A chilling murder case has surfaced from Gurugram, Haryana, involving Vikram, a contractor originally from Nawada, Bihar, who was allegedly kidnapped, murdered, and buried by his wife Soni Devi and her lover Ravindra, with the help of three others.
The shocking twist? The couple learned to cover up the crime by watching the film Drishyam and episodes of Crime Patrol.
🔴 Daughter’s Revelation Triggered the Plot According to police, Vikram’s minor daughter had caught her mother and Ravindra watching obscene videos together, and she informed her father. This exposed their affair, and fearing disgrace and a broken home, Soni and Ravindra decided to eliminate Vikram.
📱 Continuous Phone Contact, Premeditated Crime Police found that Soni and Ravindra were in constant mobile contact from the time of the kidnapping to the murder and burial. Ravindra and his three friends — Manish (19), Fariyad (20), and one absconding accomplice — allegedly kidnapped Vikram on July 26, strangled him with a rope, and buried his body in a pit dug in advance by Ravindra’s uncle Santarpal.
On July 28, Soni filed a missing person report. Later, to divert suspicion, she accused Ravindra of rape and claimed he was threatening to release explicit videos — a ploy that eventually collapsed under police interrogation.

Police released a photo of the five accused in custody, including the wife and her boyfriend, shocking the local community.
