Weddings have been delayed, businesses put on hold in Tobago and thousands of dollars-worth of items destroyed as customers who used Trinbago Shipping are still waiting for items shipped with the company from New York to Tobago since last year. More in this report.

00:00These past couple of months have been really stressful for me because I have my events in some weeks I have postponed it and thinking and hoping and praying that my stuff will come up but it still hasn't come. Every time you call the office it's either hearing next week, you call next day, we don't know. Then you hear me waiting on some documents so at this point I don't know who to believe or what to do.
