03:37And that's what Anthony Reid has been threatening to do all day
03:39Well that was a brilliant manoeuvre
03:41I mean that was absolutely precision
03:43He surprised Hines completely
03:45Got completely alongside him
03:46Blocked past him
03:47Didn't run on deep or wide into the corner
03:49And guess who he's behind now
03:52He's behind Mr Muller
03:53Who he's followed for two complete races

03:59Hines has no option but to give in the room

04:04So he obviously didn't carry too much speed in

04:11But he realised he was there
04:12He was aware of what was going on
04:14Albeit a little bit too late
04:15Yeah I don't think he could have done much about that
04:17That was a decisive committed manoeuvre by Reid

04:24That's the black MG with the lights and the sunscreen on it

04:29Lost a couple of faces to the two Hondas

04:34And still out front it's Jason Plato

04:38As they came through last time

04:44He's starting to try and edge away from Thompson
04:46But this is going to be a difficult task for him

04:50And the two VX racing Vauxhall Astra coupes

04:59Müller still sliding around isn't he?
05:01Yeah there's a lot of dirt on the track
05:03These cars using all the kerb and a lot of grass
05:05They're dragging dirt onto the track
05:07Which makes it slippery as well
05:08But at the moment we've just got Müller
05:11Chasing his team mate Thompson
05:13Now this is a replay

05:16That was through the Bahrain chicane
05:18And that baller didn't last two laps did it?

05:22I guess that's what the touring cars are all about

05:25Is Sean Watson Smith trying to get down the inside

05:29Lost the end of that one
05:30But he was trying to make up the place
05:31Yeah well Dan Eve started that lap
05:33Behind his team mate
05:34And it looks like he's lost several places there

05:45Has overtaken Luke Hines
05:46So Hines has dropped down the order
05:47In the 57 car
05:48Is he going to try and fight back?

05:51But Turkington now has got a bit of a clear run
05:53Again all he can see as he has in the previous two races
05:55Is the back end of Anthony Reid's car
05:57Can he catch him?
05:58Well he's been struggling just a fraction of a pace all weekend

06:05I'm sure he's going to get up close
06:07But he just felt that his car was working the front tyres

06:19Remember his car is a little bit heavier

07:25Well they're getting close to Thompson
07:27I mean Thompson has been struggling with his car
07:29A little bit compared to Muller
07:31And this is allowing Plato to stay in front
07:33Which is actually quite a bit of a try
07:43I thought that Plato was going to get swapped immediately by those voxels
07:46But in a way Thompson's helping his
07:48His erstwhile championship rival Plato
07:52By keeping Muller and Reid at play
07:55He is isn't he?
07:56I'll tell you what Reid's coming up to play as well with Muller
07:58So Muller is going to possibly have to start defending
08:00Here we go on board with Van Muller
08:02Who's trying to chase down James Thompson in front
08:04You can see the car in front of James Thompson
08:06He's the race leader that's Jason Plato
08:08Later looking for his third win
08:09It's a real possibility that Seat could get their third win here
08:11James Thompson who's been struggling with car handling all weekend
08:14Seems to be doing a reasonable job here for the second
08:16And Muller looks as if he just came
08:18Slightly different line to James Thompson through there
08:20Maybe trying to work out if he can have a little nibble
08:22And get past without any damage of Anthony Reid coming up
08:25Yeah I think there are a lot of different lines around this track
08:28A little bit depending on how your car is handling
08:30The two things the drivers obviously try to do
08:32Is where possible take the shortest possible line
08:35But also to take the line that is least destructive to their front tyres
08:40Here they come again
08:42This three car train for second place
08:44James Thompson, Ivan Muller, Anthony Reid
08:46Very very aggressive still
08:47And looking as if he might try and make a move on them
08:49Very hungry for a win of course is Reid this weekend
08:52But I'm just wondering whether he's going to have the pace to be able to get past them
08:55Well, oh, oh, oh
08:57I thought Muller was going to hit the back of Thompson's car there
08:59Look, Reid trying to get up the inside to take advantage
09:02He won't get that ever so close
09:04Reid's going to try and do his surprise manoeuvre on Muller
09:08But that's allowing Turkington to catch them up again
09:11Turkington is able to run with them when they're fighting each other
09:15But not able to pass or get through
09:18This was a little touch just by Muller on Thompson
09:22And then diving down the inside
09:24We know Anthony's not afraid to use the grass
09:26But he just couldn't get enough momentum out of the corner
09:29Yeah Reid's early
09:30Oh, we've got Sean Watson-Smith having problems there
09:32He spins around in the Proton
09:34His team mate Rick Harriman goes through
09:35And Watson-Smith right the way down the back end of the order now
09:38He's having a terrible weekend
09:40Yeah, it's not a good weekend for Proton
09:42After that great qualified performance
09:44Sadly the races haven't replayed the thing
09:47Now here we see we've got Gavin-Smith
09:49He's up the inside and he's basically just turned Watson-Smith around
09:52Watson-Smith is selected to get on the power
09:54And sliding around the outside is Jason Hughes and Carl Breeze
09:59Back with the race leaders and certainly the two duelling
10:03Astra second and third slowing each other up
10:05It's good news for Anthony Reid who is still there in third place
10:08You can see bodywork flapping on the back
10:10Of Ivan Muller's car he goes up the inside

