00:04We saw a big yarding, 1,100 cattle across the weight ranges and categories.
00:08Genuine spring drop, 2025 drop cattle coming on the market now.
00:12We've had a cricket season locally and those cattle were in that 320 to 340 odd kilo brackets
00:20and those cattle sold extremely well.
00:22The heavy feeder job firm on last sale, we were probably around 460 to 480 on those boats.
00:30We had a really good line of sub 250 kilo angus steers today that obviously selling dollars per head.
00:38We saw a lift in cents per kilos on those fellas.
00:40We probably saw them at around $5.50 to touching $6 a kilo there on those lightweight steers.
00:48The heifer job, just as strong as the steers.
00:50I feel those heifers that were joinable for a May joining for an autumn calf 2027,
00:56those cattle sold to, you know, $4.70 to $4.80.
00:59Pretty firm on the steer price, so we probably saw a lift there.
01:02Sale on sale of about 20 to 30 cents a kilo.
01:05So, the heifer's presented very well.
01:07I noticed the Nutrien team's all decked out in blue today.
01:09Can you tell us the significance of that, Bec?
01:12Yeah, Nutrien has been supporting Dolly's Dream for a few years now.
01:16And the Strathalbum branch each year will do a fundraiser.
01:22And I just thought it was a good chance to get the blue shirts out today
01:25and sort of get everyone on board and maybe get some donations, but...
01:29Yeah, and you're holding a barbecue next Friday, is that at the branch?
01:32Yeah, the Strathalbum, Nutrien branch, we're having a sausage sizzle,
01:35so if anyone wants to come along, we'll get a sausage for a good call.
01:38Yeah, and you're holding on.
01:41Yeah, so...
01:42Okay, so...
01:42See you guys next time.
