You may have spotted him along Trincity Central Road in the early mornings serving up hot coffee with a smile, right in the traffic. "Brews on De Road" was born after a trip to a neighbouring South American country, inspiring Theon Morales to launch a unique mobile coffee service locally.

Raised by a single father, Morales overcame personal challenges and is now pouring his energy into turning this simple idea into something meaningful. He spoke with Senior Camera Operator Brandon Benoit, here's more.

00:00This car went up fast, boy.
00:23My name is Theo Morales, I am bruised on the road, and I'm looking forward to serve you.
00:34I was in Caracas, and I was one of the main cities in Caracas, where it has a lot of
00:40hustlers, so people sell a lot of stuff, and then had this little boy where he had a kind
00:46of coffee, like a mug, you know, where people just put coffee, and he could have like three
00:51or four cups in it, so he would have a little small shot, clear glasses, like an espresso,
00:56like plastic, and he would pour it out right there, and just hand it.
01:00I was raised by a single parent, my father, my mum died when I was young, she died from
01:05dengue, and, you know, so we had our challenges, but we still pushed through.
01:12Life is about learning experiences, you can never stop learning, no matter how old or what
01:16you feel, you know, it's always about learning every single day.
01:19I don't mind a little criticism sometimes, a little negative, because it improved me
01:23to become better.
01:25No?
01:26Your coffee all good?
01:27You're good?
01:28I love your fashion, I love your innovation, I guess with Trinidad, we have to have the best.
01:36My brother, I admire you for what you do.
01:38You know, so I don't take nothing negative, everything I take it is an experience, and see
01:43how I can get positive out of the negative.
01:46Good morning sir, how are you doing?
01:48I'm good sir.

01:54First week I started at over 30 and then I decided to sell off quick, so now I've
02:12at 40, so I sold out Monday, Tuesday, and today's Wednesday.
02:16It's going so far and I have a lot of time still, so I'm worried, I'm worried, it's going to happen, you know, it's going to happen.
02:22Basically, one of the wiper guys came earlier to let us see me, you know, and he said I was a very inspirational to him, you know, and that saying that he could be part of something, you know, because he wanted to go back to school, you know, and only he had been wiping windows for a while, and I tell him, I don't mind giving the opportunity, you know.
02:38My advice to you is, you know, so drop the gun and pick up a backpack, you know, so you can create opportunities together.
02:46It gives nothing to smile to someone.
02:48As I always say, the Bible talks about, you know, a brother's keeper, about making somebody happy and smiling and stuff like that.
02:56So, yeah, and if this is my contribution to make somebody, you know, every single day happy, I don't mind doing it.
