00:00Good evening, I'm Trace Gallagher. It's 11 p.m. on the East Coast, 8 o'clock here in Los Angeles.
00:11It's 6 a.m. in Gaza, and this is America's Late News, Fox News at night.
00:16And breaking tonight, Israeli troops now moving out of Gaza. The ceasefire officially in effect,
00:22and Hamas officially on the clock. The terror group now has 54 hours to hand over
00:28the 20 surviving hostages and the bodies of 28 others. We are live with that in moments. Plus,
00:35the Trump administration says federal layoffs have begun as Democrats refuse to open the government.
00:42Unfortunately, the consequences of this are becoming very real, very fast.
00:48And the political panel will talk consequences. Plus, don't believe your lying eyes,
00:53Illinois Democrats downplaying the threats to ICE agents and celebrating a ruling against using
00:59the National Guard. It's a point we've made over and over again. This is totally unnecessary.
01:06So how many thousands of people in Chicago have to get shot before additional enforcement is
01:12necessary? We'll ask an expert and a San Diego man in custody accused of sending a threatening letter
01:18to conservative influencer Benny Johnson. This was a left-wing radical. Absolutely. The same
01:26type of person who murdered and assassinated Charlie Kirk. Turning Point USA contributor Jack
01:33Posobiec on the epidemic of political violence. But we begin with Hamas on the clock to release the
01:39hostages. Jeff Paul, live with the very latest. Jeff, good evening. Good evening, Trace. And yeah,
01:44with the ceasefire now in effect, the clock is ticking on Hamas to release the remaining hostages
01:49within that 72-hour window. In exchange, Israeli troops have now pulled back to the agreed line
01:55in Gaza as part of the first phase of the agreement to end the war. Now, the IDF soldier withdrawal is
02:01now allowing tens of thousands of Palestinians to head back towards Gaza City. Huge columns of people
02:07could be seen moving north through the ruins of the war-torn Gaza territory along the Mediterranean
02:13coast. Many buildings and homes have been flattened, and those who have been displaced often many times
02:18before likely don't have much of anything to return to. Our house was demolished. We left without a
02:26mattress or a pillow or anything. My daughter was martyred, and my husband and son were wounded.
02:32Now we are going to see if we have a place. We have no shelter. Increased shipments of aid into
02:38Gaza are reported to start on Sunday. Israel, meantime, is also expected to soon release
02:44roughly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners for the hostages held in Gaza, 20 of whom are believed
02:50to still be alive. Israelis gathered at Hostage Square in Tel Aviv, and they remain very cautiously
02:56optimistic. We're waiting, hopefully, crossing our fingers for the moment that we see all of our loved
03:04ones back in Israel, and hopefully for this war to end, and for better days.
03:11The next phases of the peace plan are where things could get even more tense. That's when
03:16it'll be decided who exactly will govern Gaza, and if it means Hamas will disarm. Israeli Prime
03:22Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says if this is achieved the easy way, so be it, Trace. He says if it's not
03:27done that way, it will be done the hard way. As you know, Jeff, going to be a very anxious weekend
03:32in Israel. Right? Absolutely. Yeah. Jeff, thank you. Let's bring in former acting special envoy for
03:38hostage negotiations, Hugh Dugan, and Stackelbeck Tonight host, Eric Stackelbeck. Thank you both for
03:44coming on. President Trump had this to say about the hostages. Watch. It's a great deal for Israel,
03:50but it's a great deal for everybody, for Arabs, for Muslims, for everybody, for the world. And as you
03:57know, on Monday, the hostages come back, they're getting them now. And Hugh Dugan, to you first,
04:03because it's a major moment, because we all know when the hostages are back that Hamas is left with
04:09zero leverage. Well, not exactly. They've been holding the Palestinian people hostage for decades.
04:15Let's not forget that they have very little regard for human life, unless that human life can serve as
04:20their own life insurance policy. Yeah. I mean, it's the concept, though, Hugh, that when you think
04:26if they want to stay in this, they're out of allies. And as far as Israel goes, they are a little bit
04:31out of leverage. Fair? Well, as long as they've got one hostage, that's leverage. But apparently they
04:36still have backers in Iran or elsewhere because they've been able to sustain their onslaughts and
04:42the abuse of the Palestinian people, apart from the hostages themselves. Yeah. Meantime, you had
04:47General Jack Keane talking about phase two of this ceasefire. Watch.