10:16Holds on to it but Muller is very definitely flying now

10:20Without the ballast really trying to make it count
10:22Yeah, that was good driving by both of them
10:24Muller tried to get down the inside
10:26James Thompson knew he was there
10:28So he didn't take the apex and left the car's width of room
10:31Which gave him enough speed to get into the second apex beforehand
10:34But Muller's looking racy
10:36Muller certainly is
10:37You can see the view that the reigning champion gets
10:39And he really is an all out attack here
10:41On his teammate James Thompson
10:43No team orders here
10:44And Muller's having another go
10:45Now is he going to have a look around the outside
10:47As they head up through Dunlop once again
10:49Reid's going to go down the inside
10:50Reid surely might have the line here
10:52If Thompson can fend off Muller
10:54Or is he going to work with Muller coming down the outside

11:32And then brilliant driving by Muller
11:34To fight back and stay round the outside of the first corner
11:37You know it only works there because the next corner is a left hander
11:41But great driving from Reid, Thompson and Muller

11:47Second place is dropping away as well
11:49Place though don't forget he's still out front

18:18It's going to let Turkington and Muller

18:25Is going to be lost
18:26Yeah that's disappointment for Jason isn't it
18:28But we've seen that he can restart
18:30But he's got Turkington behind him

18:40It's quite good news for Rob isn't it really

18:45Well obviously they feel they need to remove that debris
18:49I don't think that Jason Plato would agree
18:52But certainly it's going to liven up the last few laps of this race
18:55With Turkington a chance to win on Irish soil
18:58And what would be better than a nice win on Irish soil for Colin Turkington
19:08Running in 2nd place on this one
19:11We've just heard that there are problems for Rob Collard in this one
19:14As we go past the stricken Matt Nilko
19:16You just see there from the onboard with Ivan Muller
19:19And in front you can see Colin Turkington in 2nd place
19:21Ahead of him Jason Plato
19:23And ahead of Plato of course the safety car
19:25Whilst they retrieve the piece of body work from the race lead
19:29From Ivan Muller's car
19:30Yes it may be that they're going to recover Matt Nil's car as well
19:33From what is a reasonably dangerous place
19:36But either way they're going to have the safety car out for a couple of laps anyway
19:42So the safety car making it's way around
19:46Just for the viewers benefit if the lights go off
19:48That means that the safety car will pull in on the next time around
19:51The lights are very much on at the moment
19:53And there's the body work there isn't it?

19:57Well I suspect as there's no marshals there
19:59It is probably the removal of Matt Nil's car
