00:00My office is open and you are free to walk in and negotiate with me directly.
00:04The government is officially shut down and AOC has the keys.
00:10Senator Schumer, can you hear me?
00:12I can't hear.
00:16Don't.
00:19Is Portland, Oregon colluding with Antifa?
00:25So they are now harboring the assault suspect in the safe house.
00:30The way you're chewing makes me want to smack you upside the head.
00:34The girls and I are very irritated with the way Barack chews.
00:37Michelle chews out Barack.
00:40We're sitting, staring at each other.
00:42Plus.
00:43Like, what's the first thing that occurred to you?
00:44I thought that's it. It's over. It is over.
00:55Buckle up. The Democrats are staging another coup.
00:58I saw some Republican members of Congress saying, oh, well, if we have this shutdown, it's because of AOC.
01:04Well, if that's the case, my office is open and you are free to walk in and negotiate with me directly.
01:11AOC is announcing I'm captain now and told Schumer to walk the plank.
01:15Chuck, did you hear that?
01:18The Schumer shutdown.
01:20What do you say about that name?
01:21Senator Schumer, can you hear me?
01:30I can't hear.
01:32Senator Schumer, can you hear me?
01:35I don't think Senator Schumer can hear me right now.
01:37Maybe the government shutdown included audio on Capitol Hill.
01:40Do we even need to hear from Chuck?
01:43Because AOC is the shot caller.
01:45She told Chuck to shut it down and he did.
01:48He shut it down so he can keep his job.
01:51Chuck Schumer is terrified she's going to get a primary challenge from Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
01:57The reason why the American people's government is shut down is because Chuck Schumer is listening to the far left radicals in his own party because he's terrified of a primary challenge.
02:07The White House posted this picture of Schumer as a hot dog.
02:11Don't worry, it's kosher.
02:13We also hope Chuck grills dogs better than burgers.
02:17Speaking of barbecue, what's up with his hands?
02:20Did he burn them on the grill?
02:23Democrats don't have a political party, but at least they have a Halloween party.
02:27Chuck's dressed as a hot dog.
02:29AOC is a pirate.
02:30And Hakeem's wearing a sombrero.
02:32Nancy didn't get the invite.
02:34And now she's rhymes with hist.
02:35There was a thought from the Republicans that AOC is directing this.
02:41And she said that senators are welcome to go to her office directly.
02:44Is she driving that?
02:46Why are you saying such a ridiculous thing?
02:48I'm just quoting what AOC said.
02:50She said go to her office directly.
02:52Do you think there's any credibility to that?
02:57She is not directing this.
02:58She's wonderful.
02:59She's a real team player and the rest of that.
03:03You started by saying Republicans say that she's directing this.
03:08She is not.
03:09Hakeem Jeffries is.
03:11Hakeem's in charge.
03:13You mean the guy taking shutdown selfies and holding sombrero press conferences?
03:19It was a disgusting video.
03:21It was a racist video.
03:24It was unbecoming of anyone purporting to be the president of the United States of America.
03:31But y'all, I ain't scared.
03:34No one said you were scared, hips.
03:36It's just a sombrero.
03:38Democrats called Trump a Nazi and let him get shot in the head.
03:42He ain't scared.
03:43They didn't demand answers after Butler.
03:45But now they want Mike Johnson to investigate sombrero gate.
03:50With our leader in a sombrero, nodding with a mustache and Schumer saying things, of course,
03:58that he never said.
04:00The speaker said that was not his style.
04:02I said, did you call it out?
04:04You should call it out for the racist, bigoted thing that it was.
04:08And he questioned whether or not it was racist.
04:11What's racist about a sombrero?
04:13They're acting like they put a Black Panther cap on them.
04:18They've been putting white hoods on Trump's head for 10 years.
04:22But a sombrero is racist?
04:24It's actually kind of racist to think a sombrero is racist.
04:29Hakeem Jeffries said it was racist.
04:31And I know that he said that.
04:32And I honestly don't even know what that means.
04:35Like, is he a Mexican-American that is offended by having a sombrero meme?
04:40And I'll tell Hakeem Jeffries right now, I make this solemn promise to you that if you
04:45help us reopen the government, the sombrero memes will stop.
04:48And I've talked to the president of the United States about that.
