They've got their eyes on the bigger prize.

As the West Indies are seeking to regaining momentum ahead of the T20 World Cup next year.

The Windies are currently staring at a series defeat to Australia and must now win the remaining three T20s in Saint Kitts if they're to salvage the series.

All-rounder Roston Chase believes it’s a tough assignment but says it’s not impossible.

00:00Talks of redemption has faded quickly as the West Indies are much closer to dropping their third straight T20 series to Australia and their eighth defeat in their last nine.
00:10And as the series switches to St Kitts, Ruston Chase is well aware of how important winning is, not only in context of the series, but also for the fans.
00:19It's very important, obviously, because once we lose any game from here now, it's losing the series. So I think every game from here is like a final. Very important for us to win all three games so we can win the series.
00:32You don't always execute the way you want to execute in the game and sometimes you end up on the losing side, but it's still always good to know that you still have the support of the fans and they don't just throw you to the wayside after a few losses.
00:48So having said that, I still want the fans to come out and support the guys. We need all the support we can get.
00:54Batting, bowling and fielding have been inconsistent in the two Jamaica defeats, but Chase pointed out one area they've been at their best.
01:02I think one positive we can take from the last two matches is the start that we've been having batting-wise in the power play.
01:09I think that we've been really setting up the game very well in the early overs, especially the power play and coming out to the power play.
01:18So yeah, that's one positive that I think we can take away.
01:21And the Bajan all-rounder is hopeful that Caribbean men can get their groove back ahead of next year's T20 World Cup.
01:27Yeah, well obviously you want to take some momentum into the work-up and obviously you want to qualify.
01:35So I think once we can get back on that winning track, I mean, we've been in a drop for a number of series right now.
01:47So once we can find back that formula that we've been using for the past, probably 24 months, 18 months, I think we'll be okay.
