00:00I'm Trace Gallagher. It's 11 p.m. on the East Coast, 8 o'clock here in Los Angeles,
00:04and this is America's Late News. Fox News at night.
00:08If Congress will not check this administration, then Chicago will.
00:13Breaking tonight, the mayor of Chicago trying to enforce ice-free zones,
00:18and it comes while the local police chief of patrol is accused of telling his officers to
00:23stand down after ICE agents were attacked. Plus, President Trump getting more optimistic
00:28about the latest push for peace in Gaza.
00:32I think Hamas has been agreeing to things that are very important.
00:38A live report on negotiations, plus expert analysis, and the Democratic candidate for
00:44Virginia attorney general refusing to leave the race despite text messages calling for
00:49a leading state Republican to be shot. More on that in moments, but we begin with Kevin
00:55Cork live in D.C. with how leaders in two states are now working against ICE. Kevin, good evening.
01:00That they are. Good evening to you, Trace. President Trump says he is unswayed by the mounting legal
01:06challenges to his plan to restore law and order where he believes local leaders have failed to do
01:10so. But don't just take his word for it. Just ask the people who live there.
01:16So you have black women with MAGA hats on in Chicago, all over the place. They want the guard to come in,
01:25or they don't care who comes in. They just want to be safe.
01:28That they do. But tonight, leaders in Illinois, as you pointed out, are suing to stop the deployment
01:35of up to 300 National Guard troops. And the Windy City's Mayor, Brandon Johnson, has gone as far
01:40as to declare Chicago a so-called ice-free zone.
01:45And again, per the chief of patrol, we have all the units that, per 999, chief of patrol said all units
01:59clear out from there. We're not sending anybody over to that location.
02:03Not sending anybody over to that location. Incredible.
02:07Main time, the top brass of the Chicago Police Department denied that they told their officers
02:12not to respond to a request for backup from ICE agents when they were surrounded over the weekend.
02:19Quite a different picture, I think it's fair to say, than the audio you just heard.
02:23Now, all this is happening as the Trump administration continues to face several lawsuits
02:27preventing the deployment of National Guard troops in several Democrat-run cities, including
02:33a temporary ban in Portland, Oregon, though the Supreme Court, of course, is kicking off the new term.
02:39And we expect many of these fights will likely land there.
02:43Trace.
02:43Indeed. Kevin Cork, live for us in D.C.
02:45Kevin, thank you.
02:46You bet.
02:51Well, the Fox News and Night Common Sense Department thinks Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson should run his
02:56statements by somebody, anybody.
02:59A staff member, a trusted confidant, someone walking by City Hall, because the mayor's statements
03:05could use some fresh eyes.
03:07It might save the mayor a little embarrassment.
03:10For example, the mayor is now accusing the extreme right of, quote, refusing to accept the
03:14results of the Civil War when slavery was abolished.
03:18The mayor didn't elaborate, but Common Sense thinks he's saying that by arresting criminals,
03:23federal agents are racist.
03:25Remember, this is the same Mayor Johnson who said, quoting,
03:29jails and incarceration and law enforcement is a sickness.
03:34Sickness?
03:35Maybe it's a sickness that people can recover from, because so far in 2025, Chicago has had
03:41more than 1,200 shootings with 317 homicides.
03:45Those people will not recover.
03:48And yet the mayor of Chicago, the governor of Illinois, do not want help in trying to keep
03:53those people from getting shot in the first place.
03:56Mayor Johnson is now designating ice-free zones, where he's banning ice agents.
04:01But when you make a zone free of ice, aren't you then inviting criminal illegal immigrants?
04:07Johnson says Chicago should be left alone because they haven't done anything.
04:12Common Sense thinks, finally, the mayor got something right.
04:15Let's bring in Fox News political analyst Gianno Caldwell and former Trump campaign deputy
04:22communications director Caroline Sunshine.
04:25Welcome to both of you.
04:26Gianno, to you first.
04:27Here's the Illinois governor followed by DHS.
04:31Watch.
04:33Federal agents have been openly carrying assault rifles downtown, racially profiling people
04:39and snatching people up in our neighborhoods without a judicial warrant.
04:45Go walk your streets.
04:46Go see the violent crime against your constituents.
04:50We are targeting criminals, targeting criminals who have perpetuated very horrendous violence
04:56against the people of Chicago.
