00:00What do you want to talk about?
00:04Bam went crazy.
00:06I mean, he posterized Wemby.
00:09He posterized Wemby.
00:11Put it on a T-shirt right now.
00:12That's what Solano wants to talk about.
00:15So, obviously, Chris Greer has been relieved of his general manager duties
00:23with the Miami Dolphins.
00:24They are saying that it is a mutual decision.
00:30And, by the way, there are plenty of times I've had a bad show,
00:33and if someone came to me here and said,
00:35would you like to mutually agree to never do that again,
00:38I would probably go, yeah, you know what?
00:40I would like to mutually agree.
00:42And I can't imagine watching that game last night.
00:45I mean, that was embarrassing.
00:47You know, it's what we talked about with the Indianapolis game week one
00:52and then the beginning of the New England game week two
00:56and then the Carolina game and the Chargers game,
01:00where I kept saying, at what point is it just embarrassing?
01:05Where maybe you love Chris Greer.
01:08You trust in him if you're Steven Ross.
01:11You love Mike McDaniel.
01:13You trust in him.
01:14You just say things are going to get better.
01:17But at some point, the embarrassment gets too loud.
01:23And last night, you're on primetime network television.
01:29They're booing you at home.
01:31It's obvious that you can't get anything done,
01:35that you're not going to win,
01:37that you're going to be embarrassed again.
01:40And it obviously just got a little bit too much for Steven Ross.
01:45Something had to change and something changed.
01:49I know a lot of people wanted a head coaching change as well.
01:52That apparently is not going to happen.
01:54They have said through sources that Mike McDaniel will be there
01:58the remainder of the season.
01:59But Chris Greer is the first domino to fall.
02:04And we'll have to see what other dominoes are in line.
02:09I have my notes from yesterday,
02:11and I went on this long thing about to get to three and six.
02:15It's not just three and six.
02:16It's about gaining the respect back of football on national TV primetime game.
02:21You go out here, compete with the Lamar-led Ravens.
02:24It was the total opposite way.
02:26You proved to the world what they were already thinking.
02:28Everything through player-only meeting gate,
02:31through Tua snitch gate, through all the gates.
02:34Okay, let's see what the Dolphins have.
02:36Not just getting beat by a better team.
02:39Couldn't line up.
02:41Crowd noise at home.
02:43Like, I'm embarrassed.
02:45Right, yeah.
02:45Tua can't get the snap-off in Hard Rock.
02:49Like, it was just piling on embarrassment for Stephen Ross.
02:54Did Chris Greer have something to do with Tanner Conner not knowing where to line up about eight plays in a row?
02:58I don't know.
02:59But I just know that was embarrassing to watch.
03:01That wasn't the top level of football.
03:04Chris Greer did not call that fade to Devon A. Chan in the corner of the end zone.
03:10By the way, no one ended up in the corner of the end zone.
03:12But that wasn't Chris Greer.
03:13But, you know, again, didn't we talk, was it the beginning of this week, where it was like,
03:18either or, if it's only one.
03:20If it's Greer or McDaniel, which one?
03:23Which one did we choose?
03:24I don't even recall.
03:25I don't think we ended up choosing anybody.
03:27But I do know, all offseason, we talked about, is it the chef or is it the person buying the groceries?
03:34And we found out yesterday that Stephen Ross finally came to the conclusion, no, no, no, no.
03:41It's the groceries.
03:43And I know a lot of people have made this point, but I think it's the correct point after last night's game.
03:48This rebuild with Chris Greer manning the ship, his hands all over the rebuild started in 2019.
03:57And the most embarrassing loss of that season was against who?
04:00Lamar Jackson, the future MVP, and the Baltimore Ravens, who came into Hard Rock Stadium
04:05and made a mockery of a Dolphins roster that people were saying should have been illegal.
04:11And seven years later, a team Chris Greer, after two head coaches, has once again built up
04:18it's supposed to be winning time.
04:21And once again, it's a mockery of a situation.
04:25Stephen Ross decided, no, no, no.
04:27Seven years later, it's still the groceries.
04:30Right.
04:30And it's like even, you know, hey, I'm going to get rid of Chris Greer right now.
04:35But also, I still have Nick Westbrook-Akini on my roster.
04:40Like, it's not doing much right now, but it just is what it is.
04:46I mean, you've got to make a move.
04:47I really do believe, like, part of a move like this is visual.
04:53It's optical, right?
04:54Where you're saying to the fan base and the team, we know this is unacceptable.
