00:47already seen from baker mayfield he'll have no problem lighting up secondaries that are injured
00:53he did it against seattle uh and it doesn't matter who his receivers are but it's going to be
00:59interesting to see where this line sits and where it goes depending on uh during the week what
01:05announcements that we get it's kind of sitting in no man's land you know it was in that four
01:11to five and a half line somewhere in there which basically means the books and this is important to
01:17know the books have no clue either at this point they're hoping the market pushes it one way or the
01:22other but this is all going to depend on injury news and who's in and who's out as we get a little

01:33about this game one o'clock on sunday carolina and the new york jets is this a paper bag game where you
01:37just put a paper bag over your head and show up to the jets game and also is justin fields going to
01:42be your starting quarterback a one and a half point favorite for carolina and a 42 and a half point
01:46spread joe the spread line is what on this disaster for the jets winless jets clearly a coach that's in
01:54over his head but they're our favorite no they're they're the favorite um that's how this game opened

02:09question mark but i think these are two organizations clearly heading in different directions right now
02:15one has a quarterback the other one doesn't yeah i would hop on the panthers sooner rather than later

03:01it's puka nakua that's the last guy you want to see down but it looks like we escaped here
03:05without major damage sean mcveigh said puka nakua is considered day-to-day due to his sprained ankle
03:10remains uncertain as to whether he'll be able to play sunday in london versus the jaguars
03:14probably resting him up at that point but left the game early could have been worse but wasn't
03:18but boy oh boy what a rash of injuries we're seeing across the nfl one of the best in puka nakua might
03:24be down for this week as well yeah and if the injuries aren't escaping anybody we we talked about
03:30it earlier i mean you had a backup kicker uh having to show up here we've seen that a few times already
03:36this year where buffalo you know went into a game without a kicker they had to uh you know sign guys off
03:42the street santos gets hurt can't go they got to bring in jake moody off the street in order so it's
03:48it's not just the guys in the trenches or the but it's across the board donnie the injuries are
03:56absolutely crazy here and you know listen in this day and age of the nfl depth is a problem for a lot
04:04of teams here that have these you know 500 million dollar quarterbacks they can't afford a whole lot of
04:09depth and we're starting to see what a couple of guys here or there really mean to a team and some
04:15some guys you just can't overcome you know some players you want to hear from some coaches want to
04:21hear from some coaches having bad seasons don't take the mic anymore but here's aaron glenn loves

04:35listen i didn't think he was bad at all i actually thought he did some pretty good things in those

05:56a defensive coordinator as your head coach you can't do this you can't do this like if you expect
06:01your team like we have a veteran quarterback let me bring in a defensive body coordinator like
06:05similar to what we've seen like a sean mcdermott right like it works out in buffalo because
06:08josh allen's turned into be a fantastic quarterback brian dable helped them get there but if we're just
06:12going to go that route of hey caleb williams looks terrible because they have a defensive head
06:15court head coach in eber fluce will let him go and oh look they look competent because you have a
06:19pretty good offensive coordinator being your head coach like the jets are almost doing this backwards
06:23where it really hurts and the fact that he's saying simply while he played good in the first
06:28you don't have a win your quarterback is not good enough to win football games what are you watching
06:32that's what it turns into at this point right now but injuries the wide receivers they continue to pile

07:48doing because when wide receivers run routes they expect to get the football there's nothing worse
07:51than wide receivers running routes like aj brown of philadelphia and not getting the football that'll

08:49they're extremely banged up the colts i don't think still are getting enough respect here joe