04:581,200 shootings so far this year, Gianno, and this is a good year, they're saying so far.
05:04You know, I've never seen politicians who are so willing to go as far as to protect criminals
05:09that have committed harm against law-abiding citizens in the city of Chicago.
05:13But that's exactly what J.B. Pritzker and Mayor Brandon Johnson are doing.
05:18Not only have they eliminated cash bail, allowing for so many criminals to go in and out of the
05:24system to commit crimes time and time again, but now they don't even want to get rid of
05:29the worst of the worst, which is what Donald Trump has advocated for.
05:32This is a true shame, and the CPD, especially the Chicago Police Department, should be ashamed
05:39of themselves for how they behaved over the weekend, and I believe it came from the mayor's
05:42orders.
05:43Yeah, no doubt.
05:45Here's President Trump on the shutdown, switching topics a bit.
05:49Watch.
05:50Are you speaking with Democratic leaders?
05:52What kind of negotiation is going on with Democrats?
05:54Well, I don't want to say that, but we are speaking with the Democrats, and some very
05:58good things could happen with respect to health care.
06:01Would you make a deal with them on the ACA subsidies?
06:03If we made the right deal, I'd make a deal.
06:06Well, up till now, there hasn't been a great deal of pain.
06:10There could be a great deal of pain, but up till now, there hasn't been.
06:12I will say this, just hang in there, because I think a lot of good things are going to happen.
06:16That's all I can say.
06:17I mean, I think a lot of good things could happen, and that could also pertain to health
06:21care.
06:22Yeah, and Caroline Sunshine to you.
06:24I mean, he followed up on True Social saying, listen, if the right deal comes about, I would
06:28make a deal with these Democrats.
06:29Well, Democrats only ever shut down the government when President Trump is in office.
06:35The last time the government was shut down was in 2019, when Democrats shut down the government
06:40because they didn't want to give President Trump money for his border wall to secure our
06:45country.
06:45So they were willing to jeopardize our national security in the name of illegal immigrants,
06:49which is exactly what they're doing this time around by saying, we will let soldiers
06:54go without paychecks in the name of giving illegal immigrants free health care.
06:58You are starting to see the effects.
07:00You have air traffic controllers here in Burbank and across the country now causing flight delays,
07:06inconveniences for Americans.
07:07You've got troops that are potentially looking at an October 15th deadline of missing a paycheck.
07:12So you're going to tell the young Marines serving our country that it's not okay for
07:16him to have a paycheck in the name of illegal immigrants.
07:19I think Republicans need to get tough and they need to get smart and they need to learn
07:23from President Trump the art of the deal and tell Democrats, you know what, we offered
07:27you a clean resolution.
07:29Yeah.
07:29You didn't take it.
07:30You said we want funding for illegal immigrants instead.
07:33So you know what?
07:34That deal's off the table.
07:35We're going to insert a provision saying ban stock trading and see how they vote.
07:38The last one was 35 days.
07:402019 shutdown was 35 days.
07:42And by the way, the Burbank airport, I'm not sure if it's open.
07:45There are signs of lights up there, but we're not sure.
07:47We're going to talk about that coming up in moments.
07:49Here's the text that the Virginia Attorney General candidate, Jay Jones, talked about
07:54about this Virginia Speaker of the House.
07:57It's kind of hard to read there, so I'm going to read it to you.
07:59Three people, two bullets, Gilbert, Hitler, and Pol Pot.
08:03Gilbert gets two bullets to the head.
08:05That's the opponent.
08:06Spoiler, put Gilbert in the crew with the two worst people you know.
08:09He receives both bullets every time.
08:12If those guys die before me, I will go to their funerals to piss on their graves, send
08:17them a wash in something.
08:19And he has now apologized, saying he's mortified about this.
08:22But a lot of people, John, are like, this guy doubled down on these texts before he ever
08:26apologized.
08:28And the worst part about it is the modern left would praise something like this.
08:32This is the unfortunate reality we find ourselves in in this country.
08:36They've advocated for the murder of people who may have voted for Trump, elected officials,
08:41and so on and so forth.
08:43This is unacceptable in every way.
08:45This is someone who absolutely should step down, and there should be denunciations coming
08:50from across the spectrum.
08:51But I have yet to hear that from the Democratic Party on these text messages.
08:55It is unfathomable.
08:57It really is.
08:57Meantime, Axios writes the following.
