The West Indies.. prevented a T20 series sweep against England last evening.. after winning the 4th contest by five wickets. It was a sensational run chase by the hosts.. who needed to get a record breaking 219 runs.. to earn their first win of the series in St. Lucia.

00:00After two overs the Windies were on five without loss but in the next seven overs
00:05the Windies scored 131 runs. Openers Evan Lewis and Shehu blasted 136 from the
00:12first nine overs. It was an incredible show of striking from Hope who took
00:17apart John Turner and Saqib Mahmood. This is before Lewis came to the party in
00:21the latter half. However on 136 they lost three quick wickets. Lewis went for 68
00:28off 31 balls. Hope was run out for 54 from 24 and Nicholas Puran was bowled
00:40for a duck. Captain Ravman Powell's 38 from 23 balls again shifted the momentum
00:46in the hosts favour. Powell's dismissal in the 17th over helped England regain
00:50some control only for Sheffain Rutherford 29 not out to hit back-to-back
00:55sixes in the penultimate over the seal of five wicked win West Indies avoiding
01:00embarrassment to win with an over to spare.