09:07and we start to see what kind of line movement uh unfolds here because again the chargers still a lot
09:13of question marks a lot of injuries we got to see i mean they had their hands full on the road
09:18against miami and it wasn't like the colts just you know handled jacoby brissette and company
09:23and ran them over they needed to come from behind to win that game as well but what this line tells me
09:30donnie is that on a neutral site man the colts should be a favorite uh that's what you're
09:36telling me here we know there's no home field advantage for the chargers here it's right i mean
09:43it might as well be a neutral site so i absolutely can make the argument that the wrong team is favored
09:48here by the way like i've a very passionate fan base in philadelphia travels very well and very rarely
09:54gets invaded except for that one nick series for the philadelphia 76ers when the sixers were dead out
09:58and the knicks fans bought up all of those tickets like even last night on monday night football like
10:02the buffalo bills felt like they had a home game for portions of that game in atlanta it's crazy and
10:06this is demoralizing for the home team so when you are the home team even the los angeles rams
10:10have problems the rams will play at home and take on the 49ers like well this is a 49ers home game
10:15here it's crazy that it happens in the nfl but some of those passionate fan bases do take over
10:19washington and dallas two passionate fan bases here two devastating losses over the weekend
10:24washington lost on monday night football last night to the bears and the dallas cowboys
10:29had a lead and lost to the panthers something has to give but a favorite for the road team here
10:33the washington commanders at minus two and a half and a total of 54 and a half both of these teams
10:38don't really play all that much defense we should get a shootout but should washington be the favorite
10:42on the road early in the week joe well that's the question right like i have no idea what we're
10:47going to get right well i i shouldn't say that because the most consistent aspect of both of those
10:53teams so far this year has been dak prescott in the offense of the dallas cowboys he has been
11:00efficient we know they can move the ball we know they can score points uh he's not turning the ball
11:07over he's not making like everything that has gone right for the cowboys so and there's not a lot
11:13by the way but everything that has gone right centers around the offense of the cowboys we just
11:18watched washington last night what was that uh injuries are startling piling up no mclaren no
11:24uh you know debos of course banged up shocker so a lot of questions offensively to me on this
11:32washington team can't trust them there's not enough security there for me i think dallas is the right
11:38side here because they have the most dependable unit on the field and it's the offense with dak prescott
11:43by the way heading down to duval by the way in duval do they play every home game like they don't
11:50play any road games here for the jackson plays every single week at home they're going to do it
11:53again this weekend actually excuse me this is a neutral site field because why we're overseas
11:58oh so jackson technically still is at home because they used to live overseas all right that makes more
12:02sense to me as i read that now stafford versus lawrence a three-point favorite neutral site for the
12:07rams the question though is puka nakua going to show up for this game because that's a key ingredient
12:11if the rams want to win this game let's see what happens on a total of only 44 and a half more
12:17overseas football joe enough yeah i i'm going to be interested to see if the hook gets uh involved in
12:24this game here or are we going to see more uh or is it going to go under a field goal we know i mean
12:30listen nobody has been to london and played games overseas more than jacksonville you know we all thought
12:37they'd be moving there at some particular point right this will be the rams i think their second
12:43uh second straight road week although this is a little bit further than baltimore here but they
12:49didn't really have to you know the nakua thing is going to be a problem worth monitoring but it wasn't
12:55like they had to exert a ton of energy against the ravens to get it done there so uh yeah i kind of like
13:02the rams and stafford he's been there before as well uh and i do think that uh the rams just have
13:09the better team right now and i still don't trust trevor lawrence and that offense yet i just can't get
13:16i just can't get there with them yeah it's it's it's way too much talent on that offense to struggle
13:23the way they have been doing here and we'll see it because i actually liked i picked the jaguars to beat
13:27the seattle seahawks that didn't work out seattle was a better team and by the way jackson smith and
13:30i think his total before the season joe somewhere like 700 700 800 yards receiving that guy is
13:36absolutely on fire and he's a true number one one of those we're gonna say we'll move on from dk
13:40because we got our number one wide out they were right that guy is the truth here let's get over
13:44to pittsburgh and cincinnati on thursday night football divisional battle the first place
13:48pittsburgh steelers and aaron rogers on the road as a five and a half point favorite in the total
13:53that's listed at 42 and a half i don't know what to make of cincinnati there was a lot of the same old
13:58same old and yes they played a little bit better on offense in the second half but pittsburgh has
14:02a pass rush joe flacco cannot move i don't see like there's not a lot of positives for me on the
14:07cincinnati bangles just isn't right now joe uh well listen uh they didn't get blown off the field at
14:14lambo there with joe flacco and company because the you know flacco eventually figured out in the
14:19second half i'm just gonna throw the ball over to jamar chase and whatever happens happens and that'll
14:25be it but they were able to run the ball a little bit with chase brown which is great news here and
14:32historically donny don't we we all know the biggest bugaboo and complaint about mike tomlin over the
14:38years has been yeah he elevates his team and his teams win those really tough games but the the cakewalk
14:46games the games they're supposed to run away with yeah he allows those teams to hang around and they
14:52don't put anybody away wouldn't shock me if the bangles end up pulling an outright upset here
14:58how about this next game joe show me you're for real atlanta show me you just beat the buffalo
15:02bills at home show me you can get momentum by going out of the west coast on a non-domed team
15:07to take on san francisco and san francisco is hella banged up coming into this game but look at this
15:12price point joe it actually opened up at four and a half which i'm surprised but it's still a minus
15:16three most people are going to watch atlanta last night think it's going to be on cruise control
15:20san francisco lost this previous weekend and lost fred one they are so damaged goods but we don't
15:25know the quarterback is going to be and quite frankly mac jones has been very good but if brock
15:29pretty starts how do we feel about this game is atlanta going to be up swelled up enough to say
15:35hey we had a great monday game forget to play this weekend they're dogs i feel like i want to take
15:39atlanta but i know why that line's there it's there for a reason exactly correct donny it is there for
15:46a reason but it also bears uh keeping an eye on the availability of who is it exactly for the 49ers
15:54that's going to be on the field i mean say what you want uh that team fought and they fought really
15:59hard against that tampa uh tampa bay bucks in an impossible situation as they keep losing guys left
16:06and right but mac jones is a warrior purdy should be back here in uh in time but it's got to be who's
16:14in and who is out for the 49ers because what the market and that line is telling you is they may
16:20have just enough to be able to uh hold the fork down against atlanta who's got to go on a long road
16:26trip outdoors here we'll see how they react who's in who's out for this one joe unbelievable game