04:53If that goes smoothly and there's no obstacles, we go to phase two. And that's where the tough work
04:59is, because in phase two, then Hamas is supposed to disarm. Has Hamas been deceiving us? And
05:05in their own minds, they're really not going to give up their weapons. It'll take a couple of weeks
05:12to truly figure that out. I mean, I think it goes without saying, Eric,
05:16that Hamas is deceiving everyone. Big question is, will Hamas disarm?
05:22Yeah. I mean, phase two, Trace, is where it gets really interesting because, again,
05:25it requires Hamas to lay down its arms and essentially surrender. I think at the end of
05:30the day, Trace, Hamas has signed its own death warrant here. Look, if they don't disarm,
05:35President Trump has given Israel the complete green light to go in to finish the job. But if Hamas does
05:40disarm, basically Hamas ceases to exist as the terror force it was. Their leadership,
05:47their remaining leadership that hasn't been eliminated is probably exiled from Gaza. So
05:51I think we're seeing the demise of Hamas. But you made a good point about Iran. The Iranian regime,
05:57I think, by extension, Trace, is also weakened here. They're the head of the snake. And now Iran
06:02is essentially losing Gaza with the demise of Hamas. So this has ripple effects far beyond Gaza.
06:09Yeah. And, you know, the thing is, Hugh, when you look at the hostages from the very beginning,
06:12when you look at all of these hostages, they were not just from Israel, not just from the United
06:17States. They came from all over the world. And I'm wondering, what do you think about the fact
06:21that there wasn't a lot more world pressure put on Hamas? Exactly. There were over 20 nationalities
06:28represented. And it would have been the UN's role at that point to coalesce those groups
06:33and offer them a chance to exert pressure together on the world stage. And unfortunately,
06:40the UN has been missing in action. Thankfully, the president is now going to lead a 200 troop
06:45multinational force when UN peacekeeping seems to be asleep. Yeah. Hugh talks about the UN. Danny
06:51Danan, the Israeli ambassador to the UN. Eric Stackelbeck says that no one in Israel will sleep this
06:57weekend. Listen to him. I think this weekend, no one will sleep in Israel. People will be tense.
07:04You see now it's night in Israel. People will go to the square. We'll be there together with the
07:08families and wait to see them. Also, we don't know the condition of the hostages. Some of them are in
07:13a very crucial medical condition. So imagine the families not knowing exactly what they should expect
07:19when their loved ones will come home. What they can expect because nobody trusts Hamas, Eric.
07:24Yeah. Ronald Reagan used to say about the Soviet Union. Trace, trust but verify. When it comes to
07:30Hamas and Islamic jihadis, don't trust but verify. God willing, they'll come home in condition where,
07:37look, they're not completely at death's door, quite frankly. We saw the footage a few weeks ago of
07:43Israeli hostages held in those tunnels. But big credit to President Trump here, Trace. Look,
07:48peace through strength. Once again, it always works. President Trump's common sense uses leverage,
07:55projects strength, demands respect, and look at the results. He's got all the leverage in the world,
08:01and he's not afraid to use it. Makes all the difference.
08:03Hugh, I've got a few seconds for you if you have any final thoughts on this.
08:07Well, the president inherited a truck deep in the mud, and he pulled it out before it became quicksand.
08:12I think if he can chalk this up as another world-changing resolution of a conflict this year,
08:19maybe the eighth one, then the Nobel brand kind of comes up short.
08:23Yeah, it really does. Hugh Dugan, Eric Stackelbeck, gentlemen, thank you both.
08:32Well, the Fox News Indite Common Sense Department thinks something big is missing from the mortgage
08:37fraud indictment against New York Attorney General Letitia James.
08:40The thing that's missing is the she didn't do it part. Common Sense has yet to hear her Democrat
08:47defenders say she didn't do it. We hear things like weaponizing the Justice Department, perverting
08:53the justice system, attacking political enemies, fascist tactics. Where is the she didn't do it?
09:00Because the way this works is when you claim the mortgage is for a second residence instead of a
09:05rental, the bank sees lower risk and gives lower rates. But when you misread,
09:10misrepresent with intent, it's bank fraud. It's a crime. But in the James case, the argument seems
09:16to be that she only gained $18,933. Chump change. Not worthy of a criminal indictment.