05:00And we're not going to stand pat.
05:04We're doing something.
05:07And so they're having, who is it?
05:10And the interim GM, the guy from the Raiders.
05:14Some guy from the Raiders, I read.
05:16Champ Kelly.
05:17Champ Kelly.
05:18Champ Kelly, right?
05:18Champ Kelly is going to take over the personnel decisions for the rest of the season.
05:24Which means, by the way, because you know the Dolphins were supposedly not sellers.
05:30Because the trade deadline is Tuesday.
05:33Dolphins were not going to be sellers.
05:34And I have a feeling that may have changed.
05:38Because Champ Kelly doesn't have any ties to the roster.
05:42You know what I mean?
05:42Like, it's one thing.
05:43If you put it together, you say, oh, no, no, we're not sellers.
05:47Because I still think I can take these pieces and make it something.
05:52Champ Kelly walks in.
05:53He goes, hey, what the hell are you guys looking at?
05:55But, like, nothing can stay.
05:58Everything must go.
06:00And so I think you'll see a drastic change in their approach to Tuesday's trade deadline.
06:06But Crowder, it's why they make the change today, right?
06:08I mean, you're hearing from Jeremy Fowler before the game.
06:11You're hearing from Ian Rappaport.
06:13Maybe Chubb.
06:14Maybe JP.
06:15But the Dolphins are in no hurry to make widespread changes.
06:19And Steven Ross has to be sitting up there saying, hold on a second.
06:21I get it.
06:22My head coach wants to play Tua.
06:24Wants to play the best players.
06:25He's trying to save his ass.
06:26Chris Greer doesn't want to move on from anybody because he's praying, by some grace of God,
06:32that this roster he built turns things around.
06:34You have a trade deadline coming up five days from now.
06:37Now, four days from now, you've got to make moves.
06:40It would be absolutely ridiculous not to move on from these guys.
06:45I'm going to give y'all some hint.
06:48You can't run an NFL team like Bar Rescue.
06:51This champ Kelly, this champ Kelly's not walking in saying, hey, you go to back of house.
06:57Robert Irvine is walking in to save it in two days.
07:00Hey, change the menu.
07:01You go back of house.
07:02You run the kitchen.
07:03We're good to go.
07:04It is way deeper than that.
07:06It's almost hurts more now because we did talk about it.
07:09We talked about it for weeks now where they were getting their ass kicked.
07:12Who's going to go?
07:13Who is it?
07:14It's both of them.
07:14They can't stay together.
07:15To say the guy that's been there for 25 years and now running it for seven is the problem?
07:22That's deeper than even saying the coach doesn't know how to coach.
07:25McDaniel just got the head coaching job.
07:27This dude has been in your building for 25 years and you're admitting, yeah, we let him take a lot of decisions that were totally wrong.
07:36This is tough.
07:39It's sad.
07:39Sad for Chris Greer as a person.
07:41You know, we never say just fire people.
07:43Sad for him as a human.
07:44Seems like a really good dude.
07:47But this champ Kelly, I wonder what his office looks like because it might be a broom closet.
07:53So what do you know about champ Kelly?
07:57I know he played.
07:59But fellas, he has 40 hours?
08:03Tomorrow's Tuesday.
08:04He was running the Raiders though, wasn't he?
08:06Like he was the general manager, wasn't he?
08:07He was the interim general manager for the Raiders as well.
08:12But what is he going to do in 40 hours?
08:14Well, I think at least you have someone with football knowledge pulling the trigger on potential trades.
08:21That you don't have Chris Greer doing it when you know that he wasn't long for the job.
08:25Stephen Ross doesn't know.
08:27Like, you know, the only thing he knew, as the ticket wizard said to me last night at Funky Buddha, Stephen Ross has made two edicts during his tenure as owner.
08:38Draft Lamar Jackson.
08:40They ignored him on that one.
08:42Oh, who was it that they listened to him on?
08:45I got to get Barry to text me.
08:46Because, I mean, it was like, it just wasn't Jakeem Grant.
08:50Who was it?
08:50It's somebody where he was like, I like that.
08:53Who was a little guy?
08:55I'll find out.
08:56But it's like, he doesn't know football.
08:59He needs to bring someone in.
09:01Champ Kelly.
09:02What do they do?
09:03Was it Mike Wallace?
09:04I have some of his NFL experience here.
09:07In 2007, the Broncos hired Kelly as a college scout, promoted him to assistant coordinator.
