Lucknow Ruckus: Woman Police Officer, Auto Driver Clash on Road Over Fare Dispute

Lucknow – A controversial incident from Vibhutikhand area has triggered debate after a scuffle broke out between a woman police officer and an elderly auto driver over fare payment.

According to locals, the woman officer often travels in autos but allegedly misbehaves with drivers when asked for fare. On Friday, when the elderly driver demanded payment, the dispute escalated into a scuffle before passersby intervened.

Auto drivers claimed this was not the first such case, alleging repeated quarrels with women police personnel over non-payment. The viral video of the clash at Polytechnic intersection shows a heated argument, drawing a crowd on the spot.

Police officials confirmed that an inquiry has been initiated and statements from both sides are being recorded. Authorities said action will be taken once the facts are clear.
