As the West Indies pick up the pieces from their 2-1 defeat to Pakistan in the T20 Internationals, there's one cricket commentator who believes there's a desperate need for a change.

Cricket Commentator Colin Murray felt the team lacked tactical awareness and believes this could be the last hoorah for Coach Darren Sammy if they lose the upcoming ODI series as well.

00:00Disappointed. That's the feeling of cricket commentator Colin Murray, reflecting on the T20 series defeat by the West Indies against Pakistan.
00:08He felt that they lost momentum after a narrow win in the second T20.
00:13Of course I was disappointed, very disappointed by the T20 series defeat, especially as West Indies won the second T20.
00:21One would have felt that the momentum was with them, but give Pakistan credit.
00:28They fought back, you know, to clinch that third T20. So you've got to give Pakistan some credit.
00:37So where did they go wrong chasing 189?
00:39You can't send Rostan Chase in with seven overs to go, needing 11 runs and over.
00:47And you have Holder, Shepard and even Moti to bat. That is crazy.
00:53So you send him in over number 13 to get what? 15 runs and 13 balls and then you retire the man out? Embarrassing.
01:03Tactically, he felt that the experiments did not pay off and questions coach Darren Sammy's decisions in pressure situations.
01:10I don't know if at this point in time, Sammy is reading the situation properly, you know, because some strange, strange decisions are being made.
01:23And, you know, when you when you look at it, most of these decisions are not working.
01:30Next, the West Indies will turn the attention to the three match ODI series. He felt it's an open battle.
01:37The three match ODI series coming up, it really can go either way.
01:42And that's not because West Indies is so great. It's simply because Pakistan is a very inconsistent team.
01:49You're not sure, you know, on the day which Pakistan team team will turn up.
01:55And of course, if the West Indies play well, they can surprise them and win a game or two or maybe even take the series.
02:04Again, it really boils down to the selection of the final 11.
02:09He would also like to see offspinner Akin Hussain get a look into the team and a few others.
02:15Well, Brandon King, I would expect, should come back into the team.
02:18Justin Graves should should come find his way into the team.
02:22I would think they would put Casey Carty to bat at three.
02:25What about Amir Django? Has he been?
02:28This is a guy who made a hundred and debut batting at number six or number seven.
02:33Where has he gone? You know, what what has happened to him?
02:36And, you know, someone I will give an opportunity if he wants to play in the longer version of the game is Akeel Hussain.
02:44Akeel comes in and he bowls his three or four overs pretty economically.
02:48However, what if the Windies lose to Pakistan in the ODIs as well?
02:52This to me should be Sami's last hurrah.
02:55If we lose the series and lose it badly, I think Sami should say, OK, thank you very much.
03:00I've tried my best. It's not working out. Let me give somebody else a try.
03:05That may be the honorable thing to do.
03:07The ODI series begins on Friday.
03:09Sergio Dufour, TV6port.