04:51So what we have here is a good old Mexican standoff.
04:54Trump will stop putting up pictures of hips in a sombrero if Democrats stop demanding
04:59health care for illegals to keep the government running.
05:01It's not like Trump didn't let Hakeem pick his hat.
05:06Hips could have walked out of the Oval with a big, beautiful Trump 2028 hat.
05:11Trump said, come on, Jeffries, Biden wore one.
05:14But Hakeem said, red's not my color.
05:18Well, actually, he did not try to hand Leader Schumer and I the Trump 2028 hat.
05:23They just randomly appeared in the middle of the meeting on the desk.
05:27It was the strangest thing ever.
05:29And I just looked at the hat, looked at J.D.
05:32Vance, who was seated to my left and said, don't you got a problem with this?
05:36And he said, no comment.
05:38And that was the end of it.
05:39So if Hakeem walked out with a deal in a hat, we wouldn't be here.
05:44Now the government is officially shut down and no one knows who's in charge of the Democrat
05:49Party.
05:49So they're running around the Hill, banging on doors.
05:53Open the door, Mr. Speaker.
05:56Open the doors of Congress, Mr. Speaker.
05:59Transgender congressmen are storming the Capitol, trying to find Johnson.
06:04We're barreling towards a shutdown.
06:05All my Democratic colleagues are here.
06:07I'm going to go search for my Republican colleagues.
06:09Republicans, Republicans, we all know there's a government shutdown.
06:14Republicans, anyone here?
06:16It's Mike Johnson in here.
06:21Remember Shree, the 70-year-old Indian congressman that tried to impeach Trump?
06:26Well, he just flew the coop and said the quiet part out loud.
06:31Returning back to Detroit this morning after the Republicans failed to show up in the U.S. House,
06:39we got to make sure Americans have the health care that they need.
06:42And if that means we got to shut this government down, so be it.
06:47Shree's going to be in trouble with hips.
06:49Democrats aren't supposed to admit they're the ones shutting down the government.
06:52We all know they're shutting it down to give illegal aliens free health care,
06:56but they're not supposed to admit that either.
06:59But they did.
06:59The amount of money that actually is going towards people who are undocumented is such
07:07a small portion of the Medicaid cuts or the Affordable Care Act, if at all.
07:14They went from illegal aliens don't get free health care to, yeah, we're giving them free
07:19health care, but it doesn't cost that much.
07:22CNN caught them red-handed.
07:23Watch.
07:23They talk about the provisions, and it's right here, subtitle E, and this has to do with the
07:30repeal of health care.
07:31What you support does bring back funding for emergency Medicaid to hospitals, some of which
07:38does pay for undocumented immigrants.
07:40Why even include that in a bill knowing that they're going to seize right upon that?
07:45Hakeem didn't answer the question.
07:48But Maxine did.
07:49No relation.
07:50She said Democrats are demanding health care for everybody.
07:55Trump and J.D., they aren't going to let that slide.
07:59There's a lot of emergency health care at hospitals that are provided to illegal aliens.
08:03That was funded by the federal government.
08:05The Biden administration gave mass parole to millions upon millions of illegal aliens,
08:10and then they simultaneously made those parolees eligible for health care benefits funded by
08:17taxpayers.
08:17Biden was waving an amnesty wand and giving millions of illegals free health care.
08:23Illegals were going to the hospital to have babies.
08:26Free.
08:26In California, they were able to get sex changes.
08:30Free.
08:31Illegals use the hospital when they have the sniffles.
08:34All free.
08:36We got fleeced.
08:37So Trump closed the bank.
08:39A Times poll says 65 percent of the country thinks Democrats are delusional for shutting down the
08:45government for this.
08:47Schumer calls it fake news.
08:49The question in that poll is biased, biased in The New York Times.
08:55But it's biased if you turn the question.
09:02That's true.
09:03I don't always believe The New York Times.
09:06Democrats are getting annihilated in the PR battle.
09:08The media won't lie for him, and they don't even know how to meme.
09:13We're also dealing with the social media, which we didn't do enough of, frankly, in the past.
09:20And that was a mistake, and we're trying to rectify it.
09:24Chuck has to save face with the base and show he can fight, or else he's going to get couped.
