layer of flavor by adding butter.
01:56And yung ating chicken breast.
02:05Season lang natin ito ng salt.
02:08And pepper.
02:13At this point, luto na yung chicken natin, so tatanggalin na natin sa apo yan.
02:18And then, pe-prepare lang natin yung pinaka-dressing natin.
02:21For our dressing, we'll be using yung kanilang fresh mint dito na harvest natin.
02:29To give more diversity on flavor tapos mas complex, lemon juice of course.
02:37Pero bago natin tigaan yan, sa-save muna natin yung zest para magamit din natin garnish at saka pang pop-pop ng flavor.
02:43And to literally spice things up, nagdag tayo yung mga isang sile.
02:50Using yung pan na pinagsira natin yung ating chicken, let's put in our honey.
02:55Konting mint.
02:57Siyempre yung ating sile.
02:58And lemon juice.
03:10Ipo-pore lang natin dun sa ating chicken.
03:13Then toss.
03:14And of course, more mint.
03:20Then yung ating mga lettuce.
03:23After yan, pwena natin mag-serve.
03:34Pambiran.
03:35Let me serve you chicken, mint chicken salad.
