00:10saying the former deputy chief minister himself was a failure during his time in the state works ministry.

00:16Armizan Muhammad Ali said Bung, who was dropped from Haji J Noor's cabinet following a field coup in 2023,

00:23had not resolved Sabah's water woes or rolled out major projects to ensure consistent water supply

00:29for areas such as Tawau.

00:32He said construction of the Cinta Mata 2 water treatment plant and upgrading works at the Kugupon plant in Papar

00:38only began after Bung left the government, resulting in two lost years.

00:44Armizan said it was also unfair for Bung to blame GRS for the power outages