09:28The Democrats are going through the same growing pains that the Republicans went through 15 years ago
09:34with the Tea Party, and then with the Freedom Caucus.
09:38Republicans got rid of Eric Kanter, Boehner, Kevin McCarthy.
09:42But the Democrat Party never let the beefs play out.
09:46They shut down Bernie.
09:48Nancy put AOC in timeout.
09:50And they stole the nomination from Biden.
09:53The Democrat establishment's on a collision course with its base.
09:56Now, these kinds of fights should be done in the primary, when voters decide the winners and losers.
10:03But when you do it in a shutdown, both factions lose.
10:07Trump's not caving.
10:08Not for illegal alien health care.
10:11The government will reopen.
10:13Sombreros or no sombreros, there will be no fiesta.
10:17But Schumer will always look like a wiener.
10:21Outnumbered co-host and host of Saturday in America, Kayleigh McEnany, is here.
10:26All right, so Schumer's dressed as a hot dog, and they're all upset.
10:31And they've been calling us fascists for about four straight years.
10:36They can't take a joke?
10:40Yeah, this has been the trend with Democrats.
10:42I mean, I remember it was worse back when I was press secretary.
10:46They literally would come to me with all sorts of things.
10:49I mean, I was just reading a transcript from one of the past briefings I did, and they were like, Donald Trump said masks are important.
10:56And he tweeted about it.
10:58And there was a shot of him walking without a mask, and they panic.
11:01And then you remember back in the 2016 election, Jesse, when he's eating that taco bowl and Trump Tower in this epic picture.
11:09Happy Cinco de Mayo.
11:10And they go nuts.
11:12And forever, people have said over and over again, take Trump seriously, not literally.
11:18That was a famous quote by Selena Zito.
11:20And they've done the inverse.
11:22Don't take him literally.
11:23He has fun.
11:24That's what he does.
11:25The American people love it.
11:26But take him seriously because he gets things done.
11:29And I think they finally learned that lesson.
11:31The American people certainly have.
11:32But Chuck Schumer, I mean, he can't take a joke.
11:35Hakeem Jeffries, that sombrero video is hilarious.
11:38What is racist about a sombrero?
11:40I still don't understand why they're upset.
11:44Yeah, there's nothing racist about it.
11:47They're upset because they're being trolled.
11:49They've been led into this government shutdown.
11:51It was a horrible idea.
11:53Their entire M.O. was to panic over doge cuts.
11:57And then they lead the country into a situation where Donald Trump can achieve all the cuts that he wanted to, all the furloughs, all the firings that he would want to to slim down government.
12:06They are being owned.
12:08And that is why they're panicking.
12:10It's why Chuck Schumer is panicking.
12:11This is not the Schumer shutdown.
12:13It's the CYA shutdown.
12:15I don't curse, Jesse.
12:17You know that.
12:17But it's the cover your bleep shutdown.
12:20You know what the A stands for.
12:22Well, I did hear you say one thing during a break on the five, but I'm not going to repeat it, Kayleigh.
12:26Oh, no, you didn't.
12:28The Republican Party kind of went through this turmoil with the base and the establishment.
12:34They hashed it out.
12:36They tossed out leadership.
12:38Some people in the base left.
12:40I mean, these things, they're just natural.
12:42The Democrats have kept the lid on this for so long.
12:46This is about to explode.
12:50Yeah, it is.
12:51And here's the difference.
12:52Look, we had our reckoning in the Republican Party, the Tea Party.
12:55People rose up.
12:56They were tired of the establishment and the Republican Party.
13:00But we had someone come in on a white horse, President Trump.
13:03And he wasn't just someone with a brand.
13:05He was someone with ideas.
13:06He was someone with a vision.
13:08He was someone who had the skills to be a businessman and then a president.
13:11But who do they have on the white horse waiting in the wings?
13:14AOC, the Democratic Socialist Mom Donnie, who's going to come in and absolutely train wreck the city.
13:20Bernie Sanders, who's tried to win the nomination twice but has failed in glorious fashion and once again would bring a socialist idea.
13:27Jasmine Crockett, oh my gosh, that's who you're going to give us?
13:31Who's the white horse?
13:32They don't have that.
13:33So they're having this internal reckoning in the party.
13:35But there is no one to save the day.
13:39And they're searching at the bottom of the barrel.
