National duo Chloe Fraser and Gabriel John are expressing satisfaction with their performances at the World Table Tennis Contender Series in Caracas, Venezuela.

The pair gained valuable experience and ranking points as they went up against some of the top talent in the region.

Both Fraser and John took time to reflect on their showing, as they look to fine-tune their game for upcoming competitions.

00:22physically but mentally as well and i'll be taking the time when i go back in china to work on these
00:29elements and improve my overall game for the next upcoming wtt in october fraser who won the under 17
00:37title and took silver at the under 19 level said she will be aiming to work on keeping her momentum
00:44i think that the wtt in caracas was a successful one i was able to medal in the both singles categories
00:50which i played in and the points which i would have won in those categories would be very useful and
00:56valuable in my quest to qualify for the youth olympics in senegal next year apart from the
01:01mental game she's also planning to work on her endurance next on my international calendar
01:07would be the pan-american youth games in paraguay in august i will be training both mentally as well
01:13as physically for this tournament training three or four times per week as well as the training in
