00:00Today we had about 950 cattle in the top first race was pretty well all heavy cattle 380 to 460
00:08sort of kilos. Those heavy cattle today were probably fully firm to maybe even 10 to 20 deer
00:13I would have thought today. There was some good competition on those heavier cattles.
00:17Then we stepped down into sort of you know the sort of 300 to 360 kilo calves. They would probably
00:24be fully firm on the last sale. Maybe 10 cents an error in places but right through the whole
00:30sale today was a little bit erratic at times. At times you know we were smiling at times
00:35that was a bit of a pain there too. So a bit erratic on that way of thinking. Then we
00:40got
00:40onto those lighter calves you know the sort of 200 and 230, 40 kilo calves. They were well
00:45sought after you know everyone was going to a price you know $1300, $1400 on those little
00:50calves. So they were very well chased after today. So getting on to the heifer side of
00:56thing. I thought the heifer started off okay with the heavier end to probably be fully firm
01:02on those heavier end heifers. Then we got back in weights and without a northern buy from the
01:07last sale it was erratic. Probably if they were weaned they probably did a little bit better
01:12but heifers were probably sort of firmed probably 20 cents and maybe a bit more in places in there
01:19but there was some value buying there if you wanted to buy that middle rain heifers.
01:23And then the little heifers the last two or three sales we've had here at Straff they've
01:26been well sought after and making you know sub five dollars more. They were sort of back a bit
01:32today too but overall a pretty good yarding supported by a good gallery I would have thought.
01:40so yeah that was a general feel today.
01:42So yeah I'll see you next time.
01:42Bye bye.
01:43Bye bye.
01:43Bye bye.
01:43Bye bye bye.
01:44Bye bye bye.
01:44You