13:41And the best they found is Jasmine Crockett, I guess.
13:43Yeah, or Shree, my man in Detroit.
13:46They're not sending their best.
13:47I like that guy.
13:47I do too.
13:48There's something about him.
13:49I don't know what it is.
13:50All right.
13:51I'll see you soon.
13:52The floppy hair.
13:53Thanks.
13:54Let's have a good wave.
13:55Let's bring in Florida Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna.
13:58You just heard Kaylee say AOC as she could be the new leader.
14:03I mean, she's definitely given Chuck a run for his money.
14:08She is.
14:09But, you know, according to the national polling, most Americans don't support the shutdown to include over 65 percent of Democrats who are against it.
14:15So if she's the leader of the party, I mean, that looks, I think, all the better for us in the midterms and the presidential elections in 2028.
14:23So they're going around filming themselves knocking on doors and putting up, like, missing milk carton posters all over.
14:30Is that getting any play?
14:31All I see when I look around is Hakeem in a sombrero and Chuck squeezed between a bun.
14:40You know, I keep trying to tell my colleagues, especially the Democrats, stop trying to be social media influencers,
14:46especially right now during a shutdown when most of these people haven't even given up their paychecks.
14:50But to sombrero, to speak on that, it's very ironic that the Democrats had nothing to say when Joe Biden was literally going around calling us breakfast tacos.
14:58Right. And yeah, all of a sudden they're offended by President Trump.
15:01But in in light of that funny joke, I actually did purchase a red sombrero that I hope that President Trump and J.D. Vance will wear during the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month later on this month.
15:11All right. The the cuts.
15:13It looks like the White House is saying, all right, you guys want to play games?
15:17There goes the windmill. We're taking away this little solar farm.
15:21Sorry, guys. I mean, that's that's going to bring a lot of tears to the Democratic Party.
15:26You know, again, they walk themselves into this, but I think right now everyone agrees that there's a massive deficit that we face.
15:34And so this is going to be really bringing in some of the inflated government.
15:38And so I'm looking forward to see what OMB does.
15:41I will. I'm looking forward to seeing Trump and J.D. in a sombrero.
15:45That'll that'll definitely that'll definitely lead the show.
15:48And Napoleon Luna, good to see you and good luck during the shutdown.
15:50Thanks. Michelle Obama talks to a therapist about Barack, plus reporters covering Antifa under assault.
16:00Fox News alert. President Trump announced the National Guard is now in place in Oregon.
16:05Portland's been under siege by Antifa for four months.
16:09The guards there to get things under control.
16:11But Portland Democrats say they want to deport the guard because the protests are mostly peaceful.
16:17Portlanders are going to be protesting. If they're protesting, they're going to be doing that peacefully.
16:23It is, again, an effort to just show authoritarian control over a city that is thriving, but happens to be a Democratic city.
16:32They're claiming the city's thriving. There's just this tiny riot that won't go away.
16:37This is one city block. City of Portland is about 145 square miles.
16:43This is one city block. And even the events that are happening down there do not rise to the level of attention that they are receiving.
16:52If it's just one block, why can't they handle it?
16:55Why can't Portland PD clean it up?
16:57Then we don't need to send in the guard.
17:00One city block's been rioting since June.
17:02And you can't stop that, but you don't need help.
17:06That doesn't make any sense.
17:07The police chief says the whole thing's overblown.
17:11Antifa isn't the problem.
17:13He says it's all the iPhones.
17:15These, you know, 30 second, 20 second, 15 second clips, clips that are brought in from months ago or maybe even years ago.
17:23What's actually happening in the response that we're seeing both from Portlanders and from the Portland Police Bureau is not in line with that national narrative.
17:31A Portland police rep posted a picture of a sunrise with the caption war ravaged Portland full of domestic terrorists.
17:40Oh, the sun rises in Gaza, too, but I don't want to live there.
17:44Why does it seem like Portland's on Antifa's side?
17:47The governor and the police chief say it's mostly peaceful rioting and the city council's telling Antifa to buy burner phones.
17:55Guess what? Your phone, you should consider this a tracker and a listening device at all times.
18:00If you're going to regularly protest, I also highly recommend going to your local grocery store, buying a burner phone in cash and using encrypted apps like Signal to communicate with people.