08:59The headline is, here's Scoop, Trump to Netanyahu on Gaza Talks.
09:03You're always so effing negative.
09:05Trump says talks are going really well.
09:07Everybody's involved.
09:08He's very confident right now in knocking down one more headline.
09:11What do you think?
09:12Well, when President Trump gets this deal done, I think it is high time to give him the Nobel
09:15Peace Prize.
09:16I mean, this will be his eighth conflict that he has ended.
09:19This is the art of the deal.
09:20This is the deal of all deals, and it's really only thanks to President Trump.
09:25And frankly, look, you've got to call a spade a spade.
09:28The only reason we got to this point in the deal-making process is because President Trump
09:32was able to get the Arab partners in the region back to the negotiating table after Prime Minister
09:38Netanyahu unilaterally bombed Qatar, which houses our largest military base in the region.
09:43I think you can support Israel without supporting Netanyahu the same way you can support the U.S.
09:49without necessarily supporting President Biden.
09:51And I think President Trump doesn't get nearly enough credit for the fact that when all those
09:54partners walked away from the table after that occurrence, he was able to get every single
10:00one, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Pakistan, Muslim-majority countries back to the table,
10:06which is essential for getting this deal done.
10:08Brilliant marketing, too.
10:09I expect a deal tomorrow, second anniversary of the October 7th attacks.
10:12Yeah, and it really is.
10:13I mean, that's a key point.
10:14He brought these people back together.
10:16So however this thing comes out, you've got to bring them together before you can get
10:21any resolution.
10:22It's a great point.
10:23Caroline, Giano, thank you both.
10:28Is it the case that as Pritzker frames it, you are profiling brown people, that this immigration
10:36crackdown is designed to go after people of color?
10:40That is the, it's such a, oh, what a dumb question.
10:46We cannot have a system of law in this country that privileges illegal aliens over American
10:51citizens.
10:52And that's what they're doing.
10:53You know it, and I know it.
10:56White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller calling out a CNN anchor for questioning
11:00the Trump administration's methods in cracking down on illegal immigration.
11:04Let's bring in New York Post reporter Lydia Moynihan and political consultant Michelle
11:09Backus.
11:09Lydia, to you first.
11:10I mean, Stephen Miller's right on this thing.
11:12It's a dumb question.
11:13There is zero, there is zero evidence this has anything to do with profiling brown people.
11:20It's a gotcha moment that they want to get for a soundbite to replay and hopefully go viral
11:25on social media.
11:26But this is what the left does, where they reduce any issue into racism or misogyny.
11:32And it all comes down to this framework of the oppressed versus the oppressor.
11:36That's what they like to boil things down to.
11:38And obviously what's going on here is that Americans wanted mass deportations.
11:42They voted for this.
11:43The Trump administration's trying to enact this.
11:45And they're trying to keep those ICE officers who are men and women in service to their country
11:50safe.
11:51So that's really what's going on here.
11:52And instead, the tactic that we're hearing from that reporter is to somehow make this
11:57all about racism when that's not what this is about.
12:00And it just completely oversimplifies this into something that it's not.
12:04I mean, they've told us again and again, these raids are all about data-based intel.
12:09They use and they're going after specific targets and nobody will listen.
12:13Meantime, foxnews.com, Michelle, to you, writes the following here.
12:17MSNBC takes first major step toward complete independence from NBC News.
12:21As corporate breakup looms.
12:23It goes on to say MSNBC largely stopped relying on NBC News correspondents and crew for coverage
12:29on Monday.
12:30Today, making a significant milestone as the long-planned divorce takes state.
12:35Which means, Michelle, for all intents and purposes, I mean, this is no longer a news
12:39organization.
12:40They no longer have resources.
12:42It is only opinion.
12:44I mean, that's what it has been this whole time, hasn't it, Bryn Trace?
12:48I mean, desperate times call for desperate measures.
12:50You look at these ratings, MSNBC, their ratings have been terrible.
12:54In fact, they've had some of the lowest numbers since 1998.
12:58I mean, things are looking bad for them.
13:00And a majority of Americans, you look at the polling, a majority of Americans don't trust
13:04mass media.
13:05MSNBC, as well as CNN with Steve Miller right there, a large part to blame.
13:09Just look at what they said.
13:10They had a commentator come on when Charlie Kirk was assassinated and suggest that maybe a
13:15MAGA patriot accidentally shot off their own gun.