09:24So do we now ignore chump change charges? And if so, what's the legal definition of chump change?
09:31Can we legally lie for less than $20,000? More than $20,000? Can we tell bigger lies during inflationary
09:38times? Americans just want to know the rules so they can lie accordingly. Letitia James herself in
09:452024 said, quote, everyday Americans cannot lie to a bank to get a mortgage. Common Sense thinks she
09:52should have said, everyday Americans cannot lie to a bank to get a mortgage to gain more than $18,933.
10:06What Tish James, and again, we're still getting the details, but if it's related to this mortgage
10:10issue, I mean, this is something that everyone in America, or many people at least, if you're lucky
10:15enough to be able to buy a house in America, you deal with this, right? The federal government doesn't
10:20go after all of these people for doing this. That's a CNN host, Casey Hunt, framing the indictment
10:29of the New York State Attorney General for bank fraud is just one of those everyday things that
10:34Americans go through when they're buying a house. Let's bring in Turning Point USA contributor Alex
10:38Clark, along with Republican strategist Luke Ball. I mean, it's the whole idea of instead of she didn't
10:45do it, the defense is, nah, come on, everybody does it. It's chump change. What's the big deal
10:50here, Luke? Well, everyone does it. Did not work when I tried to use that excuse on my parents when
10:56I cheated on my third grade multiplication tables. It shouldn't work for her, but I don't think she
11:00ever cared about the law. She was the one that said, I want to wake up every day, sue Donald Trump,
11:06and then go home. That was the end goal for all of this. Her running for attorney general,
11:11her trying to scramble in a primary when she was losing support. She only wanted to get into power so
11:17she could use lawfare to her advantage. And then when we actually start looking into her as an
11:21individual and the things that she herself has done in the past, we start to realize that she
11:26never cared about the law and that the facts point to her possibly allegedly committing this fraud,
11:31which makes her the biggest hypocrite of all. Yeah. Meantime, Alex Clark, Trump, he got the peace
11:37deal done. He did not get the Nobel Peace Prize. Even Vladimir Putin was surprised by that. He said the
11:44following. Watch. It's not for me to judge whether the current U.S. president is worthy or not of a
11:50Nobel Prize, but he's really doing a lot to resolve complex crises that last for years, even decades.
11:57There have been cases where the committee has awarded the Nobel Peace Prize to people who have
12:01done nothing for peace. And in my opinion, these decisions have done enormous damage to the prize's
12:07authority. I mean, when the when the president of Russia is spaffled that there's no peace prize for
12:14Trump, it's saying something, Alex. I know it really is. And I think it's saying that the Nobel
12:19Peace Prize is completely irrelevant at this point. You've got a massive grassroots effort saying
12:25we need to reward this man for actual results. Even the winner dedicated the prize to Donald Trump.
12:32And they're shocked, which I'm really happy that she did that. And that really says a lot about her
12:37character. I think it's great because President Trump may have not won the medal, but he did get the
12:42last word. Yeah, he did indeed. Meantime, you have a Biden appointed judge in Illinois, Luke.
12:47I temporarily blocked the Trump administration from deploying the National Guard to Chicago.
12:52Here's Democrat Illinois Senator Tammy Duckworth.
12:55It's been clear, not just here in Chicago, but also in the ruling in Portland that the Trump
13:01administration's claims that local law enforcement is not capable of maintaining peace
13:06during the civil disobedience, with people out expressing themselves. That's not true.
13:14I mean, 1,200 people so far shot in the city of Chicago, which, by the way, is a good year for
13:19them. And they're like, oh, no, things are absolutely fine here, Luke. The status quo for
13:24Democrats is lawlessness and bloodshed. And they are trying to convince their voters and the American
13:29people that that is normal to keep the status quo. That's not a great winning midterm message. In fact,
13:34the GOP attack articles and the attack ads right themselves, that should not be the status quo in
13:40the United States. The only way the Democrats are going to make Donald Trump look authoritarian
13:45is if they create anarchy and violence like you're seeing on your screen by themselves so that he is
13:51forced to bring in law and order. So I don't think the American people should give Democrats a pass on
13:56this. It's not going to play well in the midterms. No, it really is not. Meantime, you have federal
14:00workers who are about to be laid off because of the shutdown. Here is the Senate Majority Leader,
14:05John Thune. He said the following. Watch.