09:12I'm reading on the Finsider.com, by the way.
09:15So he was coordinator of pro and college scouting in 2008.
09:20In 2010, promoted, made him the assistant director of pro personnel.
09:24In 2015, he became the Bears director of pro scouting.
09:28Promoted in 2017 to assistant director of player personnel.
09:33During his time in Chicago, the Bears had 21 Pro Bowl selections, eight selections in 2018.
09:38You know, most in a single season for the franchise.
09:40I'm looking at it with the Raiders.
09:41He was the assistant general manager for a couple years.
09:45He's been with the Dolphins since March.
09:48I didn't know that.
09:50He's been with the Dolphins.
09:51In March, Kelly was hired by the Miami Dolphins to serve as senior personnel executive.
09:59Okay.
09:59So he got his foot in the door, knowing something was about to happen.
10:04Or they brought him in saying, hey.
10:06Hey, help Chris Greer.
10:07He needs help.
10:09Help Chris Greer.
10:10Also, help his ass out the door.
10:13He's carrying boxes right now.
10:15We're going to get to a lot of stuff today.

10:49Heat and Blazers on November 8th.
10:53Heat lost to the Spurs last night.
10:54We'll hear about that in headlines, but we will give away that pair of heat tickets sometime before 6 o'clock.

11:08Visit us at DoralHyundai or DoralHyundai.com.
11:10I love the idea of Chris Greer telling everybody, hey, we're not taking any phone calls.
11:16Put your cell phones away.
11:17Cancel the telephone line to this building, to Miami Gardens, because we're not taking any phone calls.
11:23And then today, Champ Kelly sets up almost like a telephone.
11:26Everybody working the phones.
11:28Let's go.
11:29Answer every phone call for everybody.
11:31I'm not kidding you.
11:32I have to imagine it's one of the biggest 180s you will ever see a personnel department because Chris Greer, they did seem to be kind of in this mode of, yeah, unless something, you know, knocks our socks off, we're going to ride with what we have.
11:47And if you're Champ Kelly, I mean, you're auditioning perhaps for a role and you've got like a week to get it right when some general managers get five years to get it right.
11:58Four days.
11:59Four days to make some sort of, now again, he's not getting anybody great.
12:04It's what can he get in return for some of the guys who are wanted by other teams?
12:10Can he get something of value for Jalen Phillips, Jalen Waddle?
12:16I hate saying their names because I like these guys.
12:19Bradley Chubb, like we could go down the list and we'll see what Champ Kelly does.
12:24He has to do something because if you don't do anything, you're doing exactly what Chris Greer told us he was going to do.
12:29So we didn't bring you in to be a little Chris Greer.
12:32Well, though, you could go to see Moran and go, these guys are so bad that I can't even saddle you.
12:39Whoever the next GM is going to be, if it's not me, I cannot saddle you with a seventh round pick for Bradley Chubb.
12:46Not going to do it.
12:46But here's the problem, Hawk and Crowder.
12:50You have a ton of guys on this roster that you've got to know what you have in.
12:55Quinn Ewers, Ethan Bonner, Jason Marshall Jr., Jordan Phillips, Isaiah Johnson.
13:00You've got to know about Savai Unai.
13:01You've got to know about Kenneth Grant.
13:03Like there's just a ton of guys that aren't playing right now because obviously Mike McDaniel and Anthony Weaver are playing for their ass.
13:11But you've got to know.
13:13So what is an interim general manager do?
13:15Hey, we're moving all the guys you're playing ahead of them because we have to figure out what we have in these players.
13:21We put draft capital in because if we don't have anything, we've got to move on from them.
13:27And it has to start now.
13:29So, like, even Jalen Wright is a guy that's interesting.
13:33Yesterday, inactive, inactive after Mike McDaniel, Hawk, we spent an hour on the pregame show playing sound from McDaniel, talking about how valuable it is to have three running backs.
13:44He had a good game.
13:45He had a good game against Atlanta.
13:47And then he benches them and he elevates for the first time in his career, Taj Washington, who fumbles on his first ever NFL reception and kills the Dolphins, leading to the first touchdown for Baltimore.
14:00It just makes no sense.
14:02Even a guy like Jalen Wright, who you drafted with a third-round pick, you're not getting that for him.
14:06But if you're not going to play him, Mike McDaniel, well, you might as well move on from him.
14:10I just think that's one instance.
14:12There's so many guys like that.