13:19I mean, this is the kind of stuff that is hitting airwaves.
13:22And the American people are sick of it.
13:23It's finally coming to the surface.
13:25Meantime, speaking of MS, even Mika and Joe think the Virginia AG candidate needs to drop
13:32out of the race following the whole two bullets to the head comment.
13:35Watch.
13:36An attorney general candidate in Virginia is apologizing for his texts about a state lawmaker.
13:42We'll go through what the messages said.
13:44Yeah, he should probably be forced to withdraw from the rest and probably is doing a lot
13:48there.
13:49They were text messages, horrible.
13:51I didn't want to read them out loud.
13:53Who says that?
13:54Yeah, that this is just way beyond a lot.
13:56I mean, Lydia Moynihan, MSNBC is the one that said Joe Biden was perfect.
14:00When they come out and they start saying this, it's time to go, apparently.
14:05Yeah, well, I think they are pragmatic.
14:07They can see which way the winds are blowing.
14:09And when I first heard about the story, I thought, oh, it's a leaked text.
14:11I don't like people releasing those.
14:13And as you read about it, you realize how vile the stuff he's saying is.
14:16And there's more and more coming.
14:17Even just a few hours ago, another report saying that he thought if cops were shot, that
14:22would deter them from going after certain people.
14:25So I think we're going to just see a steady stream of this kind of vile stuff that he said.
14:31And obviously, I think Meek and Joe are pretty shrewd when it comes to this stuff.
14:35I think they know that it's going to be almost impossible for him at this point to get the
14:39top job as a law enforcement official, bear in mind, in Virginia.
14:44So I think they're hoping that somebody else could maybe replace him.
14:48And they know this is not a good look for the Democratic Party.
14:52A lot of people saying, listen, he'll be out before the end of the week.
14:54And I think that's probably a fair assessment.
14:56Charlemagne thinks Pete Hegseth and his comments about fat generals, spot on.
15:02Watch.
15:03Who would Pete on the fat admirals and generals, though?
15:06Yeah, I mean, we're not.
15:07Yeah, I don't want no fat admirals and generals.
15:09No fat admirals.
15:09That is, that's the one thing Pete Hegseth said.
15:12And there's one standard.
15:13It's not a men's and women's standard.
15:15It's just one standard.
15:16You can't have the strongest military in the world and not lift the part, bro.
15:18You know what I'm saying?
15:19Like, no.
15:21Fair point, Michelle?
15:22I mean, to his defense, I think Pete Hegseth said it more eloquently.
15:28But listen, a lot of people in the military are thinking it.
15:31They actually hit their recruitment goals for the first time in quite a while.
15:35And you're seeing the morale also increase.
15:38I mean, I was speaking with someone after this speech who's in the military, and he said that everyone is cheering it on.
15:43And look, people are trying to come at him, and they're so mad.
15:46No, this isn't some targeted attempt.
15:49This is a flat base.
15:50And if you can pass it, that's great, man, woman, whatever.
15:53But we're getting rid of the DEI.
15:55We're getting rid of the wokeness.
15:56And I'll tell you guys what, I'm here for it.
15:58I'm excited.
15:59Let's bring it back.
16:00Michelle, Lydia, thank you both.
16:02Well, breaking tonight, conservatives calling out the judge who sentenced the person convicted of attempting to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh,
16:10Nicholas Roski, who now goes by Sophie.
16:12Given eight years, far below the 30 years requested by prosecutors, Jeff Paul, live with the latest on this.
16:18Jeff, good evening.
16:19Yeah, good evening, Trace.
16:20And they admitted to driving from California all the way to Justice Kavanaugh's home in the D.C. area with the intent to assassinate him.
16:27But Sophie Roski will now spend the next eight years in federal prison, a sentence some now are calling just too lenient.
16:35Now, Roski was arrested in 2022 after arriving near Kavanaugh's home and calling the police to tell dispatchers they were suicidal and they wanted to kill the Supreme Court justice.
16:45At the time, investigators say Roski had traveled with a handgun, ammunition, a crowbar and pepper spray, among other items.
16:53Prosecutors had pushed for a 30-year sentence.
16:56And while the Biden-appointed judge, Deborah Boardman, called what happened incredibly serious in an act of terrorism, she felt 30 years was unreasonable.
17:06Some now feel politics played a role in the sentencing or that the judge took into account that the would-be assassin is transgender.