14:08It does make a lot of sense to continue to sit here and have votes, repetitive votes, where we have a, you know,
14:13a bill to open up the government and every single Democrat votes against it. So, I mean, they have to
14:18think long and hard about what they're doing. And unfortunately, the consequences of this are becoming
14:23very real, very fast for a lot of federal workers. I mean, it seems to me, Alex, that at some point in
14:29time, the Democrats are going to have to try to figure out a way to at least get this thing rolling
14:33for a short amount of time. They're going to have to deal with somebody. Yeah, they will. And I just
14:38love that President Trump is playing no games. And he's like, sure, you want to go this way? Fine.
14:42We're just going to keep axing more jobs, more bloated bureaucrats. We do not need. This is useless.
14:47And we're saving the American people money. Clearly, President Trump once again proves
14:52he actually cares about the American people, the average middle class American, and the Democrats
14:56don't. Yeah. Very quickly, both of you, Luke, do you think the government's going to open up next
15:01week or not? You know, every time the government shuts down, people act like the sky is falling. But
15:05in reality, it's more like Haley's Comet. It lasts a few weeks and then it passes over. So we'll see
15:10how long this stretches on. I think we could go past next week. Alex, next week? I'm giving it two
15:16weeks. I'm hearing two from people on the Hill. I'm going with two. Okay. Two it is. Alex, Luke,
15:22thank you both. Thank you. While the Trump administration cracking down on political
15:26violence, it's continuing with Attorney General Pam Bondi announcing charges against a suspect
15:32accused of threatening conservative influencer Benny Johnson. Alexandria Hoff is live for us in
15:38the nation's capital with the new information on this. Alex, good evening. Good evening to you,
15:42Trace. These threats were made by way of a letter, according to Attorney General Bondi,
15:46that arrived to Johnson's Florida home that he shares with his young family just days after his
15:51friend Charlie Kirk was assassinated. That letter was taken to police. It is graphic and rambling,
15:56an expression of hatred, boasting of how Johnson could meet the same fate as Kirk.
16:03He is calling for the extermination of Mr. Johnson, that he should be strangled by an American flag,
16:10that he hoped somebody blows his head off, and then some vicious, vicious comments thereafter.
16:16In a passionate press conference today, A.J. Bondi revealed that 69-year-old George Isbell Jr.
16:22of San Diego was taken into custody Tuesday, charged with mailing a threatening communication.
16:29It doesn't matter who you are. If you commit an act of violence, a written threat,
16:36through the mail, we are going to find you. These men behind me are going to hunt you down and find
16:42you. Johnson said today that the ability to debate is the birthright of every American,
16:47and this evening expressed gratitude that this kind of threatening language is being taken seriously.
16:52The gauntlet has been thrown down today, and I'm just profoundly thankful for the Trump
16:55administration for locking up one of these psychotic, dangerous left-wing radicals.
17:01As for the suspect, if convicted, George Isbell could face up to five years in prison.
17:06Trace.
17:07Alexandria Hoff, live for us in New York. Alex, thank you. Let's bring in D.C.,
17:12Durning Point USA contributor Jack Posobiec. Jack, great to have you on the show. As you heard
17:17Alex talking there, George Isbell Jr. is the man who is now in custody for threatening to kill
17:22Benny Johnson. Here is the Attorney General, Pam Bondi, talking about this. Watch.
17:26The author of this letter made it very clear that he hated Benny because of his views, and
17:35he wanted Benny dead. This was a coward hiding behind a keyboard who thought he could get away
17:44with this.
17:45I mean, the interesting thing here is you look at this, Jack, you know the conservative
17:50Christian mission is going to go on, but the threat level goes along with that.