14:13Minka Fitzpatrick, next season, not guaranteed, $15.6 million.
14:17Bro, if he's not in the long-term picture, what can you get for him?
14:22Like, that has to be the mentality going into Tuesday.
14:26And how do you bring an all-pro by Minka and he makes no plays for you?
14:32You trade your corner and you – what is – Jonu Smith and Jalen Ramsey for him.
14:38Has Minka made a play?
14:39Correct me if I'm wrong.
14:40I have not seen Minka make a play.
14:42What about Zach Seeler?
14:43I mean, you gave him a bag of money.
14:45I mean, he's been pretty quiet.
14:51This damn champ Kelly better have some magic in his back pocket because I think now, to Solana's point, is he here to fix the team or just start a big evaluation?
15:01Because I think it's the latter.
15:02I got a text from the Ticket Wizard.
15:05They didn't listen to Stephen Ross when he told them to draft Lamar Jackson.
15:11They did listen to Stephen Ross when they told him to take Jakeem Grant.
15:16And it just – like, why – like, you had a 50-50 chance with your owner and you chose the wrong guy.
15:24Like, I'll tell you what, I'd rather watch Jakeem Grant and Jarvis Landry right now than Taj Washington and Malik Washington fumbling.
15:33Crazy annoying.
15:34I mean, crazy annoying.
15:36Anyway, give us headlines because Cunio's going to join us.
15:38I want to talk with him.
15:39Dolphins, by the way, currently slotted to have the number four overall pick.
15:44The – which obviously will change, but that's where it currently stands.
15:49The Heat yesterday, close game, down the stretch, no Norman Powell.
15:55We figured Bam did have a big game.
15:57Took 13 three-point attempts.
15:59He did?
16:0013 three-point attempts.
16:03Where'd that come from?
16:04He's shooting threes this year.
16:05He's going to blow – last year was a career high in three-point attempts.
16:10All 13.
16:11He made four only.
16:14He made four.
16:15I'll tell you what, Bam hitting four threes in a game.
16:18I would have lost that over-under because I bet it was set at a half.
16:23Yeah.
16:24I hit a parlay last night.
16:26I lost every Dolphins bet I made.
16:27Tua.
16:28Anyone see this clip that's going viral on social media?
16:31That intentional grounding where he could have run for 60 yards?
16:36Anyone see that?
16:37He – he's hearing footsteps or something, like he's so out of it.
16:43He kind of rolls a little bit to the left.
16:45There's no one there, including a receiver, by the way.
16:50And he just buries the ball.
16:52He's not outside of the tackle box.
16:54He buries the ball into the grass.
16:56He could have run for 15 yards.
16:58I had Tua over two-and-a-half yards rushing, and he had one rush for one yard, which on that one rush, any other quarterback would have gotten five yards.
17:09But he had to slide way too soon.
17:12So frustrating.
17:14The only bet that I won last night, I did a parlay.
17:17Wemby double-double.
17:18Bam double-double.
17:20And Bam was stuck on nine boards, like, I don't know, eight, nine minutes into the fourth quarter.
17:24I'm watching the Dolphins, but they did have one TV at Funky Buddha up on the heat.
17:30And I guess I had talked about it so much.
17:32One of the servers came over to me.
17:34They go, you got your 10th board.
17:35I didn't even see it.
17:36The guy's like, you got your 10th board.
17:38I was like, all right.
17:40I had two over.
17:41I was hot about that one as well.
17:43I had Lamar Jackson over 34-and-a-half.
17:46Maybe.
17:4713?
17:4816.
17:4916.
17:49Yeah.
17:50He had that one run.
17:51Why would he have to run?
17:54We weren't even around him.
17:56Yeah.
17:56It was, yeah, yeah.
17:58Zay Flowers hit 64.
18:00I had a 66.
18:01All my props went to hell.
18:03The defense held the Ravens, for the most part, the running game, especially in check,
18:08until the very end, where they just kind of stat-patted.
18:10But McDaniel actually, in the post-game press conference, said something of value, which was,
18:16it's always a bad omen when you are out playing a team and you're losing, or when you're playing
18:23well enough to be winning and you're losing.
18:25It's a bad omen.
18:26And that's what happened in the first half.
18:28Yep.
18:28But they had scoring opportunities.
18:30I haven't gotten to Riley Patterson yet.
18:31I will.
18:32I was inundated with DM, so I imagine you were as well.
18:36Oh, you're talking about the only guy that scored yesterday for the Miami Dolphins?
