00:08and today's video i'm gonna be doing another anime stuff but um i figured that you know unlike

00:18all of the recent videos i've been doing myself late with you know animes that have

00:23ruined itself i figured you know what maybe i should probably do a video talking about the

00:31positive side of enemy for example enemies that are actually good and should be talked about you

00:40know right so here in today's season i'm going to be talking about enemies that are really good

00:48but you don't get the recognition that they should be getting otherwise enemies that are underrated

00:54right now there's plenty of enemies out there so there's easily a lot that can fall into this

01:03category all right but i'm only going to be focusing on the ones that i have finished watching like the

01:11ones that are beginning middle and ended already not anyone that are ongoing all right because um

01:19you know the ending really does go a long way in determining whether or not that these enemies

01:25are underrated or not because it's the conclusion to the story in this series you'll most likely find

01:30enemies that are one season or two season at the most but mostly like lasted one seasons without further

01:38do let's get started shall we today i'm gonna be starting off with 91 days there's a very good chance

01:48you have not heard about this anime given the fact that it's way out of the mainstream and the fact that

01:56this anime does not really follow any of the anime jokes that we have been used to for a long time

02:05um except for probably one in my opinion that's you know the common one of the main protagonist has a

02:16tragic backstory but in this case it actually is okay because the tragic backstory goes a long way in

02:25setting up the story and the journey for this character but i do feel that's what makes this anime

02:31stands out the most right now i'm 91 days is a crime drama anime set during the prohibition era

02:40right now this is about teenager or i'd say a young adult named aviolo bruno i think that's how you pronounce

02:50it he's the main protagonist the one who's has his family murdered by the veneti family during this

02:58whole time it starts off you know from his perspective where the same family gets murdered

03:05and then there's seven years later he ends up getting a letter to return to lawless where everything's

03:13taking place and gets his revenge most of this takes place with the course of 91 days hence the name

03:22right so during all of this you see the main character aviolo he plans his whole revenge he's by

03:31peace and he's seen it happening you know as the story goes on over the course of 91 days how he gets

03:38his revenge against the renetti family now there's many other characters here that are also in the story

03:47that you can look at but the main one is aviolo and neo and then there's his friend cocktail now the one

03:58thing i like about this whole style is that it really does capture the whole mafia gang stuff and the whole

04:10you know 1920s era pretty well it doesn't really try to follow a lot of the anime stuff that we've been

04:18accustomed to aside from like the one common trope you know with the chartered backstory i don't think

04:25there's any other um annoying anime tropes from what i can tell also it really has a pretty dope theme song

04:39now among some of the other stuff in this anime i will say one of the drawbacks probably will have to be

04:54the whole timing of it you know when you think about this stuff all the stuff um the main character is

05:02doing when you watch how everything plays out in a realistic sense for something like this to actually

05:10take place it would usually take at least a year if you think about it now to be frank i'm not actually

05:22anything of an expert in this genre so i can't say for sure but i'm just going based on what i'm seeing

05:31you know the whole premise if it would actually happen it would take longer than 91 days but i give

05:39the i give that pass for that you know since that's the title and this is an anime after all right so

05:47it's not like entirely realistic the sense of like an actual movie like the godfather or something

05:54another aspect in the anime is the style and quality of the storytelling now if you watch anime

06:06as much as i do you've come to expect certain things as in storytelling and this anime it doesn't really

06:15give you those certain things you'd expect in terms of the story no certain things are

06:21are not entirely explained there are some things that you would have to piece together yourself

06:29almost as if you're watching an actual movie you know and not everything's explained to you there's

06:35a sense of ambiguity if i would say which is actually good you know it's refreshing when you think about it

06:42seeing so much anime where they try to like cram in like like minutes long explanation of certain things as

06:49if you don't really understand or you wouldn't be able to figure it out yourself i mean not that that's

06:55a big issue but it does get annoying and that does tend to slow down the pacing of the anime itself

07:04but it's not really an issue here which is a good thing and a bad thing depending on

07:10how good you are in terms of picking up on the story but for me i'd say it's a good thing also the

07:21ending now i'm i'm going to keep this spoiler free in the sense of you know you still want to check out

07:26this anime i'm pretty sure most of you who are going to be watching this video most likely did not

07:33see this anime so spoiler free here um the most i will say about the ending is it's not the typical

07:44ending that you expect for an anime you know given the theme of this 91 days and such you know being

07:51a revenge story that's basically at its core right it's a young adult who's trying to get his revenge

07:58against people from within his family so you'd expect the ending to be a certain way um and then

08:07you see the ending presuming you watch the anime you realize there's that to it but for me i think

08:14that's a good thing you know how it ended it leaves a more open openness to perspective and how you'd

08:23probably look at the story overall so i like the way how it ended and and how it choose to end over

08:32how it could have ended and that's just me but i'm serious so far 91 days i'd say it's a pretty

08:40underrated anime you know it came out quite a while back around 2016 2017 ish it's only lasted one season

08:50because given the story it's a revenge story that take place over the course of 91 days so of course

08:57it's only going to be one season and even if this was popular i would not expect it or even want it to

09:04get more than one season but that's just me so um anyways 91 days pretty underrated anime i definitely

09:13recommend you guys checking this out especially if you're into crime drama stuff you know it's

09:20definitely worth to watch and it's definitely deserves to be talked about a lot more in my opinion
