00:06I told Chief Secretary, I think only Tobago will overtake Trinidad in your carnival celebrations.
00:14And we will help you, if we can, in that regard.
00:17And why I say that?
00:18Because your product is not only the carnival, which we have,
00:22but your product is this beauty of Paradise Island you have, you know.
00:25This place is so beautiful.
00:26It's so clean, it's so peaceful, and it's so green.
00:30So your product is both the jumper for the carnival,
00:33but also just a piece of the beauty of this greatest little island on the planet.
