00:00Welcome to the video from the Auto Magazine Tuning Blog about the Triumph Scrambler 400XXC,
00:06which has been presented in a new, more robust version exclusively for the Indian market.
00:12Triumph has quietly added a new model to its range for India, the Scrambler 400XC.
00:19Although it is a shame that this motorcycle is apparently intended exclusively for India,
00:24it remains an exciting model for all off-road fans.
00:27Technically, the new Scrambler 400XC is very similar to the already well-known Scrambler 400X from the 2024 model year,
00:37which shares the same engine.
00:41It has a displacement of 98cc and still delivers 40 horsepower.
00:48Unlike the X-Vion, however, Triumph has pleasingly changed the equipment.
00:52The most noticeable new feature is the 19-inch spoke wheels at the front and 17-inch spoke wheels at the rear,
00:59which now also allow for tubeless tires.
01:03These wheels look significantly more elegant than the cast rims of the Scrambler 400X,
01:08and functionally they offer clear advantages off-road.
01:10Also new is the front fender, which is now shorter and complemented by a high-mounted fender below the headlight.
01:21A brushed engine skid plate is also part of the new equipment.
01:25It appears more robust than the standard part of the previous version.
01:28In addition, protective bars have been attached to the engine,
01:33which are only available as accessories on the sister model.
01:37A small windshield also ensures a tidy look in the area of the headlight and the cockpit.
01:43Apart from these changes, the rest of the technology remains unchanged.
01:48One difference, however, is the weight.
01:50The new Scrambler 400XC weighs 185 kilograms with a full tank,
01:57while the Scrambler 400X weighs 179 kilogram.
02:02Three color variants are offered on the Triumph India website,
02:06bright yellow, classic black, and white.
02:09The price, according to Triumph India, is around 3,100 euros.
02:14Even though the model is officially only available in India,
02:17it remains to be seen whether that will change in the future.
