Bihar Shock: Cop Misbehaves With Brother–Sister Duo at Restaurant — Entire Incident Caught on CCTV!

A disturbing video from Barsoi, Bihar, has surfaced showing a police officer misbehaving with a brother and sister who were quietly having dinner at a restaurant. The incident, captured on CCTV, has sparked outrage over police conduct and citizen safety.

The incident took place on October 24, 2025, during a routine police check ahead of the Bihar Legislative Assembly elections. According to reports, police received information around 8 PM about the presence of "anti-social elements" at the BR-11 Restaurant in Barsoi Ras Chowk.

A team led by the Station House Officer (SHO), along with Sub-Inspector Ranjan Kumar Yadav and a female constable, reached the spot around 8:10 PM to question those present. During the inquiry, a heated argument broke out after the attendees allegedly failed to provide “satisfactory answers.”

However, CCTV footage reportedly shows the officer chewing gum and behaving aggressively toward the pair, contradicting the official version.

Following public outrage, the SHO has been issued a show-cause notice, and further departmental action is underway, according to Bihar Police.
