00:00May mga tradisyon kami sa bahay na kinamulatan ko sa aking ama.
00:10Nakapagbagong taon, may mga bawal at talagang hindi nawawala sa aming hapag.
00:16Bawal is manok.
00:19Sabi kasi na Erpat, parang dahil daw isang kahig, isang toka ang manok.
00:23Ang hindi naman nawawala sa amin is any form of noodles.

00:54Habang binabrown natin yung ating meat, dito naman tayo sa ating mga panggisa.

01:10So, habang pinakukuluan natin yung ating baboy, best time para i-prepare naman yung gulay.
01:18So, we have our carrots.
01:20Makita ninyo, malinis na siya.
01:21Maganda yung pagkakahugas niya.
01:24Not necessarily have to peel it anymore.
01:41At this point, actually, luto na yung baboy natin.
01:44Season lang natin ng soy sauce.
01:48And then, lalagay ko yung ating carrots.
01:52Bagu beans, tsaka yung celery natin.
01:56Dulutuin lang natin ito siguro mga another two minutes.
02:02Then finally, yung cabbage natin.
02:04Yung ating pinakamangasahog,
02:10siset na side ko yan.
02:12Para syempre, hindi ma-overcook.
02:14Parang lalabas yan, magiging garnish na lang.
02:17Yung ating bihon.
02:20Season natin ito ng soy sauce.
02:23Then, ayan lang natin na ma-soak up
02:25at ma-rehydrate yung ating bihon.
02:28Then, adjust na natin yung timpla niya namaya.
02:32So, okay na yung ating pan-set.
02:34Ito-toss na lang natin doon sa ating mga gulay at saka yung karne.
02:38Pwede na mag-serve.
