00:00Pagaya nung ating mga bakuran dyan, isa sa mga readily available na ingredients dito sa Buyo, the farm and villas, ay yung kanilang malunggay.
00:13Pero, we can use this to enhance a favorite ingredient, pasta noodles.
00:20We'll be making pasta noodles from scratch and then nagamit tayo ng ating malunggay.
00:25Fresh leaves, water. When you're making pasta fresca or fresh pasta, dry ingredients, which is all-purpose flour, wet ingredients, egg, and or water.
00:40Umbis na gagamit tayo ng plain water or egg, ay gagamit tayo ng malunggay juice or puree.
00:46So, we have our flour. Let's add one egg and then yung ating malunggay juice or puree.
00:52When making fresh pasta, dapat medyo alalay ka lang dun sa paglagay ng liquid.
00:58Pag gantong ina-eyeball mo lang, I suggest you add the liquid component a few tablespoons at a time.
01:10On a flat surface, dun na natin ini-nead yung ating pasta.
01:13Now, for this, let's let it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes bago natin ituloy yung ating pag-shape dun sa dough.

01:31So, nakapag-rest na yung ating dough.
01:33Pa-plate na natin siya.

02:42But we will save din kasi yung ating broth or yung ating pasta water.

02:49Generous amount of oil.
02:51Unahin ko na yung ating tomatoes.
02:52Maglalagay tayo ng sautéed tomatoes.
02:59And then, before serving, we'll be adding fresh tomatoes.
03:02So, next up, yung ating garlic.
03:06And then, yung ating shrimp.
03:10Season it with salt.
03:21Generous amount of pepper.
03:22And then, finally, let's put back or toss in our pasta.
03:28And then, some pasta water.
03:31And then, yung ating pinaka-garnish na din, tomatoes pa.