18:10Antifa is trying to burn down downtown and they're passing out tips.
18:14They learn nothing from the summer of love when Portland had 100 nights of riots in a row.
18:20They laid siege to federal buildings the whole time.
18:23All those cases got dropped.
18:25Those days are over.
18:27The National Guard's on the way to do the job Portland police won't do.
18:32Agents on the ground are already getting the party started.
18:35The feds aren't in town to play around.
18:56When ICE haters face consequences, they throw a fit.
18:59The mostly peaceful protesters then attacked a journalist, Katie Davis Court, who's been embedded with Antifa for months.
19:26Watch.
19:38Whoa, Katie grabbed the cop and chased down her attacker.
19:43So I have this assault suspect.
19:45I have the police die following.
19:47So we're going to see if anything happens.
19:49Portland police say that was just a dialogue officer.
20:18Who's not even allowed to make arrests.
20:22So Katie had to take matters into her own hands.
20:25Chasing her attacker back into the Antifa safe house.
20:28Katie ended up with a black eye, courtesy of Trent Tifa.
20:47They, them, still on the loose.
20:50Katie Davis Court is the post-millennial journalist attacked by Antifa.
20:54But, wow, that is quite a shiner.
20:56Are you all right?
20:57Oh, yeah.
20:58I definitely have a black eye.
20:59So that's what it's been like covering Portland for the past four months.
21:04Complete lawlessness.
21:05Wow.
21:06They say it's just one city block.
21:08Is that even true?
21:11That's not true.
21:11So it went from being a war zone to one city block.
21:16But it's actually several blocks where that is completely controlled by Antifa affiliated
21:21protesters who harass, assault, and threaten anyone who they perceive to be a threat to
21:28their cause, including journalists, local residents, and ICE agents.
21:33And the Trump administration is absolutely correct in deploying federal troops here because
21:39Portland police has completely abandoned this zone.
21:42They refuse to go in.
21:43And everyone that shows up is on their own.
21:47So it's kind of like Chaz or CHOP was in Seattle.
21:50They just, I guess, secede this territory, cede it to Antifa, and they just let everything
21:58play out?
22:00Yeah, that's absolutely correct.
22:02So last night I got assaulted and I immediately ran to a Portland police officer, hunted down
22:10the suspect, chased her through the streets and said, this is my assault suspect.
22:14Can you guys finally do something?
22:16And I had eyes on her for about 35 minutes.
22:19Portland police refused to come in and make an arrest.
22:23And I had three officers just standing there watching me try to hunt down the suspect.
22:28And imagine my anger when I go online after doing all of that about an hour ago.
22:33And I see Portland police put out a bolo asking for the public's help and identifying my assault
22:39suspect.
22:40So that is what it's like on the ground here in Portland.
22:43And it's time for a federal crackdown.
22:46So the Trump administration needs to start treating Antifa like ISIS, the terrorists that
22:51they are, and put an end to them here for good.
22:53All right.
22:54So Portland police say they're investigating.
22:56I guess you had spoken to a dialogue officer.
23:00I don't even know what that means, but he did nothing.
23:03So I don't even know what he's there for.
23:05Does it kind of feel like Portland officials, I can't believe I'm even saying this, but have
23:12formed some sort of alliance with Antifa?
23:16Oh, absolutely.
23:17I would consider them Antifa at this point.
23:20Why not?
23:21So their whole agenda is to get ICE out of Portland.
23:26So they're trying to shield the public from what's going on down on the ground.
23:30But I have four months worth of video footage showing warlike scenes happening here.
23:34And none of that footage is from 2020.
23:36But then you have Portland police chief Bob Day saying, oh, the videos that you guys are
23:41seeing are from five years ago.
23:44They're absolutely not.
23:45We have the evidence to back it up.
23:47And how dare he do that?
23:49I I'm a journalist.
23:50I don't really have I don't really say this often, but Portland police chief Bob Day, you
23:56need to resign.
23:57You need to resign immediately.
23:59And now because you are a horrible leader and it's time for you to go.
24:03Yeah, he doesn't look like he's taking this whole thing very seriously.
24:07And my God, stay safe.
24:09You're a very, very brave young reporter.
24:11You got to protect yourself.
24:12These people look very dangerous.