17:57Well, Trace, that's exactly right, and thanks again for having me on. I was honored to be
18:01part of the roundtable that President Trump held just a couple of days ago at the White
18:06House concerning this very rising and very real escalation of left-wing political violence,
18:12and I said at that table that one of us here is more than likely going to be the next one
18:18targeted by these individuals. Little did I know that it would be my friend Benny Johnson. We're here
18:23just one month after a godless, just Marxist psychopath killed my friend Charlie Kirk. And Trace,
18:32unfortunately, we're starting to see this pattern increase where these radical leftists are no
18:38longer content with simply smears or simply lies against people like us who believe in God. We
18:44believe in Christ. We believe in the conservative mission. We go out and we spread that through
18:49dialogue. They're not interested in that anymore. They're interested in direct violence. We saw it
18:55with Luigi Maggioni. We saw it with the shot on Trump. We saw it with the death of Charlie Kirk one
19:00month ago, and now this threat on Benny Johnson.
19:03Yeah, and you talk about direct violence here, Jack. Rutgers professor Mark Bray is accused of
19:08financing Antifa. He's the author of Antifa, the anti-fascist handbook, and he was on CNN saying
19:15the following here. Watch. I'm a researcher. I'm a dad. I'm just trying to kind of live my life here,
19:22and it's really, I think, hypocritical for the alleged, you know, free speech absolutists of
19:27Turning Point USA to basically try to use cancel culture against me simply because they don't like
19:32my ideas. I mean, his stance is that he thinks TPUSA is actually creating a hostile environment,
19:38Jack. Well, the hostile environment was created by Dr. Antifa himself, Mark Bray. Go look at that
19:46book that he wrote. He literally wrote the handbook on domestic terrorism for Antifa. Talks about what
19:51he calls preemptive self-defense in which if you believe someone could potentially threaten you,
19:58then it is justified for you to use violence against them. This is a professor, by the way,
20:03at a campus where we have students. We have a chapter there at TPUSA, and those are the same
20:09people that he calls fascist. They called Charlie Kirk a fascist. There are Antifa symbols on the
20:13bullet casings, and he's creating and contributed to this environment where he's justifying using
20:20violence to solve political disputes. Yeah, I just always want to get your take on these things,
20:25Jack, because I know you're former military. We're talking about, you know, the Israeli-Gaza peace
20:30plan here, Trump, Nobel. Any thoughts on what you're seeing in Israel this weekend and the
20:36president's involvement? Well, Trace, it's nothing short of stunning, and people say, you know,
20:42should President Trump get the Nobel Peace Prize for this? I think he should get a dozen Nobel Peace
20:46Prizes for what he's accomplished just here in the Middle East, the ability to bring Qatar in.
20:52The last time I was on, we talked about how that was really going to be the key leverage point,
20:56and it clearly was. Steve Witkoff, of course, proving the entire talking head,
21:01Akademi Arati, completely wrong by able to pull this together. And we've got now potentially,
21:09it comes down to the execution, but potentially the keys here for a lasting peace that could last
21:14generations in the Middle East. Exactly right. Jack Pasoba, great to have you on the show as always.
21:19Thank you. And coming up, multiple dead and 18 missing after a devastating blast at an explosive
21:25manufacturing plant in Tennessee. Plus, a New Jersey teen killed by an alleged stalker.
21:33I feel he planned it. He knew what he was going to do, and he did it.
21:38The family says it repeatedly called police and got nothing. And later in the nightcap,
21:44these charges are baseless. And the president's own public statements make clear that his only goal
21:52is political retribution. New York AG Letitia James accused of committing bank fraud to save
21:58roughly 19,000 bucks on a loan. Democrats say prosecuting her for that is petty. Do you agree?
22:05Or does the DOJ have a responsibility to show that no one, as she would say, is above the law?
22:11Let us know. X Instagram, at Trace Gallagher. We'll read your responses coming up in the nightcap.
22:17We're coming right back.
22:20Well, Brittany, tonight, horrible news in Tennessee, where authorities now say that 18 people are
22:25missing and feared dead following an explosion that could be heard from miles away. It happened
22:31at a military munitions plant about 60 miles southwest of Nashville. The ATF, FBI, Homeland Security,
22:37and several other agencies now on scene trying to figure out how and why this happened. We're told
22:44it could be a very long, methodical investigation. We'll keep you updated as the news comes in.
22:51Do you blame law enforcement?
22:54Yes, I do. They didn't do anything to help my baby.
22:59They didn't do anything. Nothing. Nothing.
23:02If law enforcement had done something, do you think that could have prevented this?
23:07Yes. My baby would still be here.
