00:00In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. The Lord be with you.
00:20Well, dear friends, welcome to Mass. Welcome to our celebration. Once more, our entering into
00:25the Passover of our Lord Jesus Christ, He who offers Himself for us and for the entire world
00:31so that we might live. I invite you, dear friends, to pause for a few moments and to offer into
00:37the hands of this same beloved Jesus your own intentions, which we will offer during this Mass.
00:50Dear brothers and sisters, let us acknowledge our sins and so prepare ourselves to celebrate
00:54the sacred mysteries. You were sent to heal the contrite of heart. Lord, have mercy.
01:01You came to call sinners. Christ, have mercy. You are seated at the right hand of the Father
01:07to intercede for us. Lord, have mercy. May Almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins,
01:15and bring us to everlasting life. Let us pray.
01:19Look upon us, O God, Creator and Ruler of all things, and that we may feel the working
01:28of your mercy, grant that we may serve you with all our heart. Through our Lord Jesus Christ,
01:34your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, forever and ever. Amen.
01:41A reading from the first letter of St. Paul to Timothy.
01:48Do not let people disregard you because you are young, but be an example to all the believers
01:55in the way you speak and behave, and in your love, your faith, and your purity. Make use of the time
02:04until I arrive by reading to the people, preaching and teaching. You have in you a spiritual gift,
02:11which was given to you when the prophet spoke, and the body of elders laid their hands on you.
02:18Do not let it lie unused. Think hard about all this and put it into practice, and everyone will be able
02:26to see how you are advancing. Take great care about what you do and what you teach. Always do this,
02:36and in this way you will save both yourself and those who listen to you. The Word of the Lord.
02:45The response is, Alleluia. Alleluia. His works are justice and truth. His precepts are all of them sure.
02:52Standing firm forever and ever, they are made in uprightness and truth. Alleluia.
03:00He has sent deliverance to his people, and established his covenant forever. Holy his name to be feared.
03:08Alleluia. To fear the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. All who do so prove themselves wise.
03:15His praise shall last forever. Alleluia.
03:19Alleluia. Alleluia. Come to me, all you that labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest,
03:27says the Lord. Alleluia.
03:32The Lord be with you.
03:35A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Luke.
03:38One of the Pharisees invited Jesus to a meal.
03:45When he arrived at the Pharisee's house and took his place at table, a woman came in who had a bad name in the town.
03:53She had heard he was dining with the Pharisee and had brought with her an alabaster jar of ointment.
04:00She waited behind him at his feet, weeping, and her tears fell on his feet, and she wiped them away with her hair.
04:10Then she covered his feet with kisses and anointed them with the ointment.
04:15When the Pharisee who had invited him saw this, he said to himself,
04:19If this man were a prophet, he would know who this woman is that is touching him, and what a bad name he has, she has.
04:28Then Jesus took him up and said,
04:30Simon, I have something to say to you.
04:33Speak, master, was the reply.
04:36There was once a creditor who had two men in his debt.
04:40One owed him five hundred denarii, the other fifty.
04:45They were unable to pay, so he pardoned them both.
04:49Which of them will love him more?
04:52The one who was pardoned more, I suppose, answered Simon.
04:57Jesus said,
04:58You are right.
05:00Then he turned to the woman, Simon, he said,
05:02You see this woman?
05:03I came into your house, and you poured no water over my feet.
05:07But she has poured out her tears over my feet, and wiped them away with her hair.
05:13You gave me no kiss, but she has been covering my feet with kisses ever since I came in.
05:20You did not anoint my head with oil, but she has anointed my feet with ointment.
05:25For this reason, I tell you that her sins, her many sins, must have been forgiven her,
05:32or she would not have shown such great love.
05:35It is the man who is forgiven little, who shows little love.
05:39Then he said to her,
05:42Your sins are forgiven.
05:44Those who were with him at table began to say to themselves,
05:47Who is this man that he even forgives sins?
05:51But he said to the woman,
05:54Your faith has saved you.
05:57Go in peace.
06:00The Gospel of the Lord
06:02Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation,
06:22for through your goodness, we have received the bread we offer you,
06:26fruit of the earth and work of human hands.
06:28It will become for us the bread of life.
06:32Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation,
06:48for through your goodness, we have received the bread we offer you,
06:51fruit of the vine and work of human hands.
06:53It will become for us our spiritual drink.
07:02Pray, brothers and sisters, that my sacrifice and yours may be acceptable to God, the Almighty Father.
07:12Look with favor in our supplications, O Lord,
07:22and in your kindness, accept these, your servants' offerings,
07:25that what each has offered to the honor of your name,
07:29may serve the salvation of all, through Christ our Lord.
07:33Amen.
07:34Friends, as usual, feel free to put your intentions in the comment section of our Livestream Mass,
07:41and during this Mass and throughout the day, our friends will pray for you and for your intentions.