18:39The guy...
18:39You're talking about the only guy who put points on the board for the Dolphins yesterday?
18:42I'm talking about the guy who's the kicker for the only team in the NFL that doesn't
18:48have a 50 or more yard field goal this season.
18:51Knocked it in from 49.
18:52The only team in the NFL that does not have a 50-plus yard field goal this season is the
19:00Miami Dolphins.
19:01Now, why do you think that is?
19:03It was actually 50.
19:04Bad spot by the official.
19:06By the way, Tua's pregame speech...
19:13Oh, my goodness.
19:14He meant four quarters, right?
19:17He said four hours.
19:18He said one hour...
19:19What did he say?
19:2060 minutes.
19:2160 minutes next four hours.
19:23He meant 60 minutes next four quarters.
19:25I have to believe that.
19:27I have to believe that he misspoke.
19:30Was he...
19:30There was no emotion in his voice.
19:33That was weird, too.
19:34It was almost like a high-pitched squeal.
19:36This...
19:36Just think about...
19:37You're under this...
19:37You're under this awning.
19:39You're about to run out in front of 60,000.
19:41Well, however many's out there.
19:43Well, I'll say 60,000.
19:45That's what you...
19:46Like, that's the hypest point of the pregame is right then.
19:49Here come, fella.
19:50Let's go out here and do our thing.
19:51Come on, guys.
19:52Fins on three.
19:53Fins.
19:54Yeah, y'all there.
19:57We're gonna sell.
20:00You just know the producers at Amazon were like, oh, that's so...
20:04That's gold.
20:04We got gold right there, man.
20:06Because, like, he's not hyping anybody up with that, bro.
20:10He's not hyping a peewee football team up with that speech.
20:13Ali Gordon getting yelled at by Stutterfield and not doing anything wrong.
20:18Then him slamming his helmet.
20:19Like, whatever you thought about the Dolphins with this, all this stuff going on over the last month,
20:24was confirmed last night.
20:26There's trouble.
20:26There's trouble.
20:29Oh, this team.
20:30This team has...
20:31Not just football-wise.
20:33This organization's in trouble.
20:34That's what you're looking at.
20:35That Ali Gordon thing was BS.
20:37Crazy.
20:38I don't understand.
20:39I mean, how do you have video replay assist?
20:41You literally would have to believe that he does not know how to play football or block
20:47to just launch himself at someone's feet or knees.
20:51Like, you know what I mean?
20:52Like, you literally have to believe that he's never blocked in his life.
20:58And, like, it's one thing to get beat and hold someone or whatever.
21:01Like, he slipped.
21:02It was so obvious that he slipped.
21:05Why do you throw your pelvis at him?
21:08You have shoulder pads and a helmet on you can hit him in the knee with.
21:12I'm going to play sideways and let you kick me in the gut?
21:15That's the dumbest...
21:16Dumb as hell.
21:18Explain to me why the NFL implements immediate video replay assistance for the referees on the field.
21:25We've seen it where a play does not rule the touchdown and within seconds it's overturned.
21:31We've seen a play not rule the first down, spot in the field changes within seconds,
21:35but you can't phone in to the referee to tell him, hey, that's not a penalty right there.
21:43That takes away a massive play for the Dolphins.
21:46But I think by the book, it is a penalty.
21:49His body went into the lower body of the person who is trying to get to the...
21:57I don't know if it was the rush or the quarterback.
21:58Yeah, rushing, yeah.
21:59So I think by the book, it probably is a penalty.
22:03But he slipped.
22:05No one has blocked that way in the history of the league.
22:08No one's blocked moving into a horizontal position like they're trying to stop a free kick.
22:17And they lay across the other guys.
22:21I don't know.
22:22I want to talk to Cuno, so let's wrap up.
22:23Ooh, he's coming.
22:24Log roll.
22:25Log roll.
22:26Yeah, no one's ever done that.
22:28By the way, Crowder, just to end it here, you're wrong.
22:31Minka Fitzpatrick did make a play yesterday, collided with Dante Trader in the open field.
22:35So Mark Andrews could score his second touchdown of the game.
22:39That was the funniest.
22:39Like, we burst out laughing at Funky Buddha.
22:41When we saw the replay and they just slammed into each other, burst out laughing.
22:47This Trader, this Trader is a questionable addition.
22:50I'll tell you that much.
22:51That is the Minka Fitzpatrick Dolphins legacy right there, running into Dante Trader.
