00:22He said although Zahra's mother had signed a statutory declaration declining a post-mortem,
00:27the investigating officer should have applied for one.
00:31He added that the investigating officer and his superior would be referred to Bukit Aman's Integrity and Standards Compliance Department
00:38for not following procedure by ordering a post-mortem.
00:42Earlier today, the Attorney General's chambers ordered an inquest to be held into Zahra's death.
00:48Zahra was found unconscious at 4am on July 16th after she allegedly fell from the third floor of her school's hostel in Paparsaba.
00:55She died at Queen Elizabeth I Hospital the following day.
