00:37 day. Both charges were framed under Section 16AB of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act
00:42 2009, read together with Section 34 of the Penal Code. Upon conviction, the defendant can be
00:48 sentenced to 20 years in prison and a fine of at least five times the value of the gratification,