24:15And I'm glad I'm glad it wasn't worth works, Katie.
24:18But keep up the great work.
24:20I mean, you're one of the only ones in there.
24:22Thank you, Jesse.
24:23Agitators clash with police arrests made as a clergy member descended on Newark ice facility.
24:36Democrats stormed Delaney Hall last week.
24:40Dozens of clergy members protested outside an ice facility in Newark, New Jersey, on Monday,
24:46saying they would continue to block the gates, accessing the facility until they are arrested.
24:51The group is composed of roughly 50 clergy members from Faith in New Jersey and Faith in Action.
24:59They linked arms outside the main gate of Delaney Hall detention center as they chanted and sang songs.
25:05Several speakers also said prayers for the inmates inside the facility and condemned their detention.
25:12The clergy members said they have volunteered to be arrested and that they will attempt to enter the ice facility.
25:18An ambulance turned away from entering a gated area that the protesters were blocking on Monday
25:26because authorities feared the protesters might rush in if the gate were opened.
25:33One protester told Fox News nobody called the ambulance, calling a tactic to get them to move.
25:39There was no danger there, he said.
25:43We're not going to be moved.
25:45We'll be here as long as it takes until the people start to realize this is not acceptable.
25:49By around 5pm, events began to flare up as the employers of the facility attempted to drive out of the gated area.
25:57Police moved protesters out of the way, though the protesters would resist and oppose the being touched.
26:03At least two protesters were arrested by Newark police during the event.
26:09Newark Public Safety Director Emmanuel Miranda said the two individuals who were arrested face obstruction and resisting arrest charges.
26:18One officer suffered a minor laceration to the arm due to the incident.
26:22Though he will remain on duty, no other injuries were reported.
26:25In response to Fox News' reporting on the event on Monday, Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Trekega McCarlin asked
26:35who do they want released from Delaney Hall?
26:38The child rapists, the murderers, drug traffickers, MS-13 gang members or non-terrorists?
26:45This was a cheap political stunt by the Democrats and by these protesters, she said.
26:50We're not having it. They put law enforcement officers at risk.
26:54They put our staff in the facility at risk and put detainees at risk.
26:58You saw that they didn't even let an ambulance through.
27:01This is not something that this administration is going to pull up with.
27:04And that's part of the reason that this mayor was arrested.
27:07You can't just storm a detention facility and assault law enforcement officers with impunity.
27:15McLellan's comments come after the ICE director told Fox News
27:18that 75% of the detainees at the facility have either committed a crime,
27:23are convicted of a crime or have pending criminal charges.
27:27Recent polling shows an overwhelming majority of Americans, 83%,
27:32support deporting at least some illegal immigrants, according to the Pew Research Centre.
27:37Roughly 32% of Americans say they support deporting all illegal immigrants,
27:42and of those who only support deporting some,
27:4597% are in favour of removing any who have committed violent crimes.
27:50A trio of Democratic lawmakers who participated in the storming of Delaney Hall last week
27:56doubled down on their actions last week,
27:58arguing the Trump administration is weaponising law enforcement.
28:01The protest comes days after Democratic lawmakers and protesters on Friday
28:09stormed the gate of the facility.
28:12Meanwhile, McLellan has said the detention sentence is housing murderers,
28:16terrorists, child rapists and MS-13 gang members.
28:19The Department of Homeland Security posted on social media
28:23about the identities of several inmates.
28:26The allegations by Newark politicians that Delaney the Tudds not have problem committing is false.
28:35Meet who the New Jersey lawmakers are fighting for, the DHS wrote.
28:40Reps Lamonica McLeod, Bonnie Watson Coleman and Rob Menendez,
28:45all Democrats from New Jersey,
28:47made the comments during a joint appearance on CNN's State of the Union on Sunday.
28:52Kiosk ensured when someone on the phone above the leaders of ICE
28:58who were with us at that facility instructed them to go out of the facility,
29:03go to the private property and lock the mayor of the largest city
29:06in the state of New Jersey up, Coleman said.
29:11That's absurd.
29:12That's un-American.
29:13That's scary.
29:15That's determination to intimidate people in the country, she added,
29:19claiming the administration is lying at all levels.
29:24Newark Mayor Ras Baraka was also present
29:26and was arrested and charged with trespassing.
