00:00Yeah, we had an extremely good day today. Thank you, Alicia.
00:08So we only had a lighter yarding, sort of 680 odd cattle in today.
00:13Across those ranges we had some cattle to go to processing with a bit of weight to them.
00:19So they sold really well. We had a lot of cattle through that 350 to 400 kilos.
00:25A lot of them going to feedlots and also out on grass for a quicker trade.
00:28And then we had plenty of cattle in that 300 down to probably 240 kilos.
00:34So that sort of made up the range today.
00:36We had a mix of breeds. We had Angus, Murray Graves and Herefords making up the yarding.
00:41A very good yarding. We saw some of those 20-25 drop guards starting to filter through.
00:47And yeah, the sale went extremely well.
00:48We had over 82 registrations I think here today, which is phenomenal.
00:53Just a reaction of what we're having with the season and the rain that we're getting locally here.
00:58So yeah, some rates today.
01:02Those feeder cattle, 350 kilos plus.
01:05We would have seen up to sort of $5.60 a kilo on them.
01:08Most of them around sort of $5.40 to $5.50.
01:11Those heifers in that range are back to sort of $5.00 a kilo.
01:14$4.80 to $5.00 a kilo, which is exceptional.
01:16And then, yeah, from there, we've kicked into those sort of 300 kilo calves that there was plenty of activity on those.
01:24And yeah, $5.60 a kilo.
01:27I guess your black calves were seeing the premium.
01:31But yeah, we had some very well-bred care efforts that also saw those rates today as well.
01:36So a great sale.
01:37And we're probably, across the board, $0.40 to $0.50 cents per kilo up on our site, which is just a reflection of the season.