23:10The mother of a New Jersey teen killed by an alleged stalker is speaking exclusively
23:15to Fox News about her grievances with local law enforcement. Let's bring in independent
23:19journalist Anthony Cabasa and Republican candidate for Florida's 19th congressional district,
23:25Catalina Loft. Thank you both for coming on. Catalina, to you first. I want to play,
23:29I mean, it's really hard to watch this mom because she recently just lost her daughter.
23:34And of course, the story is, as Eric Sean really told it today, is that this girl thought she was
23:40being stalked by this person. And she told her mom, and the mom told authorities, and authorities
23:45apparently did nothing. So one more soundbite from the mom, and I'll get your thoughts on this.
23:50He even told the day we called about the first spotting when the detective came to the house,
23:57we told him, what if one day she goes into town like she always does with her friend,
24:04and he decides to run her over with the car? What happens then?
24:11Which is exactly what happened, allegedly. They can't understand, Catalina, why police,
24:16one, wouldn't respond. And the alleged suspect is 17 years old. So if these juvenile laws stay in
24:22place, they're also concerned that he won't face any consequences.
24:24Thanks so much for having me on, Trace. You know, this is a disturbing failure of law enforcement.
24:30This is not only heartbreaking, but this was ultimately preventable. The way that this mother
24:36went and reported this consistently, it's a disgrace. This is disturbing. It needs to be
24:42investigated. Not to mention, what were the ties of this individual? Apparently he had family within
24:48the law enforcement community. Was this just swept under the rug because of that? This needs to be
24:54investigated, not only for the community, but also for the country, especially for young women all
25:00over the nation. Again, this is a failure of law enforcement for that particular community. My heart
25:06goes out to the parents and the families of those women affected, and I hope to God this brings necessary
25:11change. Well, the interview today with the mom is really kind of wrapping up the pressure on a lot
25:16of different aspects on this. So that could happen. Meantime, Anthony, you have a group in Portland
25:21reportedly targeting aircraft with laser pointers. Here's the tag. I mean, the DHS kind of posted this,
25:29and you can kind of see what's happening here is they're saying literally, come on out. We're going to
25:34laser tag these things. And people are saying it's Rose City counter info is the group. And they are
25:42really trying to aim these things at ICE and other federal agents. But who knows, right?
25:48Yeah, it's interesting because for the last couple of weeks, we've been hearing Democrats and
25:51political leaders saying there's no such thing as Antifa. Right. And here we have these flyers.
25:56Jimmy Kimmel said it. There's no such thing as Antifa. Exactly. But here we have flyers being posted
26:00on social medias among these Antifa groups and basically saying, hey, come out with us this
26:05Saturday and we're going to be pointing lasers at federal law enforcement. And it's very dangerous.
26:09You know, I was Coast Guard for 11 years. I was DHS myself. My job was apprehending illegal
26:14migrants and stopping these drugs. These people are out here in the community saving Americans
26:19every single day. And I hope that the federal government responds in kind and is prepared
26:23to protect these federal agents tomorrow. Yeah. Meantime, you have Portland police.
26:28The union there is now saying that they will. They're open to helping federal agents. It hasn't
26:33happened, right? So the Portland police, the politicians and others have said, no,
26:38we're not going to help them. Chicago, no, we're not going to help them. Portland police said the
26:42following here. Watch. The rank and file in Chicago or Portland, we are on the same team.
26:49We get a lot of support from those rank and file police officers here in Chicago. And sooner or later,
26:55if someone doesn't do something and we're talking about those political leaders, people are going to
27:00die. Yeah. That, of course, Greg Bovino from the Border Patrol, not Portland police. But since when,
27:06Catalina, have we seen a scenario where local police, federal police, any police do not support each
27:14other? I've never heard of it. No, this is disgraceful. And, you know, these officers, they put their lives on the
27:20line every single day only to be vilified by a portion of the people that they are there to serve. They're vilified by
27:28the politicians, the Democrats in their particular communities that, that have this anti-police rhetoric.
27:35And it's about time that we do have federal intervention. President Trump is leading the
27:41charge on that. He's spearheading this effort. We're so proud for everything that he's accomplishing
27:46in restoring law and order and having the backs of these police officers. You know, ultimately,
27:51at the end of the day, these people are protecting our communities. They're doing what's right.