17:13This sentence seemed to come from a different planet.
17:18I mean, the minimum sentence recommended by the guidelines was 30 years.
17:24She was off by about 22 years.
17:26They caused great harm to Kavanaugh and his family.
17:29This person did.
17:30And they absolutely deserve a real sentence as opposed to a politicized slap on the wrist.
17:35It's going to create a lot of bad incentives for people claiming gender dysphoria in the future if they think that's going to get them off of prison.
17:42And even worse, this sets a bad example in a time of rising political violence.
17:47Now, Attorney General Pam Bondi says the Justice Department will be appealing what she called a woefully insufficient sentence.
17:54Trace?
17:55Jeff, thank you.
17:59Check graph who we were looking for.
18:00Let's bring in Fixed California Senior Advisor, Political Analyst, and Attorney Katie Zachariah.
18:06Brand new segment.
18:06Katie, welcome back.
18:08I think this is round two for us.
18:09We got to pick up on this old Nicholas Roski, now Sophie Roski.
18:13He plans for weeks to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
18:16He drives from Southern California, right, to the nation's capital.
18:20Literally shows up at his house armed and ready, and he gets eight years.
18:25Senator John Kennedy said the following.
18:27This guy who tried to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh is nuts.
18:33That doesn't absolve him of a responsibility.
18:35I believe in free will and responsibility.
18:37But you have to isolate these people from society.
18:41In eight years, he'll be out in six.
18:43And he's a danger to society.
18:45You've got to isolate them.
18:46In eight years, I was shocked.
18:49Everyone was shocked, Katie.
18:51You?
18:51Shocked.
18:52Absolutely shocked.
18:53However, the rhetoric from the left is engaging and spurring these people on.
18:59So you look at the word sanctuary city, Trace.
19:01I was thinking about this.
19:02And the euphemism.
19:03Sanctuary city is actually a lawless city that the Democrats have decided to use for their lawlessness.
19:09Right.
19:09And they encourage this with Steve Scalise, the two attempted assassinations on President Trump,
19:14and the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
19:16They are not coming out and speaking against it.
19:19And then we'd have judges, like Judge Boardman, who are not punishing this rightfully.
19:23So as Pom Boundy said, yes, they are going to appeal this.
19:27This sentence says to everyone else, you can go hunt down a Supreme Court justice and get eight measly years.
19:35It's pathetic.
19:35It is crazy.
19:36Meantime, California Assemblyman Kevin Kiley, he was on the show last week, by the way.
19:41He posted this on X, quoting here, this is a humiliating moment for Gavin Newsom.
19:47National Democrats are frantically trying to deny supporting health care for illegal immigrants,
19:52but nobody can deny Newsom spent $23 billion on precisely that and almost drove Medi-Cal to insolvency.
20:00I mean, that's the whole thing.
20:01It's an exact factual thing.
20:03$23 billion on health care for illegal immigrants.
20:06And he would say to this day, oh, it's Trump's fault, right?
20:08No, it actually did drive us to insolvency.
20:10He needed a $3.44 billion bailout because he spent $23 billion on health care for illegal immigrants that we didn't have.
20:18Look, Attorney General now, or U.S. Attorney Bella Saley, former Assemblyman, warned Gavin Newsom,
20:24you will drive this to insolvency.
20:25But here's the thing.
20:26The Democrats in the House and Senate are holding the American people hostage for a $200 billion health care referendum for illegal immigrants.
20:35And we see here, failure in chief Gavin Newsom.
20:37This did not work in California, and this should send a message to the United States.
20:41This is a non-negotiable.
20:42The United States cannot afford to give illegal immigrants health care on the backs of the American taxpayer.
20:47We as Californians are suffering out here because of that trace.
20:50Yeah.
20:51Burbank Airport had to shut down for a while.
20:53Now we're being told it's back up, but it's not having air traffic controllers in the tower.
20:58There's just not enough of them.
21:00They're using regional air traffic control systems.
21:02Newsom blamed Trump.
21:04He said the following here.
21:07Thanks, Donald Trump.
21:08Burbank Airport has zero air traffic controllers from 4.15 to 10 p.m. today because of your government shutdown.
21:14Sean Duffy, newsflash.
21:16Your Democrat friends shut down the government because they want to make Americans pay the health care for illegals.
21:21No state has more illegals than California.
