11:04terrified well i'm a little bit puzzled about this case because the house is a new build you know it's

11:10modern what's going on what is she experiencing in that house that is frightening us so much

11:17that she has to leave the house and come stay with you to be honest there has been a couple of like

11:23things go on there like once there was a towel at the bottom of the stairs on the right hand side and

11:30it was definitely put there within half an hour and it was gone there was nobody else in the house so

11:37what so the towel just mysteriously disappeared and it was there i'm looking everywhere and it was gone

11:43i do hear cries in the distance the cries are female and there is an energy in here that would move things

12:01if we don't do our jobs will chloe have to sell the house she might do we need answers we need to know

12:08what it is because i don't think this is going away and it's just going to be a little plaga

12:19i'm with historian neil story who's uncovered a sinister link to chloe's property

12:24and jack the ripper and i'm keen to find out more do we know the names of these ladies these victims

12:32neil yes the first girl to be killed was just 18 years old lizzie buckham that was in may 1894 her

12:40throat was slashed and she was mutilated oh god a month later annie harland she's 32 years old and

12:49she again has had her throat slashed and she has been mutilated and then four years later there is mary

12:57jane irving and she was 28 years old wow is jack the ripper in newcastle but they never caught jack

13:09the ripper in 1888 the man who was apprehended for the murder of mary jane irving was alexander thompson

13:20witnesses to the previous murders had identified him he swore he didn't do it

13:27in his last letters to his wife he's swearing he did not but he committed suicide in his cell

13:34at newcastle prison before he faced trial

13:40so this is giving me loads to think about now i'm wondering who are we looking for within this property

13:46you know that could potentially be a victim of murder trying to get their voice heard

13:53or it could well be that alexander thompson if he was the murderer does he still stalk that area

14:02that is the most chilling prospect of all of them isn't it the fact that we have a young lady living

14:08alone in a property potentially with the soul of a killer be careful be careful

14:53that bar area it's not because the bars there they're nothing to do with that but it's to do

26:58we know we're dealing with some powerful spirits in this house potentially a serial killer and his female victims

40:21and i said to you when you put us under i was like oh my god i feel like he's trying to hide

40:26and he's smoke and yeah so it kind of all makes sense now doesn't it that's right yeah

40:30i feel like a detective but also we had barry in there with us if you can remember using an

40:37sls camera yeah well the sls camera is a structured light sensor camera it uses an invisible grid of

40:44infrared dots in order to map what the eye cannot see so if it detects a spirit it will show up as a

40:50stick figure on the screen let me show you this clip

40:56this is you laying on the sofa area that's your head and you can see the stick figure above your head

41:02oh my god yeah so what does that what does that mean like when she's that close to us what does

41:12that actually mean that means that mary was in the room with us you and i at that moment in time she was

41:18telling us her story yeah and that's what she was doing yeah and you was helping do that jesus so when

41:30instrumental trans communication a bit like the spirit box i'm just going to play this through