27:56They're doing what they're trained for. You're seeing high retirement rates. You're seeing people don't even
28:01want to join the police force anymore because of all this anti-police rhetoric. Thank God for President Trump
28:07and restoring law and order. And I look forward to all the less crime rates that we're going to see in the
28:12major cities. Meantime, you have ICE arresting and Indian national carrying in New York commercial driver's
28:18license with no name given. California's got the same problem here. It's unbelievable, Anthony.
28:24Yeah, it's you know, this is against things that never happened now happening. Right. This is stuff
28:30that Democrats used to say. This is this isn't happening. We're not just issuing this. OK, fine,
28:34we are. But this is why it's actually a good thing. Right. And so it's it's to me, it's so dangerous to
28:40have these people out there. No name given. I mean, the audacity of Democrats to say, not only are we
28:45doing it and we got caught, we're not going to do anything about it. But we're even going as far as
28:49taunting the American people and saying, we're just going to issue them no name given. I mean,
28:54what are we doing here? Why are we kowtowing these to these people? Well, we saw that it was it was
28:59fatal. They had a driver's license, a commercial driver's license. He didn't speak English. He
29:03didn't know the highway signs, how to read them. And he makes a turn and three people get killed. So
29:07this is dangerous. And they're like, well, this is the way it's going to be from now on. You think
29:12this is kind of crazy. Anthony, Catalina, thank you both. Coming up, two sisters arrested after
29:17allegedly attacking an airline worker. Meantime, the left is now telling us that Antifa does not
29:30exist and everyone who deals with mortgage fraud is normal. The media spotlight, the nightly scroll
29:37is next. Well, beyond the headlines, here's what you're scrolling through tonight. A story we broke
29:45here on Fox News at night, a medical helicopter crashing onto a busy California highway, narrowly
29:51missing multiple cars and houses, bystanders rushing to pull out one of the passengers pinned
29:57under the helicopter. All three on board the aircraft remain in critical condition. Plus,
30:02dramatic video of two sisters arrested after allegedly attacking an airline worker while intoxicated.
30:08she turned around, got in my face and said, you use that. Why am I in the teeth? I'm not a criminal.
30:18I understand that. I'm not a criminal.
30:21Both are now charged with first degree battery and teachers across the country fed up with the
30:28new gen alpha slang six, seven. We are not saying the word six, seven anymore. If you do, you have to
30:38write a 67 word essay. The viral phrase apparently means up in the air, simply a joke with no punchline.
30:45You know, we are so six, seven, I guess. I really commend, uh, president Trump and his administration,
30:54as well as, uh, Arab, uh, leaders in the region, uh, for making the commitment to the 20 point plan
31:03and, uh, seeing a path forward, uh, for what's often called the day after.
31:09Even Hillary Clinton now praising president Trump kinda for the middle East peace deal. Let's bring
31:15in political strategist and podcast host, Tiffany Marie Brannon, along with Waka, along with Stephanie
31:21Hamill. Stephanie. So nice to see. Oh, I know she's in Arizona tonight, not in her normal place.
31:26Stephanie. Thank you. Uh, Tiffany to you first. Clinton says, as you saw right there, that making
31:32the commitment to the 20 point plan, I mean, you could see her. She just struggling, trying to say
31:37something nice. It's Trump's 20 point plan. He didn't make a commitment to somebody. Oh,
31:41somebody else brought this thing in. He's, uh, what do you think? Oh, I put it here. This is the
31:46concession speech that we never got to listen to in 2016. The fact that she's actually, the woman
31:52who said that Trump was an illegitimate president is actually giving him this high praise. I mean,
31:56am I in a twilight zone episode, but it just proves that he's officially doing what none of
32:01his predecessors were capable of doing. Their Palestinians have rejected over six peace deals
32:06since 1947. And president Trump says, this is the end of the line. We're bringing the hostages home.
32:11Yeah, he did. And Hillary Clinton would just pained her to say something nice. Meantime,
32:16CNN's Anderson Cooper, speaking of painting to say something nice, uh, was talking about Letitia
32:20James, uh, saying that, you know, she went after Trump and didn't really have a lot to back that
32:27up originally. Watch. The day after she was elected in 2018, Letitia James was asked by a community
32:34activist if she was going to sue president Trump. And she replied, quote, Oh, we're going to definitely
32:39sue him. We're going to be a real pain in the ass. He's going to know my name personally.