07:47The Lord be with you, and with your spirit.
07:49Lift up your hearts.
07:50We lift them up to the Lord.
07:52Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
07:54It is right and just.
07:56It is truly right and just, our duty and our salvation,
07:59always and everywhere to give you thanks.
08:02Lord, Holy Father, Almighty and Eternal God,
08:05through Christ our Lord.
08:07His death we celebrate in love.
08:10His resurrection we confess with living faith.
08:13And His coming in glory we await with unwavering hope.
08:16And so with all the angels and saints we praise you as without end we acclaim.
08:21Holy, Holy, Holy Lord, God of hosts,
08:26heaven and earth are full of your glory.
08:28Hosanna in the highest.
08:29Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.
08:33Hosanna in the highest.
08:38You are indeed holy, O Lord, the fount of all holiness.
08:42Make holy, therefore, these gifts we pray,
08:44by sending down your spirit upon them like the doofal,
08:48so that they may become for us the body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
08:52At the time he was betrayed and entered willingly into his passion,
08:59he took bread and giving thanks broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying,
09:05Take this, all of you, and eat of it.
09:10For this is my body, which will be given up for you.
09:15Amen.
09:15Amen.
09:22In a similar way, when supper was ended,
09:44he took the chalice,
09:46and once more giving thanks,
09:48he gave it to his disciples, saying,
09:49Take this, all of you, and drink from it.
09:53For this is the chalice of my blood,
09:56the blood of the new and eternal covenant,
09:59which will be poured out for you and for many
10:01for the forgiveness of sins.
10:04Do this in memory of me.
10:19The mystery of faith.
10:35We proclaim your death, O Lord,
10:38and profess your resurrection until you come again.
10:42Therefore, as we celebrate the memorial of his death and resurrection,
10:45we offer you, Lord, the bread of life and the chalice of salvation,
10:50giving thanks that you have held us worthy to be in your presence
10:53and minister to you.
10:56Humbly we pray that, partaking of the body and blood of Christ,
11:00we may be gathered into one by the Holy Spirit.
11:03Remember, Lord, your church spread throughout the world
11:06and bring her to the fullness of charity,
11:09together with Leo our Pope and Charles our Bishop and all the clergy.
11:12Remember also our brothers and sisters
11:15who have fallen asleep in the hope of the resurrection
11:18and all who have died in your mercy.
11:21Welcome them into the light of your face.
11:24Have mercy on us all, we pray that with the blessed Virgin Mary,
11:28Mother of God, with blessed Joseph, her spouse,
11:32with the blessed apostles and all the saints
11:34who have pleased you throughout the ages,
11:37we may merit to be co-heirs to eternal life
11:39and may praise and glorify you through your Son, Jesus Christ.
11:47Through him and with him and in him,
11:50O God Almighty Father,
11:52in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
11:55all glory and honor is yours
11:56forever and ever.
11:59Amen.
12:02At the Savior's command and formed by divine teaching,
12:05we dare to say,
12:07Our Father, who art in heaven,
12:10hallowed be thy name.
12:12Thy kingdom come.
12:13Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
12:16Give us this day our daily bread
12:18and forgive us our trespasses
12:20as we forgive those who trespass against us.
12:25And lead us not into temptation,
12:27but deliver us from evil.
12:29Deliver us, Lord, we pray,
12:30from every evil.
12:31We will graciously grant peace in our days,
12:34that by the help of your mercy,
12:36we may be always free from sin
12:37and safe from all distress,
12:40as we await the blessed hope
12:42and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
12:48Lord Jesus Christ,
12:50who said to your apostles,
12:51Peace I leave you,
12:52my peace I give you,
12:53look not on our sins,
12:55but on the faith of your church,
12:57and graciously grant her peace and unity
12:59in accordance with your will,
13:01who live and reign forever and ever.
13:03Amen.
13:04The peace of the Lord be with you always.
13:08Let us offer each other the sign of peace.
13:10Peace be with you.

13:31Grant us peace.
13:32Behold the Lamb of God,
14:01behold him who takes away the sins of the world.
14:04Blessed are those called to the supper of the Lamb.
14:08Lord,
14:08I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof,
14:12but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.
14:16My Jesus,
14:17I believe that you are present in the most blessed sacrament.
14:21I love you above all things,
14:23and I desire to receive you into my soul.
14:25Since I cannot now receive you sacramentally,
14:29come at least spiritually into my heart.
14:31I embrace you as if you were already there,
14:34and unite myself wholly to you.
14:37Never permit me to be separated from you.
14:40Amen.
14:41Let's pray.
14:45May the working of this heavenly gift,
14:48O Lord,
14:48we pray,
14:49take possession of our minds and bodies,
14:51so that its effects,
14:53and not our own desires,
14:55may always prevail in us.
14:57Through Christ our Lord.
14:59Amen.