21:24You care more about illegals than our hardworking American air traffic controllers.
21:28If you're looking for someone to blame, look in the mirror.
21:30We know it's your favorite thing to do, Katie.
21:32Sean Duffy, you are absolutely correct.
21:35That statement encapsulates what is happening in California.
21:39Gavin Newsom is to blame.
21:40The Democrats in the House and Senate are to blame for this shutdown.
21:43And quite frankly, Gavin Newsom has nothing better to do but blame President Trump for every single problem he creates.
21:50And he's responsible for this.
21:51California, Trace, is the only state in the union, in the republic, that has funded illegal immigrants to the degree he has.
21:59And now the Democrats want to do the same.
22:01And it's just not going to work.
22:02Which is why once a week we run a quick sanity check on all this stuff.
22:06Katie Zachariah, great to have you.
22:08Still ahead, U.S. negotiators now on the ground in Egypt working to end the war in Gaza.
22:14And President Trump remains very optimistic.
22:16The panel has that.
22:17And later in the nightcap.
22:19This is an individual that's running to be the top prosecutor in the state of Virginia.
22:24Your job is to stop violence.
22:26And he's been advocating for violence.
22:28The Democrat running for Virginia attorney general says he's sick to his stomach over old texts calling for a Republican's murder.
22:36Two bullets to the head.
22:37But he's not too sick to stay in the race.
22:39Do Democrats have a responsibility to push him out?
22:42Let us know, ex-Instagram, at Trace Gallagher.
22:45We'll read your responses.
22:46Coming up in the nightcap.
22:48Trump's first president urges his boss.
22:58Sorry, one more time.
22:59Trump's first president urges his old boss against raising taxes on wealthy Americans.
23:11President Donald Trump, in a phone call this week, urged House Speaker Johnson to raise taxes on the highest income earners.
23:20Fox News has confirmed.
23:22Former Vice President Mike Pence, as a message for his old boss, Pence is urging President Donald Trump, under whom he served as vice president in Trump's first administration, not to raise the tax rate on wealthy Americans.
23:40Trump's 2017 tax cuts and jobs act, the signature domestic achievement of his first White House term, is scheduled to expire this year if it's not extended by Congress.
23:54Now, the Trump White House and some congressional Republicans, for weeks, have mauled letting the tax reductions on the wealthy sunset as a way to pay for the rest of the tax cuts, as well as Trump's other pricey second term priorities.
24:10And now, the president, during a Wednesday phone call, pushed House Speaker, Mike Johnson, to raise taxes on the highest income earners and closed the carried interest loophole in the reconciliation process.
24:24Fox News Digital, as confirmed.
24:27The development was first reported Thursday by Punchbowl News.
24:31Now, listen to this.
24:33A source familiar with Trump's thinking said Trump is considering allowing the rate on individuals making 2.5 million or more to increase by 2.6% to from 37, 39.6%.
24:48That's a lot of dosh, that is.
24:51That's a lot of dosh.
24:51That's a lot of dosh.
25:21And now, that's a fortune that is.
25:24But Pence, a fiscal conservative and budget orc during his long political career in the House of Representatives, as Indian...
25:32I said Indian instead of Indiana.
25:36but pence as fiscal conservatives and budget orc during his long political career in the
25:48house of representatives as indiana governor and as vice president strongly cautioned against
25:54upping the rates on the eyes earners any suggestion that i've heard among some in
26:02around the administration that we raise the top margin rate the so-called millionaire's tax
26:08would be an enormous tax increase on small business owners across america pence said it needs to be
26:16opposed and the former vice president in an interview with fox news digital this week argued
26:23that the majority of people that file taxes of a million dollars are simply individuals that own
26:29businesses and they file their taxes as an individual but then blow that money back in
26:35their company if you raise that top margin it would be an enormous tax increase on small businesses in

27:13praised trump not only for his victory but for securing our southern border for restoring morale and
27:19recruitment in our military for taking the fight to the hothis but he argued that i truly do believe
27:26that some of the other steps the president is taking away from that conservative agenda should be a
27:33concern that would work against him in his legacy ultimately the success of our party or our country
27:38and so we're going to be continue to be a voice against them i really do believe that for prosperity
27:46for the success of our whole country we need to stick to those time honored principles of strong
27:52american defense american leadership on the world stage less government taxes traditional morale values
27:58and the right to life and i'm going to be a voice for that pence added
