00:30Welcome to the latest video from tuningblog, today we're taking a closer look at a real
00:56heavyweight, the Suo S2000. This mighty motorcycle from China is causing a stir and is a clear
01:04challenge to the established Honda Goldwing. Before we go into the details, remember to
01:11subscribe so that you don't miss any information about other exciting vehicles.
01:16The Suo S2000 is a motorcycle of superlatives. It is considered the largest and most expensive
01:22two-wheeler ever manufactured in China and sets completely new standards with its powerful
01:27eight-cylinder boxer engine. This engine has an output of 154 horsepower and can accelerate
01:35the motorcycle to a remarkable top speed of 210 kilometers per hour. That's quite a statement
01:42for a motorcycle of this size. But it's not just the power that's impressive, the torque
01:48is too.
01:51With 190 Nm, the Suo S2000 offers 20 Nm more than the Honda Goldwing and therefore even more
01:57power for dynamic riding.
02:02This impressive motorcycle is the brainchild of Great Wall Motor GWM, who have created the
02:07Suo S2000 in collaboration with a German chief developer. With the new motorcycle label Suo
02:14Motorcycle, GWM has set itself the task of creating not only a powerful but also a luxurious bike.
02:22The Zoe S2000 will initially only be available in China and comes in three model variants.
02:29The large full-dresser S2000GL is strongly reminiscent of the Honda Goldwing Tour and offers
02:34all the features you could want from a luxury cruiser. Then there is the sportier variant
02:40S2000Street as a bagger with reduced equipment and two panniers. Ideal for those who prefer
02:47the classic look. For special enthusiasts, Suo even offers a founder edition, which is limited
02:54to 88 units and bears the personal signature of GWMF's YGEN. Technically, the Suo 2000 has a number
03:03of special features that set it apart from the competition. For example, the engine was developed
03:10with two overhead camshafts per cylinder head, which enables more precise control in contrast
03:15to the simpler Unicam technology found in Honda. The Zero also has a lot to offer in terms of
03:21transmission. A modern eight-speed dual-clutch transmission with an additional reverse gear
03:27ensures that the power is optimally transferred to the road and the weight of the motorcycle is easier
03:31to handle when maneuvering. In comparison, the Goldwing only has a 7-speed DCT, which makes the
03:40Zoe even more impressive in terms of technology. In terms of weight, the Zoe is in a league of its
03:46own. The FL-Dresser version weighs a whopping 461kg when ready to ride, while the Bagger Vion weighs in
03:54at 450kg. This makes the Sue no lightweight vehicle, but the increased power more than makes up for its
04:03weight. Thanks to the double wishbone front suspension and the sturdy aluminum bridge frame,
04:10the Suo still offers an excellent ride. The transmission tunnel and the sturdy construction
04:16are clearly reminiscent of the Honda Goldwing. And what about the costs? The Suo S2000 has a lot to offer
04:25here too. The basic version S2000ST starts at around 28,000 euros, while the higher-end version S2000GL
04:34costs around 31,000 euros. Compared to the Honda Goldwing, which is available in China from the equivalent
04:42of 44,100 euros, the Suo offers an attractive price alternative. Even the equipment leaves little to
04:49be desired. With the exception of the airbag, which the Goldwing offers as an option and which currently
04:55remains a unique selling point. The path taken by GWM and ZOO with this motorcycle is clear.
05:03They want to create an attractively priced, yet equally luxurious and powerful alternative to the Goldwing.
05:08Technical refinements such as the hydraulic components in front of and behind the transmission
05:15are striking indications that an automatic transmission has been installed here.
05:20The omission of a classic shift shaft and release mechanism also speaks for itself and ensures even
05:25greater comfort. This technology elevates the ZOO to a higher level and shows that Great Wall Motor
05:31is serious about conquering the market for premium touring bikes. Overall, the ZOO S2000 is a motorcycle
05:39that should appeal to lovers of large cruisers and technology enthusiasts alike.
05:45It is luxuriously equipped, has a unique look and can easily keep up with Western competitors in terms
05:51of performance and all a fair price. Are you curious? Then watch the entire video to find out more exciting
