01:42we brown our meat.
01:43Also, when you're
01:55using ingredients like
01:56duck, whereas hindi mo sure
01:59kung paano ito pinalaki,
02:01or saan sinorse ito,
02:02so tendency nyan kasi yung iba, yung
02:04sinasabi nilang may konting funk, or may
02:06konting lansa, this process
02:08would actually mute
02:10yung ganong
02:11untowards, or hindi