32:43I mean, that's not a great look for somebody who has just been elected or just been campaigning,
32:49who hasn't even looked, I guess, at, at deeply at any evidence.
32:53Because she was automatically stacking the deck, Stephanie. Everybody knew that. She acknowledged
32:58that. There's so much to chew on here, even just with Anderson Cooper's remarks. It's like,
33:03they didn't talk about this before, but all of a sudden they're talking about it now. But I mean,
33:08the irony is just incredible. I, you just, you just can't almost believe that this is even
33:13happening. She is being accused exactly of what she was accusing Trump of. And so she's playing
33:20victim now, like, Oh, he's just going after me because they're being vindictive and all of this
33:24stuff. Well, the facts are the facts and the evidence is the evidence. So, you know, she can
33:29play victim here, but nobody's buying it. Not even her friends in the media.
33:32Yeah. Yeah. Chump change. This was a chump change thing. $18,993 to be exact. Jimmy Kimmel
33:40lost his show for a brief moment. Now, apparently he's losing his mind because he said the following
33:44here. Watch. You understand there's no Antifa. This is an entirely imaginary organization. There
33:53is not an Antifa. This is no different than if they announced they rounded up a dozen Decepticons.
33:59We've captured the chupacabra, everyone. Yeah. I mean, it's kind of crazy. You can see this right
34:04here. Can we turn the sound up on this thing? Look at there's no Antifa right here, Tiffany. I mean,
34:09I don't know who these people are. I don't know who these imposters are. All this violence,
34:13all the stuff we've been watching now for four years, no such thing never happened. There is
34:18no Antifa. No. Jimmy Kimmel is, you know, and some people will believe that. Oh, yeah. So Jimmy
34:22Kimmel is either really stupid or is intentionally lying to the American people. Now, in 2007, in Portland,
34:29Oregon, Antifa really became the first organized situation with Rose City Antifa, right? So it's an
34:34actual legitimate organization in Portland. Right. Now, since then, the movement's only grown in
34:38America, but let's maybe tell Jimmy that Antifa, anti-fascist movement began in 1920s and 30s in
34:44Europe as a pushback to Benito Mussolini, a real fascist, unlike Donald Trump. Right. And the fact
34:50that he would go on and compare them to Decepticons, I mean, is he blind? Is he stupid? Is he just a
34:56liar? We're not really sure. He's just gaslighting people like he always does. That's just kind of the
35:00fact here. But then we just talked about the teacher, the professor at Rutgers who wrote the book
35:06on Antifa, right? Dr. Antifa, they call him. Imaginary. And it's just amazing. Meantime,
35:11the Ruthless podcast, Stephanie, Senator John Kennedy on this claims that Chuck Schumer is holding the GOP
35:18for ransom. Watch. At the last minute, Schumer came to us and said, here's the deal. We're going to vote
35:26to shut down unless you give us $1.5 trillion. And we're going to tell you how to spend it.
35:37And we looked at each other and, you know, you've heard me say this. My mama did not raise a fool.
35:44And if she did, it was one of my brothers. And my colleagues felt the same way.
35:50I mean, the whole thing is, Stephanie, when the Democrats just kind of keep blaming Trump,
35:55it's all they can do is blame Trump. The credibility goes way down and nobody believes
36:00him. Yeah, the senator there, he's incredible at making light of such a serious issue.
36:05And the Democrats are holding people hostage, if you will. Think of the Americans that are
36:10suffering right now because of them and will continue to suffer over nonsense. And so the
36:14Democrats think they they are winning the game right now, the media game. But essentially,
36:20people are going to turn on them. And they know that the Democrats are responsible for this.
36:24The Democrats have never met a dollar that they didn't want to spend. And they want to continue
36:27spending on frivolous things that are going to continue to take this country into debt.
36:32Serious debt. Yeah. And as we told everybody last night, we detailed exactly how much money
36:37is going to illegal immigrants for health care. It's a bunch. Thank you both. Tiffany,
36:43Stephanie, thank you. New York Attorney General Letitia James accused of committing bank fraud to save
36:49roughly $19,000 on a loan. Democrats say prosecuting her, it's petty. It's only chump change after all.
36:55Do you agree? Or does the DOJ have a responsibility to show that nobody is above the law? Let us know.
